- Ayshan (7/5): Good but consider some issues while booking - the location of the property is great, it is just ten minutes away from the Aonang Beach We saw the snake on the backyard of the hotel and tell it to the hotel reception. Our room view was not great. Ask property to have yard or pool view when booking. We got something like cable view.

Breakfast is good (even as a vegetarian) Saw lizards and I am afraid of them. But it's because of the greenery around I suppose

- Hélène (7/5): Sympa! - La localisation de l’hôtel est super pratique. La piscine est jolie même si elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, le bar de la piscine est génial! Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible. L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et mériterait un rafraîchissement, néanmoins cela n’empêche pas de passer un bon séjour.

We kregen zelfs een gepersonaliseerde, zelfgemaakte kaart bij het afscheid. Het zwembad is heel fijn. De zelfgebakken brownies bij het ontbijt waren elke dag een feestje. Ik miste een kopje thee bij het ontbijt.

Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - + Frühstück war sehr gut und auch mit warmen Mahlzeiten + Nachts war es sehr ruhig, auch wenn Ao Nang ein belebter Ort ist. Hotel liegt aber schon wieder 200m von der Flaniermeile entfernt + Hotel liegt in guter Lage zu Geschäften und Restaurants - Das Zimmer war schon sehr alt. Im Bad gab es noch eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang - ich denke das sagt schon alles. - Im Zimmer gab es nicht mal einen Stuhl, den ich mir dann irgendwo beim Frühstücksraum geliehen habe. Auch nicht mal einen internationalen Fernsehsender reinbekommen - Ich denke die Bilder bei booking.com sind schon etwas älter - also mein Zimmer sah nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern - Hotel liegt zum Strand schon ein ganzes Stück entfernt (ca. 600m). Dafür hat es einen Pool, den ich nicht genutzt habe.

Но в нашем семейном - Хорошее расположение, рядом 7/11, рынок, много кафе и пляж 400м. Полотенца и постельное уже серого цвета, номера устарели. В последнюю ночь пропала вода, утром не смогли ни умыться ни в туалет нормально сходить

- Dana (8/5): - Běžná thajská snídaně, chutná. Hezký bazén, milý a ochotný personál. Dobrá poloha od rušné ulice centra, přitom velmi blízko. Vše důležité v dochozí vzdálenosti. Pokoje by si zasloužili lepší údržbu, stačilo by vymalovat stěny pokoje, v koupelně vana byla zašlá ve všech pokojích, obývali jsme celkem 3, v jednom z pokojů byla polorozpadlá skříň. Úklid byl OK, ale např. za dveřmi v koupelně se po celou dobu pobytu nevytřelo. To je škoda. Kazí to celkový dojem z hotelu.

- Courtney (4/5): This hotel needs a facelift - Friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast was decent. Everything is super run down. Bedrooms had mould and the toilet was constantly leaking water. No room move offered after complaining. Toilet wasnt cleaned upon arrival, although staff did rectify this. If this accommodation was half the price it would match up to whats provided. We are not an overly fussy group but i would not stay again or recommend this.

Climatisation très bruyante et sale. Le personnel est tout juste aimable, a part les femmes de chambres.

- amir (10/5): - I would like to recommend this resort with all my heart. The staff is absolutely amazing. Caring, attentive, responsive to needs. The hotel manager walks around the resort herself, welcoming everyone. She is amazing. The location of the resort is perfect - the place is very quiet but a short walk from the center of Ao Nang. Very close to the well-known beaches. There are many good restaurants nearby and also very close. The resort is clean, well-maintained, the pool is very well-maintained, large and clean. The breakfast is rich and varied every day. My son celebrated his one-year birthday and the staff made sure to surprise and make us happy. In addition, he was not feeling well one day - the staff took care of his well-being. The woman sitting at the entrance, at the tourist information is amazing and caring. We recommend everyone to come and hope to come again! The staff is truly admirable! We visit many hotels but we have never met such a staff.

It was a convenient location, about 5/10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the night market. For the cost of the room, the property felt outdated and had quite a musty smell in our room. Our bathtub/shower had a leak so water ran out on the floor and into the drain under the sink every time we showered. Some of the other rooms might have been better, our room may have just been a musty one.

- Anne Dorthe (8/5): Samlet set havde vi 9 gode dage, men vi kan finde steder med bedre morgenmad og faciliteter, til samme pris. - Værelset var dejlig stort, med god plads til tøj i skab. Altanen også rigtig fin og stor, med gode stole. Hjælpsomt personale. Morgenkaffen var god. Damen der solgte ture, var meget sød og hjælpsom. Morgenmaden var virkelig trist og kedelig. Hvis de gerne vil have gæster fra Europa/vesten, må der gerne være retter tilpasset os. F.eks bacon til æggene, og ost/skinke til toastbrødet, som var det eneste brød der var. Der er kun varm kogt kylling. Intet pålæg udover syltetøj. Frugten var vandmelon hver dag, og på skift ananas og en ting mere. Det eneste kolde drik var vand og saftevand. Der blev ikke fejet på altan, og generelt trænger udendørs området til en havemand.

As a vegetarian there weren't many options, I could see some dishes with vegetables but without saying they were vegetarian I wouldn't have them, a sign to say they are truly vegetarian would help.

- Subramanian (7/5): Good value for money but wouldn’t recommend for a family with babies given the lack of amenities and staff to help out. - The property is located not very far from Ao Nang beach (a quick Tuk tuk or Grab ride); it is surrounded by restaurants, shops and pretty much all other essential stores. The property is well maintained; rooms are well kept, clean and aesthetic. Has a rustic feel to it. We were a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms (one family room and one superior room); both were very spacious. Well, I personally didn’t like the number of pests and lizards within the property. I also didn’t like the fact that they barely have staff to help out; for the entire property (which was booked to full capacity) they had two people working! They do not have a bell boy service (due to lack of staff) and any other such services offered at various stays.

Bons petits déjeuners Établissement vestuste, mal entretenu, plutôt sale. Piscine et bar dans le même état. Mérite un énorme rafraîchissement Les prix ne sont justifiés
- Abby (3/5): - The staff were friendly, although they didn’t seem able to assist much when we raised room-related issues. They were able to help with general questions and always very smiley. The balcony was a good size, and fresh water was provided daily, which was appreciated. Overall, while there were a few positives, the issues with cleanliness, comfort, and value for money made this a disappointing experience. Disappointing stay overall Unfortunately, our stay fell well below expectations. Bedroom: The room was small and the sheets appeared dirty on arrival. There was a strong foul smell in the room which took several days to get rid of, and we noticed multiple flies when first entering. The beds were uncomfortable, and when we asked for an additional mattress topper, we were quoted 800 baht per night, which felt unreasonable. Bathroom: Compared to other hotels, the toiletries provided were very minimal. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted, and the shower curtain didn’t cover the full area, which made using the shower awkward. Sun loungers: These were dated, not clean, and very uncomfortable. Breakfast: Breakfast was included, but it was extremely basic and often cold. We ended up skipping it most days or eating elsewhere.
- Augier (5/5): - Bra läge, rent rum, skön säng och bra personal. Samma frukost varje dag, tråkigt utbud. Ofräscht vid poolen, ej tätt vid fönster och AC som ej fungerade något vidare. Ej prisvärt.
- camilla (8/5): Bra läge. - Centralt, sköna sängar, rent och ok frukost. Bra läge för ett par nätters övernattning i Ao Nang om man sedan vill åka vidare men också inför hemresa. Vissa rum ligger ut mot vägen då man störs av trafiken om kvällar och nätter. Inte ljudisolerat.

- britou44 (6/5): Fuyez les chambres a 3lits qui ne donnent aucunement sur le jardin - Le restaurant bon rapport qualite prix Le petit dejeuner copieux, mais peu varie, tous les jours la meme chose Environnement tres sale, des ordures tout autour des bungalows. Des monceaux de detritus caches derriere des toles ondulees. En dehord des 3 plages l’ile est une poubelle. La chambre ouvre sur un couloir, une fenetre qui donne dur un tas d’ordures. On ne voit jamais le soleil

Tekstiilit hajalla/tahraisia/vanhoja. Kolme huonetta kokemuksen takana. Ei missään nimessä euronkaan arvoinen. Eikä vastaa luokitustaan eikä mitään luokitusta. Henkilökunta tympeää ja jopa epäkohteliasta.
