• John H (8/5): Picture did not match the room. No cooking stove. Small Frig. No cable TV. Parking area not plowed. - Location was good. Room was Clean. People in charge of the condo were very good and helpful. Helped and answered questions we had. Booking.com showed a cooking area, larger refrigerator, and countertop. There was no stove for cooking. Frig was dorm size. I brought food with me to cook for the 9 days. I was only able to cook 3 items in my crockpot I had brought. Some foods I brought went bad. Others I ended up having to bring back home. Ended up spending a lot of money going out for food every day. I do not blame the person caring for the property that was also living in the residence for the room not having a cooking area as shown on booking.com. I blame the site. It was my understanding there where condos in the building that had cooking also. The side of street where had to park was never plowed even when spots where open. Spots had up to 10 inches of snow after the storm. Then it rained all day one day. Some of the snow melt but not all. So, everything was icy and snow frozen under the ice making it very difficult to park and then get out again. Previously in a hotel, via bookoing.com, I had stayed at there was black mold in the bathroom. Fan was not working in the bathroom. Water took long time to warm up. Had to keep requesting new towels. Pool was very dirty and was opened only one day for a few hours the hole stay. No reply or money back due to room conditions even when report to the front desk!!! No room change offered either.
• Clinton (5/5): Was adequate for our stay but will not use this facility again. - The location was good for us for our trip. The Hostess checked with us about our stay. The provided microwave and refrigerator both worked well. A window that could be opened for comfort/fresh air. Notification that an additional fee would be involved for vehicle parking. Long, steep stairway to access room. No rack in bathroom to hang towels. Mattress was too firm. We are both over 60 and expected a bit more comfort. Chairs were uncomfortable when used for more than a short period of time. was surprised that no top sheet for the bed was provided. Shoes were left at the entry door, but there were so many pairs there that it made it difficult to enter and exit the place.

Find place in really Downtown Toronto and le - None Location is NOT in downtown Toronto but in York, subdivision of Toronto. 45 minutes drive from downtown Toronto. No elevator to carry your luggage to second floor and further.

• Cocky (7/5): Voor 1 a 2 nachten een ok locatie - De locatie was eenvoudig, netjes en schoon. De kamer is in een mooie nieuwbouwwijk. De host en de leden van haar gezin waren vriendelijk. Vanaf de locatie is het niet ingewikkeld om met bus en ondergrondse te reizen naar ‘downtown’ maar dat duurt wel ruim een uur. We hadden niet verwacht dat we echt in een kamer (met badkamer) bij de familie in huis zouden verblijven. Op de eerste avond maakte het gezin (met 3 kleine kinderen en opa en oma) tot 23:45 uur ontzettend veel herrie. De tweede avond was dat niet zo al werden we wel om 02:00 uur wakker omdat er boven ons hoofd een andere gast (?) thuiskwam. Het huis is gehorig. We misten bedlampjes bij het bed en we misten een föhn. Dit zijn items die vrijwel altijd aanwezig zijn. We konden parkeren op straat maar daarvoor moesten we wel 36 dollar betalen (dus we konden niet op een oprit bij de host parkeren). Pas later zag ik hierover een opmerking in de informatie.
• Marta Ilaria (7/5): Hellen gentile e disponibile qualche piccola messa a punto e tutto sarà più bello - La proprietaria Hellen molto disponibile Aria condizionata troppo forte e mancava un piccolo armadio dove mettere i vestiti . Mancavano asciugamani per il viso e quelli della doccia ci sono dovuti bastare per tutto il soggiorno.

• Ulrich (8/5): Nice, modern and clean full appartment in Toronto suburb - Very helpful and friendly landlady (kettle provided on request for praparing coffee and tea); for 3 people sufficient but not very spaceous new appartment, nicely located in a quiet neighboorhood; parking space with paid overnight permits near the house available; about 10 min drive to big Yorkdale Mall and metro station (30 min to Union street) small table and no chairs for 3 people; no hairdryer; no possibility to store clothes outside the suitcase (o.k. for 1-2 nights)

Small for 3 people, there was only one bed in the room - extra large, it's true. But still... No disaster, but less comfortable. If we were 2, all would be good. A bit far from the city center.
• Eugenie (1/5): Annonce trompeuse à fuir pour 1 famille (1 seul lit pour 3personnes) - Rien annoncé trompeuse Je suis obligée de laisser un avis négatif concernant mon séjour du 21 au 24 août 2025. La chambre proposée ne disposait que d’un seul lit king size prévu pour 3 personnes : totalement inadapté pour 2 adultes à forte corpulence et un adolescent de 17 ans. De plus, il ne s’agissait pas d’un appartement entier mais simplement d’une chambre au premier étage de la maison des propriétaires, qui vivent au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons dû nous reloger en urgence dans un hôtel à Toronto, à un prix bien plus élevé. Nous aurions accepté de payer une nuit, mais certainement pas trois nuits pour un hébergement non conforme. Le propriétaire aurait dû accepter un arrangement. 👉 Nous avons payé la totalité de la prestation (372 €) sans avoir passé aucune nuit dans ce logement. ❓ Où avez-vous déjà vu qu’on loge 3 personnes dans un lit king size ? ⚠️ À fuir absolument si vous voyagez en famille. Je trouve cette annonce très trompeuse et j’espère sincèrement que Booking la rectifiera rapidement.
• R Collins (10/5): Great stay for Oasis gig! - Perfect location to stay for the Oasis gig! Quiet residential area & easy checking. Great communication with the host. The room is lovely and has a comfortable bed with ensuite. The host was helpful in printing out a parking permit that we needed to purchase online prior to arrival. This is a shared house with the host, but this didn't bother us and they were super friendly. It is not a 10min walk to the Rogers Stadium as advertised due to the entrance of the stadium. Leave plenty of time to get to your gig. Despite that, it was still a great location to stay using an uber to get there. Google maps says it's a 60min walk! Taxi with uber was less than $10 but took 30mins due to traffic in the area.

I didn’t expect there is a family living downstairs. It’s not that I don’t like it, I was just surprised. They were also really nice and pleasant people.

• Sarah (8/5): Confortable et satisfaisant - Super emplacement tranquille dans un beau quartier. La communication avec l'hôte était excellente. Les instructions étaient claires. L'entrée sur les lieux fût facile. Chambre confortable. Propre. fonctionnelle, bien éclairée, beau balcon dehors. Le lit n'avait pas de drap plat, Nous pouvions seulement se couvrir avec la couette. Puis les oreillers étaient couverts du taie décoratif seulement. Je suggère d'apporter de la literie pour votre séjour. L'isolation n'est pas super, nous entendions beaucoup les gens dans la chambre d'au dessus. Nous avions un code pour entrer et avions étés autorisés à entrer directement. Par contre, nous n'étions pas avisés que nous rentrions directement dans un domicile privé. J'ai trouvé ça quelque peu malaisant d'entrer dans la maison et voir une famille en train de souper et regarder la télé.

• Veronica (1/5): Bad - Clean area False advertising!!!!!THIS IS A SHARED SPACE - it is a room within someone’s house. The room is located on the second floor so you will see their living area and family members. The front door is shared as well, no balcony. Also need a parking permit which we had to ask the proprietor for the link so she can print out the receipt . Stay elsewhere.

King size bed, microwave and refrigerator were nice amenities. Host was very nice and polite. Did not know it was a shared space with a family, although they were very nice and accommodating. Also be prepared to pay for street parking as you will need a permit to park during specific hours. Our room did not have a balcony so that was advertised incorrectly.

• Igwele (8/5): A great time in Downsview Park - The location was ideal in terms of proximity to my business location in Toronto. One could easily jump on the public transit bus as it was close to one of the stops. Another interesting feature is the serene Downsviee Park just about 300M from the property for your morning runs if that’s your thing. It is ideal for a maximum of two guest not three

• Kostiantyn (10/5): Very good - I liked the apartments. They are in a quiet area. The apartments had everything you need. The owners were friendly and professional in renting out the property. The room has a balcony. a small minus, the door to the balcony is glass and the sun shines in the morning if you get up late.
