• SEERGEY (1/5): - Ничего Это не отель, а место для пыток. Началось с того, что отель предлагает бесплатный трансфер с аэропорта. Таксиста нужно ждать около 30 мин, хотя нормальный трансфер предусматривает встречу с табличкой у выхода из терминала. Таксист не знает где отель находится. Таксист, с отеля с букинга после разговора с отелем, от которого он и приехал встречать гостей, не только не знает где отель но и говорит Что отель фейковый, выскакивает встреченных гостей со словами, что ему нужно новых гостей из аэропорта везти. Отель находится над торговым центром, указателей либо вывесок нет, нужно потрудиться чтобы его найти. Ручки на двери нет. В номере холодно, как на улице. Из окон жуткий сквозняк. Поражает, то что в описании на букинге в этом номере указан камин. По факту вместо камина сломанный дешманский обогреватель электрический. В ответ на претензии владельцы принесли купленный в магазине дешёвенький пластиковый обогреватель электриче,кий. Он даже не в состоянии погреть и пол комнаты типа туалета. Совет владельцам- приходите переночуйте сами в своём сарае, может почувствуете своим задом насколько всё запущено!
• Nada (6/5): - The location and the security. It was not as presented in the photos. It was mentioned as serviced appartement how ever we had to pay for cleaning it or changing the bed sheets.
• saleh (1/5): صاحب الوحدة السكنية غير صادق - تم الحجز وحدة سكنية من ثلاث غرف وتم الدفع من خلال الموقع وعند التواصل مع المالك افاد ان الوحدة السكنية غير متاحة وتم تسكيني في وحدة سكنية ( غرفتين فقط) ولم يتم تعويضي عن الفرق
• Mohammed (1/5): Cheating and Disrespectful - I didn’t get my reservation The motel told me they would cancel due to non of availability but the fund didn’t return yet I arrived there from long travel and suddenly they discovered there is no available room And start searching for another hotel in midnight
