• Abbas (10/5): Loved my stay with my family, Subhan and Fares were excellent host and very friendly and helpful always there to assist - Ideal location and fantastic view of Burj Khalifa a skyline specially from sunset onwards ! Just a walking distance to Dubai Mall 4 minutes away from Carefour supermarket which is open 24Hrs very safe area. Well equipped apartment, would highly recommend. The only bad experience I faced was with the security and the 2 African gentleman at the reception who were not friendly and helpful to guide as as we arrived.
• Umar (7/5): Good - They didn’t not give any toiletries no water on welcome no tea coffee nothing nothing normally when you stay at these kind of places they give water in the apartment even if it’s two bottles and at least some complimentary toiletries or some coffee or tea that was very disappointing after paying so much apart from that the apartment was nice and location perfect

• Badreyya (3/5): I will never come again too much money for nothing - Only the view and security Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time at the reception before the staff completed the check-in process. When we finally reached the apartment, we were shocked by how unclean the place was. The bathroom had several issues, and on top of that, there were constant loud and annoying clicking sounds coming from the curtains, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There were no electrical outlets near the bed, and although we understand this is a residential apartment, a basic welcome gesture would have been appreciated—especially since it was listed on Booking.com and receives regular bookings. For example, at least providing a small amount of drinking water. We arrived from Ras Al Khaimah extremely tired and thirsty, only to find that there wasn’t even a bottle of water available. This raises the question: why are we paying such a high amount just to stay in an apartment with malfunctions, poor cleanliness, and an unpleasant odor? I even had to buy air freshener myself—and I have proof of that. Overall, it was a very poor accommodation experience. The only positive thing was the view of Burj Khalifa, which was truly beautiful. Other than that, there is absolutely no chance I would repeat this experience.

• Linda (8/5): Needs a little improvement to be almost perfect - Large, clean apartment in the perfect location for us. 5 minutes walk to Dubai Mall. Fabulous view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. Very comfortable bed. Great Air conditioning. This was our second last accomodation after an extensive trip around Europe and the only place that did not offer any amenities whatsoever. No water, no tea and coffee, no bathroom products. There wasn’t even anything to use to wash the dishes. Even though it had a full size kitchen, It would have been impossible to cook here as the utensils were very limited. It would not take much to give this place a 5 star review.
