Guest Reviews
- Sascha (10/5): Best choice for a stay in Pittsburgh - We had a two nights stay in Pittsburgh and it was great. The apartment is equipped with all a couple of two needs. Very clean, there is a sofa, a bedroom, a big rest room and a cooking area which has all it needs, laundry machine and so on. I rate 10/10.
Communication with owner/administration was super fast and supportive. No questions left, also 10/10
The apartment is located at Center Ave. Bus 82 and 86 are stopping directly at the front door to go downtown (ca. 30 minutes), ore you take a walk to "negly station" for 5 min zu use Express Bus P1, also to go to downtown.
Aldi, Market District Supermarket, The Fresh Market can easily be reached in less than 5 min walk. So location is also 10/10.
Next time in Pittsburgh I would definitely chose the apartment again. Thanks for having us! noithing to add here.

- Mary Rose (9/5): This was our 1st time visiting Pittsburgh and we had a blast! - The apartment was very well-appointed and matched the pictures online. It was a close drive to the Pitt campus located in the Shadyside neighborhood which is an awesome area. We were about a 10min walk/2min drive to great restaurants and shops along with grocery stores, etc. Plus it's a very safe neighborhood, the opposite of what the name "shadyside" might suggest. As far as the apartment itself, not only was it clean, it had plenty of little amenities that were a nice touch like full-sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, plenty of extra paper products, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. Loved that there was a full spice rack! We had such a short stay we didn't need all that much but having stayed at similar properties in other cities, this one was more well-stocked than most. The building itself is new and had lovely common areas. Finally, the host was very responsive. We were short a towel and extra sheets for our daughter and he made sure we had what we needed right away. Funny thing- the extras we needed were accidentally left in the dryer but we didn't discover that until after the fact. This 1st one is more a heads up to keep in mind when booking- the pull-out couch is really only suitable for one adult-sized person who's not super tall. It could maybe work for 2 small children. As far as "complaints", these are super nitpicky and certainly not a big deal- but a tissue box in the bedroom and bathroom would be helpful. With the abundance of other paper products, these would be key to have as well. Also, we weren't fans of the chargeable light bulbs. I think warm LED bulbs, which last forever, would be a better option. Again, these are super minor things.
- Ka Ling May (9/5): - The layout of the flat, the kitchen utensils, decor, location all good Water pressure in bathroom a bit low.
Perhaps, the mattress can be improved
- Diana (9/5): - The apartment was the same as in the pictures, perfect for a couple of days’ stay. The price was good as well, and they’re pet-friendly. There was free street parking for three nights right next to the main entrance. It’s within walking distance of Starbucks, Giant, and Whole Foods.

- Lauren (10/5): We’d stay here again! - Great location for what we were doing; extra linens available for pullout couch. Clean and neat, with a nicely stocked kitchen. The free onsite parking is technically street parking, but there was always a spot available in front of the building.
- Caician (10/5): Good location. -

- Matthew (9/5): Cute apartment close to many things with great parking. - Loved having our own “space” The couch was not very comfortable.
- Michael (9/5): An awesome place to stay while visiting my daughter. - It was a full service apartment- fully furnished. The place was very clean. complete with towels n detergent should you need to do some laundry. kitchen is complete with pots and pan including all the essential oil, sugar and all sorts of herbs if you plan to cook. Property is near traders joe and a lot of good dining spots within walking distance as well. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned or changed

- Anand (10/5): Excellent Modern Apartment - Very well designed modern apartment. Well equipped, especially the kitchen. The attention to details was amazing.
It is within walking distance of places to eat, shops and supermarkets.
Excellent gym.
- Sarah (8/5): Great price for the quality - the location and the amenities nothing in particular
- Scott (9/5): Fully furnished and equipped one-bedroom unit in a newer building close to shopping and university - My daughter is renting a unit in this building and my purpose was to visit her, so having a furnished unit to stay in the same building was ideal. The building is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants; parking on the street was available so I didn't have to pay for parking. The unit was attractively furnished including a full set of dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils. They went beyond the basics to decorate the unit, to make it feel like a place you live, not a hotel room. Large screen TV with access to streaming services. The building includes a very large and well-equipped gym and a nice lounge area to hang out. Free espresso coffee available. Quiet room. The view from the unit was into an old, run-down apartment building. I lowered the shades in the evenings--I could see directly into apartments across the narrow alley. I found the bed to be too soft for me (but I like firm beds). The unit was nicely decorated, but had so much that there weren't many surfaces that weren't covered. It was a bit tacky to discover that all the plants were plastic and the books were fake--the kind that you find in showrooms.
