• Mariangela (9/5): Vacanza perfetta - Casa pulita, un appartamento molto confortevole, l’unica cosa che posso dire è che bisogna spiegare che non sono due matrimoniali ma una è da una piazza e mezza.per il resto la posizione ottima per girare il centro . Un letto è troppo piccolo per due persone… è magari un copriletto visto che per il trapuntino era troppo caldo

• Kathryn (10/5): Great accommodation in a lovely area - The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet area but still central. It is spacious and modern and the shutters keep it very cool. We liked having two bathrooms. It was our first time in Seville and we had a great week. The cathedral is beautiful and the weather was perfect as it was not too hot. A visit to Las Setas is a must at sunset and La Bartola (2 minutes from the aparrment) has delicious tapas. Thank you to Ricardo for recommending it to us! Nothing.
• jean marc (10/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix à recommander pour les séjours en famille, ou entre amis. - Le grand séjour était très confortable, mais il manquait les torchons pour la vaisselle, la douche avait les joints noirs donc manque de javel dans le nettoyage ? L'emplacement était parfait, l'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, mais l'insonorisation manquait un peu !

• Victoria (10/5): Apartamento bonito y práctico en zona muy céntrica - La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca de buenos restaurantes y de puntos claves turisticos como la catedral y los alcazares. Se trata de un alojamiento muy espacioso con un salón muy amplio. Las camas son muy cómodas. Y en general, la decoración del apartamento es muy hogareña. La entrada a través del patio le da un toque muy especial. Si se coge para más de 4 personas, se hace un poco raro que los baños estén en cada habitación y no haya uno común "fuera". Además, la insonoriazcion del edificio no es la mejor, pero no está localizado en una zona donde haya mucho ruido en la calle.

• Bera (10/5): - Curățenie impecabilă. Apartament frumos, exact ca in poze, amenajat cu bun gust.. Mobilier nou. Foarte aproape de atractiile principale. Aer conditionat funcțional in toate camerele. Wifi bun. Multumim pentru pastilele de cafea de bun-venit! Recomand cu drag ! In prima zi am avut acces la terasa de pe acoperis. Superba panorama cu rasaritul! Apoi cineva a inchis terasa si nu am mai avut acces pana la finalul sejurului.

• Rima (10/5): - Great location and stunning property! Beautiful location and felt very safe. Good size for groups of 6 and fit description. Very well maintained. Owners very helpful too! Easy to check in. The AC wasn’t great in the main living room and first bedroom, maybe this just needs fixing or changing of filters. Also I’d prefer a smart tv, the tv in the house was very old and especially for tourists isn’t very handy.

• Ali (1/5): Bad - The location was good. The plumbing in one of the bathroom was messed up. When we flushed the toilet, all the sewerage came up in the shower making the shower stink and the bad odor was also flowing to the master bedroom. As a result we could not use the bathroom or the bedroom. The host took 12 hours to acknowledge and to respond and send someone over but this should've been dealt with as an emergency not like a regular maintenance call. I asked for refund back and the host agreed to a very small amount to refund for the inconvenience (1/8 of the amount of total stay). This type of plumbing issue doesn't just happen. This must've been an issue prior to us checking in and the host must've ignored it, causing us to have a bad experience. I would not recommend staying at a place where host is not upkeeing with the maintenance.
