- LUIGI (9/5): Ottima presentazione, permanenza e piena disponibilità dal Sig. Carlo e Signora. - La Colazione non è prevista. Vi sono tuttavia tutte le coomodità di esecuzione e/o riscaldo di ogni elemento alimentare. Le zanzare non mancano, tuttavia sono prettamente stagionali del periodo. Il box è poco accessibile, meglio se presentarsi con una piccola autovettura.

La posizione è ideale: a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e a circa venti minuti dalla spiaggia, facilmente raggiungibile anche senza auto (noi abbiamo preferito spostarci in macchina, senza alcun problema di parcheggio).
L’appartamento è nuovo, impeccabilmente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Menzione speciale alla cucina, attrezzata con elettrodomestici e utensili nuovi, che ha reso cucinare un vero piacere.
L’Host Carlo si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e attento, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza.
Il box auto non è molto spazioso e l’accesso può risultare un po’ scomodo, ma l’host ci ha gentilmente indicato un parcheggio dietro casa dove abbiamo sempre trovato posto in qualsiasi momento della giornata.
In sintesi, un soggiorno davvero piacevole che ha decisamente superato le mie aspettative: tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio senza alcuna esitazione

The apartment is completely brand-new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully done.
It had such a welcoming, peaceful vibe, and all the amenities we needed were there.
The owners were truly wonderful, kind, responsive, and so helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel instantly at home.
Honestly, it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in when it comes to an apartment.
You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space.
We would happily stay again and recommend it without hesitation! There honestly wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The apartment was absolutely beautiful everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We truly couldn’t have asked for more.
- Wilhelmus (8/5): Great property with a few issues to solve; great host with super intentions to make folks at home! - The property is new, and the interior decoration fabulous. Great level of comfort, to include the bed and kitchen appliances. Both AC units (living room and bedroom) successfully beat the excessive outside heat encountered during the period of stay. Super wardrobe space and useful details. The owner welcomed the guests at the agreed time, and took them through the property to explain all details, which was greatly appreciated. There is no safe in the property, and the only reserved parking space (box) situated in the basement was rather small so that it turned out to be too risky to try to park the rental vehicle in there. As a result, the car had to stay outside of the premises. Furthermore there was no door (yet?) installed at the underground garage entrance which creates a security issue as it permits strangers to access the elevator/stairways and proceed unchallenged towards the property entrances.
