• Naman (10/5): Great royakan, specifically for non-Japanese tourist. 10/10 - The Hotel is a bit far from the station, and one needs to walk till the property as there is no bus service as well. But otherwise, the royakan is amazing, specifically for the tourists. The do have private onsen as well, which for non-Japanese tourist, is a plus if they are shy in accessing public onsen. That was the highlight for us. Other than that, throughout the two days we saw Fuji-san from our room and it was spectacular, specifically at the night. There is also a supermarket few meters away from the property that is opened 24/7. If you want to eat vegan, then you will have a bit of challenge but otherwise there are plenty of restaurants. Overall, a great choice. Will always recommend it to others. None, everything was good and as per my expectation.

• Arvin (9/5): Traditional Ryokan stay in a quiet small town with nice views. - Amazing private onsen tub in the room with a beautiful view (Mt Fuji wasn't as visible when we stayed). Suite was very roomy and even the bathroom was nice and modern/updated. The Ryokan dinner and breakfasts were incredible with really helpful and friendly staff. The lobby was gorgeous with free drinks and the building was close to a Daiso and supermarket. Futon beds were stiff and not as comfortable. Dinner wasn't available on our first night so we had to find something in the town when everything was already closed. Loud/random noises at night in the room so it wasn't as quiet.

• Yuko (9/5): また来たいです！ - スタッフの方全員の物腰が穏やかで柔らかく笑顔が絶えず、アットホームな温かい雰囲気がとてもよかったです。 お布団（ベッドマットレス）の寝心地も良く、無料の貸し切り露天風呂が最高でした。 お食事は夕食、朝食共に本当に素晴らしかったです。味にも見た目にも癒されました。 都合で一泊しかできませんでしたが、猛暑の夏休みの家族旅行に、短い滞在時間中はすべて癒しの時間というくらいのんびりほっこり過ごすことができました。 悩んだ末に予算オーバーを決断した甲斐がありました！ お食事の場所はホテルの公式サイトで紹介されている中庭を臨む窓のある個室と信じ込んでいましたが、宴会場を仕切ってのお部屋で少々殺風景でした。公式サイトを見直したら、そちらからの予約の場合のみ個室確約、とありましたので希望の場合はそちらの選択肢が必須です。 無料の貸し切り露天風呂は素晴らしかったのですが、髪を乾かしたり化粧水を付けたりする場所がなかったので、とても残念でした（急いで部屋へ戻る間にも人には会ってしまうので焦りまくり・・・）

• Bruna (9/5): A must-have experience - The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The view of Mt Fuji was really there and the onsens were diverse, providing us a relaxing experience. We were there in May after Golden Week and we could enjoy the facilities, as there were not many guests. Finally, the dinner and breakfast were very good. Such an experience! Staff was kind to us and we will surely recommend this hotel. It exceeded our expectations Nothing.

• Willa (9/5): Amazing stay with views and service - The view was what really made this stay worth it. Mt Fuji and sunsets in every room! But close behind was the service which was truly amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was impressed that they met us at the car and carried in our bags. Our server for meals was so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great value and very comfortable and clean. I loved that the private baths were first come first serve and did not cost extra. Would love to come back. The hotel itself is a bit older and it shows. Still clean and very nice but dated. The private baths were okay but nothing special.

• Laquisha (10/5): Lovely ryokan stay at good price - Lovely ryokan stay in quaint Japanese town. 1 block from 24h supermarket for any last minute needs. Setting is lively with incredible mt Fuji view. Impeccable service and food! Nothing that comes to mind. If you’re looking for more ACTIVE (things to do in area, etc), probably not preferred. But I specifically wanted peace and relaxation so was ok with that.

• Steven (10/5): Excellent Onsen Hotel with Great Hospitality - A great place for a rest stop before returning to Mishima or Tokyo. The hotel and rooms are well decorated with great art and pottery pieces. The provision of drinks and snacks during the check-in process is a nice touch. Coffee and tea are also available after breakfast for enjoyment of Mt Fuji view at the rest area. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast are exquisite in quality and varieties for the room rates. The beds are low(er) than usual and therefore it is very convenient and comfortable to get on and off. The 3 private onsens available for personal/family use are great for those who prefer some privacy. For those who need some last minute shopping, a supermarket and Daiso is just round the corner. The rooms overlook Mt Fuji (in the distant) with some blockage of mountain ranges. However, a river in front provides a very serene environment.
