Safe needs battery changing but owner declines - it is obsolete and needs replacing
TV - sound is dreadful and no free to view stations. Needs replacing
Showers - both are awful, very old, leaking and need replacing
Flat is not air conditioned, only the lounge area is.
Fans provided are filthy and ineffectual (one is actually a heater)
Altogether a very tired, poorly maintained flat
Location - difficult to access on foot (20 mins walk from Quay, supermarket, train station, restaurants)
Poor value for money - very disappointing

- Robyn (7/5): Acacia Apartments - Very clean and spacious apartment. It was a convenient location to the Parmelia Hilton where we were attending a wedding. Getting from the basement carpark to our apartment was difficult. Maybe I missed some instructions?
We also noted a shower door in the ensuite bathroom would not move.

All the beds are old need replacing. uncomfortable and rock hard. rooms were also cold. Linen and towels were also old. Bathroom needs an upgrade as well.

Lots of nice touches throughout and very accommodating with late check-in and check-out. Convenient parking with lift access straight up to apartment. Didn’t use any of the facilities but great looking swimming pool and tennis court.

- Ellie (9/5): Would return and ideal space to stay in Perth. - Really great location with car park - easy to retrieve keys. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and child. Helpful to have laundry and kitchen - stand up fridge/freezer, mini clothes line. Shampoo/soap provided too which is good. Quiet at night, even if in the city. A shame we didn't get to use amenities like tennis court and pool but looks nice from a distance. Additional pool/beach towels are provided too which is very convenient. Anything that wasn't right was rectified immediately/earliest possible - zero complaints.

- Gaia (9/5): Great stay, will book again. - The hosts were fantastic. The apartment was clean, beds were quite comfortable, fully self- contained including an oven, washing machine and dryer. Lovely little touches by supplying soap, body wash, shampoo. Candles throughout the property which was lovely to burn and relax at night. Mounts Bay Rd is not my fav street in Perth. It can be quite difficult to get to. The placement of the apartments are difficult to find. It is situated at 128 Mounts Bay Rd and they are behind 126. You need to drive past 126 (up towards 124) and there is a driveway to take you behind. This was not given in our instructions so it was quite daunting to try and find it in the traffic. Thankfully the hosts answered my call and gave me clear instuctions.

Rooms suited our needs.
Kitchen had all that we needed. Just battled to find the entrance - by using the name Acacia would have been better as maps was not picking up the street where one would gain access.
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional - Great location for families...close to the city, close to Kings Park, close to the freeway to get around Perth with free secured parking.
The pool is a lovely addition too.
There's a nearby cafe, bar, bottleshop and pharmacy too and great running track across the road.
Well equipped with added extras like pool towels, games and tennis rackets...even a couple of soft toy friends for the kids.
Highly recommend for a family trip to Perth.

- Joseph (10/5): Great value and a great location. - The price was very affordable and a cheaper option than a hotel. 2 bedrooms was excellent as we could travel with our adult daughter. The apartment was really large at 100 sq feet. Well appointed throughout and kitchen facilities with appliances, cooking utensils and cutlery was exceptional. So good to have our own parking bay also.
Location was a joy as it was so easy to get up to Kings Park, visit a friend in Hollywood Hospital, get to the CBD, Elizabeth Quay, Watertown, even Vic Park. Really loved staying here and will look to in the future. These are nitpicks and would in no way influence our decision to stay here - we will always stay here if we can, it's just that good.
Finding the keys was a bear. I didn't understand where I was staying exactly and went to the wrong block. Found some key safes but not ours. Ended up going in to the Nesuto and the staff were kind enough to give me a map of the whole complex. Once I saw where Acacia was I found the keys easy peasy. Phew.
Iron with international plug - this was weird as we found the iron but no way to plug it in that we could see.
The Queen mattress was a cheap trampoline and it would be good if it got updated to something which didn't transfer movement so much. Even a thick topper would help, I think.
