• Aloia (7/5): - L'appartamento era nuovo e abbastanza pulito. La seconda camera da letto era un pò troppo piccola infatti all'interno non c'erano mobili (armadi o cassettiere) perciò siamo stati costretti a tenere tutto nella camera più grande dove invece non mancava nulla!

• Michał (9/5): - Bardzo czysto, przestronnie, pełne wyposażenie, blisko metra, parking prywatny, Bardzo polecam mimo kilku drobnych niedociągnięć. Trochę mało wydajna klimatyzacja, problematyczne wifi, kłopotliwe meldowanie się przez stronę.

• Laila (8/5): Overall it’s a lovely Apartment and good value for your money and nice easy access to the Airport. - Host was kind enough to let us have one of the Apartments for longer and check out a couple of hours later :) which was nice of her & she seemed friendly :) Unfortunately the area we were in had prostitutes that were literally just wearing lingerie in high heels in every corner along the main road at night (there were at least 10 we walked by) which we had to walk through with all our children! I also did not appreciate the fact we had to fill out all the forms before arriving which usually is the hosts job to do when you arrive and they take all your passport details but I had to do all this before arriving which took up so much of my time as I did not have mobile data so I had to keep connecting to free WiFi when I am supposed be enjoying my holiday.
• franco306 (9/5): appartamento nuovo e confortevole , vicino alla fermata della metro - Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti molto bene dai proprietari che ci hanno mostrato tutto l'appartamento. Si vede che è appena stato ristrutturato e con tutte le comodità. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato sotto casa e al coperto. La fermata della metro resta infondo alla strada circa 500 mt. . Ci siamo fermati solo pochi giorni, ma ci siamo trovati come a casa. grazie.
• Stephany (7/5): Foi ótima! - O apartamento era bem confortável, fui em família, marido e filhos e nos acomodamos muito bem. As camas muito confortáveis, lençóis e toalhas muito boas. Tinha tudo que precisamos. Amamos o apartamento bem aconchegante e confortável. O Ar condicionado não gela (ou não sabemos usar), eles tem um sistema de economia de energia que não gela bem e como estava muito quente, só conseguimos dormir porque dois dos ambientes tinha ventilador.

• FABIO (7/5): Viaggio a Roma - Struttura accogliente e moderna. Abbiamo soggiornato in 15 persone tra adulti e ragazzi. Sia in stanze che in appartamenti. Parcheggia auto interno alla struttura. Quindi ottimo. Siamo stati più che bene. Tutto sommato la consiglierei! Praticamente chi soggionava nelle stanze aveva dentro nella stessa (unico ingresso)un altra porta con altre persone che soggiornano. Quindi costretti a chiudersi dentro(il problema che il climatizzatore e' all'ingresso e chiudendosi dentro sia noi che le altre persone non usufruivano del clima. Quindi costretti ad usare il ventilatore. In un altra stanza fatto presente che un climatizzatore non raffreddava ma problema non risolto.

• Dalibor (10/5): - Amazing and cozy modern apartment next to the aqueduct and mini market. Plenty of space, nice terrace, nice parking lot... The city centre is easily reachable. Everything was fine. Just a word. The metro line C is under construction so you have to take the bus from the same station (you can use the same ticket as well) to reach the A line. Bus lines are 451 (this one drives the whole night) and 548 to Subaugusta.

Рядом с домом - фруктовая лавка и небольшие кафешки. Сами апартаменты довольно просторные, в них есть все необходимое, места достаточно для 6 человек: 2 отдельные спальни и гостиная с раскладным диваном. хозяева отзывчивые. Все отлично

• Aksinya Samoylova (10/5): - Great place, top quality apartment and stuff work, it was a perfect stay! The Air Conditioning is perfect, it keeps steady room temperature, very important in summer. The WiFi was weaker as expected, but works better on the balcony.
• Juřík (9/5): - Líbilo se nám kompletní vybavení apartmánu a to včetně vybavené kuchyňské linky a kávovaru na kapsle. Dostupné metro v blízkosti ubytování cca 400m. Apartmán je prostorný i pro naši čtyřčlenou rodinu. Hezká novostavba s možností parkování auta za uzamčeným plotem. Lokalita. Zřejmě se jedná o lokalitu kde se pohybují i sociálně slabší jedinci a tato hezká novostavba zřejmě může lákat potenciální zloděje. Vybavení je nové, ale ještě by bylo vhodné je doplnit o více talířů.

The owner, upon discovering my acc - The location is quite comfortable and the apartment is spacious I described everything below. I didn't expect that in booking, if there was a small mistake, the owner would demand an additional payment just because they could.
• Cristian (10/5): - Loc de cazare intr un bloc nou. Am locuit la etajul 4. Apartamentul a fost curat, suficient spațiu pentru o familie cu 3 persoane. Loc de parcare privat, la interior. Climatizarea a funcționat tot timpul, este un aer condiționat la mijlocul camerei care asigură o temperatură constantă, în plus mai există o unitate pe care nu am folosit o. Aproape de mijloace de transport în comun, metrou….totul a fost excelent. Recomand. -

• Laura (8/5): Vacaciones romanas - Piso muy limpio y bien preparado. Con una terraza formidable. Camas muy comodas. Silencioso. Tuvimos la suerte de tener el piso de la ultima planta y veiamos la luna desde la terraza todas las noches El barrio donde estaba ubicado. Alejado del metro y supermercados, aunq hay pequeños negocios hindues por todos lados. La caminata al metro es de 15 minutos y luego llegar al centro a Roma en metro se tarda aprox 45 m. O sea q para cualquier cosa tienes que salir con una hora de antelacion.

• Thomas (10/5): Perfekt sted for overnatting for bilturister som skal besøke Roma - Perfekt sted for en familie å bo når man skal besøke Roma. Leiligheten var topp moderne, rent og pent. Lett å komme seg til Rom by med kollektiv. Bra parkeringsalternativ inne i komplekset. Sikkert området. Litt dårlig hastighet på internett, dette er viktig for barna på kveldstid

• Dragos E (5/5): - It is close to the metro station, it is a new building and if you are lucky you can get a parking place. Doesn't have air conditioning in the room. You have to throw your garbage from the room, but nobody informs you about this cleaning think, it is just a poster in the hall where is mentioned about cleaning your room, otherwise you will be charged if you don't dispose the garbage.
• Claudia (4/5): Delusione - Stanza nuova, carina e comoda Nonostante sul sito sia indicata come presente l'aria condizionata, questo non corrisponde a verità. La mattina del check in arrivato un messaggio che indicava la presenza di fan coil, peccato però che questo sia presente solo nell'ingresso, da cui accedono stanze diverse. Ovviamente per non dormire con sconosciuti la porta si chiude e l'unica frescura è garantita da un ventilatore da loro fornito, perciò sanno che nelle stanze non si sta bene. Non ho chiuso occhio per il caldo.
• Anna (8/5): Апартаменти гарні, але дуже небезпечний район - нас пограбували((!! - Апартаменти в цілому сподобались, в новому будинку, закрита територія, є власний паркінг. Є необхідний посуд, рушники і постіль білі. 2 окремі спальні. Кондиціонер працював завжди, це було дуже важливо, тому що температура була 33 ж-35 в Римі. Але! В апартаментах були і вентилятори, це трошки нас збентежило, але не знадобились. В відгуках читали, що кондиціонери не завжди працювали, тому уточнюйте краще цей момент! Дуже небезпечний район!!! Поряд є супермаркет Лідл і нас пограбували , винесли все з машини- жах! Тому краще не лишати машину без нагляду в таких районах! Оцінку загальну не знижую, бо це звісно не вина власників, але це треба знати і враховувати при виборі ночівлі. Ще порада власнику - спілкування в чаті треба зробити більш коректним, ми весь день були в дорозі і скинути паспорта терміново не змогли і це було ще 2 дні до заїзду і власник почав нам писати з великих букв, претензійно?!? Не дуже приємно, бо ми відповідальні і все завжди робимо вчасно.
• Mirjana (8/5): Novi i izuzetno cisti apartmani. Klima ne radi, internet los. - Apartman je bio jako cist. Sve je novo i izuzetno uredno. Komunikacija s osobljem je bila ok. Ciste peskire dobijate svaki drugi dan, a mozete traziti i cesce. Metro stanica je udaljena 7-8min. Imajte naumu da ova linija metroa ne ide kasno, posle 21h. Ako dolazite autom, u dvoristu postoji privatni parking. Klima nije radila, a bilo je pretoplo. Internet jako los.

• Vlatka Dzale (8/5): Would recommend for cooler period of the year - Clean, new apartment, everything decorated with style, cozy beds, new bathroom, you can tell it is a new building with all ne furniture. Huge balcony. Dishwasher and a fridge. Safe spot for a car. 8min walk to the underground station but keep in mind it's not operating later in the evening and would need to take a bus (very long ride). There are three air conditioning units for each room and although everything was new, including the building, none of them worked. They might be sufficient for early spring and low temperatures, but we stayed during heat wave and they were completely useless. We needed to keep windows opened during whole stay and it was realy hard to withstand even with two fans. It's a pitty because everything else was exceptional.

• Vytautas (7/5): A beautiful apartment with a large terrace, let down by poor customer service. - The apartment we stayed in was modern, clean, and located on the 5th floor with a spacious terrace almost above the rooftops. A staff member met us and explained everything. The parking was safe, and the building felt secure. The booking process was stressful: the host lied about availability, ignored our cancellation request for a couple of days despite initially agreeing to it, and attempted to charge city tax for children. Eventually, we got the date changed and didn't pay tax for children, but it was not cool and stressful and we are not looking for stress on vacation. The dishwasher was both dirty and poorly installed, Wi-Fi was nearly unusable, and the surrounding neighborhood was rundown.
• CrsXavier (6/5): Szép,tiszta,de nagyon messze a központtól, minimális felszereltséggel. - Szép,tiszta volt. Nagyon sok idő volt bejutni a belvárosába,hiába közel volt a metròmegállò(át kellett többször szállni) A hűtő,ami van,két víz,és némi felvágott tárolására volt elég. Nem voltak ilyen alap dolgok,mint tányér,kanál, kés, villa. Nem volt zárható szekrény,csak egy nyitott pakolòs rész. Ritkán voltunk a szálláson,de amikor netezni szerettünk volt,nagyon akadozott. Nagyrészt azt mondom,hogy NEM volt net.

Препоръчвам го( стига да не е по време на горещините.) Апартаментът го посетихме по време на горещини- климатиците ( климатичната система) бяха настроени да "работят" на някакъв еко режим, с две думи не работеха. Вътре беше много,много топло. Интернетът беше ужасен. Вечер почти го нямаше,, малко по-добре е сутрин (явно тогава не се използва от др.и се появяваше). Но ако не е горещо и не ви трябва много, много Интернет -препоръчвам

• Ara (10/5): - Очень хорошие апартаменты, очень чисто, все удобства. Хозяйка очень хорошая и отзывчивая. До метро 5-6 минут пешком. Очень хорошо для тех, кто на машине. Там есть своя парковка. Я бы вернулся снова. Спасибо. По утрам все выкидывают мусор на улице. Мусорные баки стоят близко от дома. Из за этого немного шумно. Но тут ничего не поделаешь, большой город, со своими минусами.

• Aga (5/5): Nie polecam - Czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Blisko stacji metra zatem idealny do zwiedzania miasta. Do stacji metra mieliśmy 5 min spacerem. Zdjecia klimatyzacji w ofercie bardzo mylne- w mieszkaniu NIE MA żadnej klimatyzacji ani wentylacji. W lokalu było 30 stopni, nie dało się spać i normalnie funkcjonować. Po reklamacji dostarczono nam wiatraki, które były tak głośne że całą noc nie mogliśmy spać. Zasugerowano nam abyśmy otworzyli okna na noc- rano tuz przed 7 obudzily nas maszyny budowlane ulicy. Wifi nie działało. Niestety ilość minusów vs plusów jest zdecydowanie większa :(

• Salvatore (8/5): Soggiorno gradevolissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente. - L'arredamento, la disposizione delle stanze, la posizione e la struttura in genere. Una chicca il divano letto comodissimo al pari quasi di un letto Nulla in particolare da eccepire. Se proprio bisogna essere pignoli, suggerirei qualche capsula in più di caffè quando la prenotazione prevede 5/6 ospiti

• Komnenić (6/5): Očekivali smo bolje po recenzijama koje smo videli. Ovako je ocena 6. - U smeštaju je bilo cisto. Smeštaj ne izgleda bas kao na slikama, tako da nismo imali kuhinju, samo mali deo gde je kao stočić sa kuvalom i kafe aparatom. Ručni deo tuša ima slab mlaz, tako da je kupanje trajalo duplo duže nego inače. Čuje se frižider jako i onda smo imali teškoću da se uspavamo. Takođe, jako je mala soba gde je krevet i bilo je mnogo vruće, pogotovo u toku noći tako da smo morali da uključujemo klimu. Smeštaj je prilično udaljen od centra, morala su dva metroa da se menjaju ili tramvaj koji putuje sat vremena.

• Tünde (10/5): Minden igényemet kielégítette. - Tiszta. Igényes. Biztonságos. Tágas, kényelmes. Az ágyak tiszták és kényelmesek voltak. Estére lehúzhatod az elektromos redőnyt. Felszereltségben minden is van. Tv, hűtő, mosógép, mikró. A fürdőszoba igényes és nagyon szép volt. Főzhetsz kedvedre. Természetesen mint minden olasz apartman, hatalmas erkélye van. A szállásadó kedves, gyorsan válaszolt kérdésemre. Minden rendben volt a szállással. Nincs olyan amit hiányoltam.
