Leonardo (8/5): Your house in the Capital of the kingdom. - The villa itself and the privacy. The traffic noise isolation and the availability to cook, the villa could have all the conditions to do it but the cooking equipment is not available.

Adil (3/5): Poor - Nothing much The villa was good size. The services were very poor. No reception, telecome, internet mostly not working. There was problem for the hot water in bathroom. The location was bit dry.

Abu Maryam Mike (10/5): A really good place to stay if you are in Riyadh. I highly recommend it. - The place is new, very clean, spacious, and the staff are available 24/7 for whatever you need. The place is spacious, the sofas, beds, chairs are all comfy. I stayed for 9 days and the staff were always there to help. The garden is big. We stayed in the winter so we couldn't used the swimming pool. But the villa, every room had good heating. This might be a temporary problem, but there was no water in the downstairs bathroom. We still had two bathrooms upstairs which had hot water so this wasn't a big issue. Perhaps variation of the breakfast options would be nice too.

أحمد (4/5): - نضافة الفلا وسرعة استجابة الموظفين .. إزعاج التيريلات والسيارات .. والفطور يتم احضاره بكسات من كودو وجت في البداية مفتوحة بحجة ان فيها بكسات لاكثر من فله وتم معالجة الموضوع .. لاحقاً وايضاً المسبح لايوجد فيه تدفئه ..

Bander (5/5): Beautiful design and pool, but poor maintenance, insects, and service spoiled the experience. - I really liked the design of the place and the swimming pool—these were the highlights of our stay. The place requires urgent maintenance. I had to change my chalet due to a strong cigarette smell that bothered my family, and the staff showed no consideration. Despite losing 3 hours because of the issue, I wasn’t granted even one extra hour past the 12 PM checkout. There were also many mosquitoes inside the property, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there was an open construction pit right at the entrance, which caused a lot of dust and posed a safety risk.
