• Manfred (9/5): Gute Erfahrung - sehr empfehlenswert - Gute Frühstücks-Box im Schließfach neben dem Eingang. Küchen-Equipment konnte bei Bedarf aus der allgemeinen Küche geholt werden. Pool-Billard vorhanden, konnten wir leider nicht ausprobieren, wegen zu vielen Aktivitäten in Lissabon. Beschreibung wo das Frühstück zu finden ist war nicht ganz eindeutig.
• Cecilia (10/5): - Ótima escolha. Apartamento super confortável e lindo. A cama, travesseiros, toalha e roupas de cama são magníficas. Dá vontade de ficar dormindo até mais tarde. Tem um bebedor de água e máquina de lavar disponível na recepção que ajuda muito. Apenas da abertura da porta do prédio por dentro que poderia também ter uma fechadura eletrônica. Precisar abrir pelo aplicativo é mais trabalhoso.

O quarto e demais instalações suprem qqer necessidade. E a gentileza da equipe em antecipar meu último café em virtude de sair mto cedo no dia seguinte! Embora seja a proposta, senti falta de ter alguém representando os proprietários no local em algum momento da estadia.
• moijenna (9/5): - I liked the accommodation in general. The room had air conditioner which was needed. Bed and towels were comfortable. We stayed for a one week and they cleaned the room in the middle of the week, which I wanted myself. There were washing machine for clothes in the common area for everyone to use and also kitchen if want to make food. In the lobby there was a drinking water machine which was great. The room had really little space for clothes and the tables were too small (we had a lot of things for one week). For that reason we needed to keep a lot of things in the suitcases during the trip.

• Claudio Roberto (8/5): Falha grave de comunicação e atendimento lamentável no check-in noturno. - Boa localização. A comunicação da hospedagem sobre o acesso ao apartamento precisa de melhorias urgentes. O código de entrada não estava disponível no aplicativo da reserva, apenas no site/e-mail. Como eu estava em trânsito, não estava a verificar o e-mail constantemente, o que dificultou muito o acesso à informação. Sugiro que esses dados sejam enviados com maior antecedência e por canais mais claros e diretos. No meu caso, a situação tomou proporções gravíssimas. Chegamos à propriedade após às 23h, vindos de um voo internacional, exaustos e com bagagens. Eu estava acompanhado da minha mãe idosa, de 80 anos, que ficou extremamente aflita com a situação. Ficamos, literalmente, no meio da rua sem conseguir entrar e sem ninguém para nos orientar. O fator mais agravante foi ao tentar usar o telefone de contato fornecido: a pessoa que atendeu foi rude, disse que não sabia do que se tratava e ainda insinuou que eu deveria ter caído num golpe. Uma postura lamentável e desesperadora para quem deveria prestar suporte ao hóspede. Já estávamos no limite do stress, a procurar ativamente outro hotel para passar a noite, quando, por pura sorte, um outro hóspede apareceu no hall para pegar água. Ele viu o nosso desespero e ajudou-nos a encontrar as informações necessárias para entrar. O mais curioso (e alarmante) é que esse mesmo hóspede relatou ter passado pela exata mesma dificuldade na sua chegada no dia anterior. Fica muito claro que a comunicação desta hospedagem não está a ser eficiente e que não se trata de um caso isolado. É urgente que a gestão reveja os seus processos, especialmente para chegadas tardias, para não continuarem a deixar os hóspedes desamparados na rua.

• Shin Ping (4/5): - The staff were all friendly and helpful and the location was great. There’s a green light on the wall which was too bright for me to sleep at night. And the wall was too thin and not properly sound proofed. I was woken up by the couple staying next to me by their loud conversation in the middle of the night.

• Tomasz (10/5): - Łóżko bardzo wygodne, zamontowane okna bardzo wyciszają to, co dzieje się na zewnątrz i prawie nie przepuszczają światła, dzięki czemu można lepiej odpocząć. Słabe światło w łazience oraz wieszak na ubrania, który był bardzo mało stabilny.

Das ist leider aber generell ein Portugal Problem. Und ohne AC war es recht kalt. Ich bat daraufhin nach der erst Nacht nach einer zusätzlichen Decke, weil es so kalt war….Die Decke bekam ich erst zum Ende meines Aufenthalts

The apartment without kitchen we got was VERY small. Maybe we should have looked more closely at the square meterage, but it was just uncomfortably small. Can’t open your suitcase and the door at the same time, that sort of thing. Shouldn’t rent a place that small.

• Daniela (10/5): Simplesmente perfeita pra mulheres que estejam viajando sozinhas, seguro, limpo, agradável e acessível - Fiquei hospedada em dois tipos de quartos em dias diferentes, ambos são confortáveis, limpos, e a roupa de cama é deliciosa, tem uma textura incrível. Eu achei o banheiro bem pequeno mas nada que tirou o glamour da estadia. A rua é de fácil acesso ao trem de estação Santos, onde fui pra outras cidades. Na esquina tem um café maravilhoso chamado Heim. As ruas em torno são belíssimas e tem tudo de forma acessível. Não tenho nenhum ponto negativo

• Hodgson (9/5): Schöner und günstiger Startpunkt in einem Viertel mit angenehmem Flair - Günstige Bleibe und Lage. mit schönen Restaurants um die Ecke, und Straßenbahn/Bus zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Selbstversorger. Sehr knapp bemessenes Zimmer, Bad eher minimalistisch, aber klappt sehr gut. Hervorragende Matratze und Dusche. Gute Kaffeemaschine in der gemeinsamen Küche, netter Frühstücksraum. Dort sitzt auch die Rezeption, wenn sie da ist. Nette Mitbewohner mit Kind aus Brasilien, mit denen wir ins Gespräch kamen. Uber fand die Adresse schlecht - wir hatten auf dem Hin- und Rückweg jeweils mit den Taxis Probleme. Das Hotel sollte die Postadresse und nicht nur einen Link in die Buchungsbestätigung hineinschreiben. Am Freitagabend war es bis nach 2 Uhr auf der Straße definitiv zu laut. An allen anderen Abenden haben wir das Ambiente sehr genossen und fanden die Straßengeräusche von Personen, die nach dem Essen nach Hause gingen, eher belebend.

• DANIELA (10/5): - Eu tive um pouco de dificuldade para entrar no hotel por meio do código da porta, mais devido a minha falta de experiência com este método do que por algum problema do hotel, a localização é maravilhosa, fiz absolutamente todo meu roteiro de Lisboa a pé, na esquina tem um café chamado Heim, tudo é uma delícia. Vale muito a pena se hospedar neste local. Ah eu viajei sozinha, seguro para mulheres, que estejam pensando em conhecer Lisboa. Achei que demorou muito a vir a msg com o código de abertura da porta

A Mônica me recebeu muito bem e foi sempre muito solícita ao longo de toda a hospedagem, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A localização é excelente, muito perto de tudo, facilitando bastante para explorar a cidade. A limpeza também estava impecável, tudo muito bem cuidado. Além disso, as fotos do anúncio são fiéis à realidade, o que é sempre um ponto positivo. A hospedagem também conta com ótimas facilidades, como cozinha completa, máquina de lavar e café disponível, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática e confortável. Meu único ponto de atenção é que o quarto é realmente bem pequeno, mesmo viajando sozinha. Em uma próxima oportunidade, optaria por um quarto maior para ter mais conforto.

Не понравились всякие современные заморочки,вроде электронной регистрации и то что номер нужно открывать с телефона, это может быть только дополнением к физическому ключе карте - а не замена! Нет круглосуточной стойки регистрации. Нам не понравился номер в который нас первоначально разместили - очень маленький и окно прям на дорогу - беспрерывно слышен шум колес и видны головы людей проходящих под окнами, нам его заменили за дополнительную плату, за это спасибо! Рядом нет супермаркетов типа Континента.

• florence (10/5): Super séjour - L'hébergement très fonctionnel est idéal pour un couple. L'emplacement calme mais proche des quartiers animés et touristiques à pied ou par les transports en commun facilement accessibles. L'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain à certains moments est un peu gênante. Un micro-onde pourrait être utile.

• Franziska (7/5): Good location and fair price - The location is amazing. The design is very modern. The check in system with the app is amazing. The WIFI worked really well. They got a really good music box. The room was on the first floor and we could always hear people talk outside when they walked past the house. Unfortunately, it took at least two minutes for the shower to warm up. This was a bit annoying. The carpet in the room under the bed bothered us a bit because it seemed dusty. But what was really bothering us was the fact that the room was incredibly humid. I left my shirt hanging in the room and it literally felt wet the next day. The room also had a an extremely sweet smell.

• Alessandra (10/5): Unforgettable! - Everything and everyone, position was excellent, stuff so friendly, gave us a lot of great recommendations and always ready to satisfy all my requests, the room was like new, modern with big windows full of lights, air conditioning working perfectly, large bathroom and shower. We loved it! We had an application with our code to access the building and the room and was so efficient and easy to use! We forgot some earrings and they ship them for us! Nothing, feels like home immediately!

Location was great: away from the crowds but still close to major sights or public transportation. there were a lot of nice cafés and good restaurant options as well as small groceries nearby.

Sengen var behagelig. At værterne skulle vide et præcist tidspunkt for hvornår vi ville være der samt checke ud, og at morgenmaden kun kunne leveres i et begrænset tidsvindue. Værelset var desuden meget småt - der var ikke engang plads til en skammel/stol til at sidde på.

• Valeria (8/5): Schönes kleines Zimmer in guter Lage - Die Lage war sehr gut. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war alles schnell erreichbar. Auch zu Fuß konnten viele Bars und Restaurants direkt erreicht werden. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr ansprechend und für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Es war zudem sehr sauber. Das Zimmer verfügte über recht wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war dies akzeptabel. Gelegentlich hätte man sich jedoch etwas mehr Platz gewünscht. Für zwei Personen wäre es sicherlich zu beengt gewesen.
