• Chun-Ying (1/5): - DO NOT book this place. You risk having your funds frozen or stolen with no support from the platforms involved. The host used a third-party platform, Swikly, to claim a €150 security deposit for "damages" that were either pre-existing or non-existent (e.g., clogged drains and wall stains). The room was in poor condition upon arrival, with doors that wouldn't lock and loose outlets. The claim was made nearly 3 weeks after checkout (Dec 21 to Jan 9). When I demanded time-stamped evidence and official repair receipts, the host stopped responding. I have contacted both Swikly and Booking.com customer service multiple times, but neither platform has taken any action to protect me from these fraudulent charges.

• youssouf (9/5): J’ai passé un agréable séjour et confortable et je recommande - C’était bien propre tranquille très confortable le faite qui est tout à côté de la gare en station de bus L’entrée en bas juste avant de prendre les escaliers, il y avait une odeur bizarre mais dès que tu sors dans cet endroit tu rentres dans l’appartement tu m’oubliez tout

• Angel (8/5): Buen apartamento para una estancia en familia con bebé - Apartamento amplio y con mucha luz natural. No habia microondas para calentar los alimentos. Las ventanas no insonorizan lo suficiente y se escucha bastante el ruido del tráfico.

• Francisco Manuel (8/5): En general bien. Zona un poco insegura. - El alojamiento es luminoso y espacioso. La decoración muy bonita y el baño muy nuevo. La zona en general da un poco de inseguridad. Aunque no hemos tenido ningún altercado. El portal muy sucio.

• Julia (1/5): Awful - The apartment doesn’t look at all like in the pictures. The view from the balcony is at some destroyed houses and at some building with barbed wire, like in prison. The apartment is in a really bad area. The house is spooky, we heard the screams of the neighbors all the time. And on top of it, there were cockroaches and we got bitten by some fleas in bed. Terrible time in Marseille.
