• Lion201 (9/5): Pobyt - Fajny apartament blisko stacji metra, wygodne łóżko i mini zapleczem kuchennym. Okna wychodzą na mini skwerek. Muszą podnieść jakość sprzątania w łazience. Niestety brodzik ma już czarne narośla na silikonie co powinno być usunięte plus kurz na wentylatorze i kaloryferze w łazience. Pokój ok posprzątany.

• Bagrat (10/5): - Otherwise, everything is fine — clean and tidy. There is absolutely no way to contact a specific person by any means — neither by messages nor by phone, nothing at all. We had some questions, but we never managed to get in touch, so we had to resolve everything on our own without their involvement.

• PackieCZ (9/5): Apartmán 24, duben 2026, 4 noci - Ubytování je kousek od stanice metra (asi 3 min chůze), check in je bezkontaktní, takže je jedno, kdy se do ubytování dostavíte. Instrukce k ubytování jsou jasné a nebyl žádný problém s najitím jak místa, tak i pokoje. Vybavení pokoje je nové, čisté a velmi příjemné. V pokoji bylo krásně uklizeno. Na pokoji byla k dispozici pračka, klimatizace i smart tv, internet byl přiměřeně rychlý. Nedaleko u metra je malý obchod s potravinami, další 2 jsou pak přes ulici. Také je zde možnost rychlého občerstvení. V apartmánu bylo veškeré možné vybavení na vaření přítomné, trošku chyběla mikrovlnná trouba nebo elektrická trouba. Do centra města to bylo autobusem kousek (záleží na lince), metrem jednu zastávku a 5 min pěšky (stavební práce na Piata unirii). V noci byly opakovaně z chodby slyšet zvuky, které nás probudily. Dokonce se nám někdo snažil dostat do apartmánu, neboť byl v zámku slyšet klíč, nic příjemného. Naše hlavní výtka směřuje do sprchového koutu, kde se v levém rohu vytvořila plíseň na silikonu a okolí a nikdo to evidentně neřešil, neboť byla rozvinutá. Tomuto by se měl někdo věnovat a dát to do pořádku, je to ostuda, zejména v novém čistém bytě. Malá výtka pak směřuje na špatně přidělanou síťku proti hmyzu na levém okně, kdy v apartmánu byla okna ponechána otevřená a naletěl do něho hmyz. Přitom stačilo síťku správně zacvaknout. Také mýdlo a sprchový gel a šampon na vlasy byl 1 produkt, bylo by dobré, kdyby ubytování poskytovalo sprchový gel a mýdlo v podobě rozdílných produktů, o šamponu ani nemluvě.

• Jakub (9/5): Nice cozy apartment close to metro, great for 2 people - The location was great, it was clean, nice balcony, good bed, comfortable for 2 people - It would be nice to have some basic spice like salt and pepper - in case of dirty weather like snow it would be good to leave a shoe matt or some carpet a cloth for dirty wet shoes - and maybe some brush/broom and dust pan in case someone breaks a cup or some crumbs from food to clean after us :) But this is more suggestions than something we didnt like

• Catalin (10/5): Great services! I will book again for sure - I had a great stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the photos .. super clean, cozy, and in a perfect location for exploring. The host was really responsive and made check-in a breeze, even when I arrived a bit later than planned. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was a huge plus for me. Honestly, it felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. I’d definitely book this spot again next time I’m in town

• Lucian (9/5): Nice, clean apartment in a good area, and I would recommend it overall. - The apartment is new, well furnished, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, and the extendable sofa is a great extra, especially for longer stays. The location is excellent, with public transport and shops close by. Having a washing machine was also very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, great value for money. The walls are very thin, so you can hear the neighbors talking quite clearly. The toilet seat was cracked, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose, which could use maintenance and repairs.

• sabrina (8/5): - Appartamento carino, molto silenzioso, inizialmente ci è stato fornito un codice errato per aprire la porta del condominio, probabilmente per evitare che entrassimo prima e far sì che scrivessimo per avere il numero corretto. Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà a trovare il telecomando del televisore, trovato dopo varie ricerche, a terra dietro al divano. Comunque zona tranquilla. Il bagno da migliorare, si può sorvolare sulla mancanza di una finestra e del bidet, ma piccole accortezze vanno migliorate, manca un tappeto per uscire dalla doccia, la tavoletta del wc è rotta e il rubinetto del lavandino è difettoso. In cucina manca uno scolaposate e un asciugamani per poter sistemare le stoviglie asciugate nei ripostigli.

• JuliaBla (6/5): - The apartment is located in a quiet area, with grocery stores, cafés, and the metro very close by. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center. However, there are several drawbacks. The apartment was poorly cleaned. I’ve attached photos below. There was dust everywhere, and I couldn’t even hang my clothes on the drying rack right away because it was dirty. The toilet lid is broken. A shower holder is broken and the water drains poorly. The electrical outlets are loose and spark. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear everything happening from different directions. The kitchen has a very minimal set of dishes. Only one cup, even though the apartment is meant for two people. It feels like the owner is unwilling to spend money on the most basic things. There’s a long list of rules with fines, yet the bed linen is stained. Don’t expect coziness or attention to small details. The apartment is really only suitable for one or two nights, but for the price, I expected a bit more. Overall, I was dissatisfied.

• SILVIA (1/5): - Am fost obligata sa platesc in avans! si am fost inundati cu e-mai l luri de confirmare. Apoi pe drum spre locatie incercand sa gasesc metoda de a intra in apartament, codul de acces - fara succes; am sunat de nenumarate ori la un telefon. Intr-un tarziu mi-a raspuns un domn, care s-a declarat proprietarul apartamentului si care in vacanta fiind ( in Delta) nu avea timp de pierdut cu noi, care mai aveam vreo 2 ore de drum si m-a rugat sa sun la altcineva, care se ocupa de locatie. Surpriza a fost ca era deja ocupata! Din pacate mi s-au retinut bani pt 4 persoane si 3 zile. Din pacate nu s-au obosit sa returneze nimic. Probabil trebuie sa insist. Probabil si la alte institutii. Deplorabil. Au incasat bani pentru 4 persoane si 3 nopti, doar pentru a ma anunta ca apartamentul era ocupat.
