• Umar Gambo (10/5): Excellent stay. - The property is a place to de-stress, to calm, and to relax. You may even be carrying your kitchen away from home. Well! Couple were making out and the loud noise was tempting and disturbing.
• Oleksandr (9/5): - The room matches the photos. It’s small but well-designed and feels spacious, with a balcony. Despite being close to the university, it was quite quiet and away from city noise. There are shops and cafes nearby, so you’ll easily find something to eat. The location is excellent - many attractions are within walking distance. If you’re staying for a longer period, you’ll need access to a washing machine. Unfortunately, it’s shared among all rooms, so you may have to compete for it with other tenants or the maintenance staff.

The apartment was visually very clean, no dust or stains There was a constant, overwhelming smell of sewage (sewer gas) from the bathroom. Even worse, I found cockroaches in the living area when arrived. This is a serious health concern. I contacted the host on the first night, but they ignored me for 24 hours. I had to move to another hotel to have a safe stay. The host promised a partial refund in the chat but never processed it.

Cuscini un pò scomodi. Una mattina l'acqua era tiepida.

• Stefan (10/5): Mi-a plăcut totul. - Mi-a plăcut că am avut condiții foarte bune, a fost curat. Am avut apă caldă, căldură, ustensile pentru gătit. Blocul este amenajat frumos în interior, apartamentul este foarte bine pregătit, nu ne-a deranjat nimeni. Securitatea este foarte bună. Zona este centrală și ușor de accesat. Nu am ceva de obiectat.

• Ioana (10/5): - Totul a fost foarte bine! Curățenie, zonă sigură, preț foarte mic, totul ușor accesibil! Cu siguranță vom reveni! Mulțumim.
• Denisa (1/5): - Apartamentul nu a fost la nivelul așteptărilor. Curățenia a fost insuficientă, iar baia avea nevoie urgentă de o igienizare temeinică. Un alt aspect foarte neplăcut a fost lipsa apei calde. Am sunat proprietarii, care au spus că vor lua legătura cu administratorul clădirii, însă nu am primit niciun răspuns și situația nu s-a remediat pe durata șederii. Din păcate, nu pot recomanda acest apartament în aceste condiții.

Curatenie la superlativ, prosoape pufoase, pat foarte confortabil. Baia curata, fara mirosuri dubioase. Chicineta dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie.

• Beatriz (9/5): 3 noches, 3 amigas - La ubicación está a un minuto de plaza romana de Bucarest, donde hay muchísima combinación de autobuses y se puede ir andando a muchos lugares turísticos. Hay un Carrefour cercano y muchas tiendas de combinar rápida. El apartamento está diseñado para dos personas cómodamente el baño tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. El agua caliente funciona muy bien está bien iluminado tiene un armario amplio con perchas útiles de cocina vitrocerámica una nevera espaciosa tiene televisión aire acondicionado. No tienen secador, pero la gran mayoría llevamos uno en los viajes Las almohadas son blanditas y no tienen microondas, pero sí que hay una Air Fryer nueva.

• Mocheva (2/5): - We reserved the place on Booking and had really unpleasant experience. Check-in time was 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and found dirty room, not cleaned from previous guests. Initially we received wrong code for the room and not clear instructions how to reach 4th floor. We have to wait the cleaning staff to clean the room for 20mins after we found it dirty. Cleaning was surface level and toilet was with yellow stains after the clean. Kitchen utensils was dirty and there is no sponge to wash them. Also there was no hot water at 10pm to take a shower. Parking space in the yard is not guaranteed, because there are a few spots and depends on availability. The manager called us to say sorry for the situation and ask us to cancel on Booking and refund with 35% of the price for the night.

Mai merge insistat putin la curatenie. In camera 15 era un miros nu tocmai placut dar am fost mutati in camera 34 unde era mai placiut cu un mic incovenient ca era fix in fata liftului si se auzea galagia.

Mancanza di strofinaccio, carta igienica, rotolo di carta per cucinare, macchina caffè europea e no americana. Apertura porta della stanza difettosa! Box doccia con acqua che usciva fuori. Mancanza di una mappa della città ed eventi! Mancanza di luce nelle scale.

Паркирането наблизо беше лесно, което е голям плюс за Букурещ. Цената е напълно разумна за качеството, което предлага. Силно препоръчвам – бих отседнал отново с удоволствие!
