• janis (7/5): couldnt get into car park as some other gust had blocked acces - shower screen not clean, also thought there would be some sort of blankets for the sofa bed

Jól éreztük ott magunkat. - A környék szép, csendes. 15-20 perc sétával elérhetők az éttermek és pubok, ahol helyi és nemzetközi ételekből választhattunk. A hajszárító hiányzott az amúgy jól felszerelt szállásról. Kérésünkre két nap múlva hoztak volna, de addigra kénytelenek voltunk vásárlással megoldani. Jó lett volna vendégpapucs is, nem mindenki hozott magával.

• Mathew (10/5): Great!!! - Beautiful self contained apartment and actually one of the nicest ive used within the area with almost everything one could need. Parking would be difficult in busy periods Could do with an hairdryer in the apartment
• Amanda (9/5): Great stay. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts instructions clear for entry. - Only 2 wine glasses and no water drinking glasses. The quilt for the bed settle should have a cover.

• Liz (10/5): Fabulous accommodation - Fabulous accommodation - very comfortable with all facilities (and more) required for our overnight stay. The rooms were all a really good size and little touches made it feel homely but with hotel-like quality. The location was perfect for our trip (Sefton Park area). Entry to the building and apartment was easy (as long as you follow instructions, especially if you arrive in the dark). Owners kept in touch frequently, in advance, during and after our stay so we were reassured that someone was available if there were any issues - which there weren't. We will definitely stay here again in the future! There was nothing we could complain about at all.

• Nick (9/5): Great apartment. - Really nice and well appointed apartment. Easy to find and access. Comfortable bed. Would recommend. Very little on site parking (one car blocked the other spaces off) but you can park around the corner on the street ok. Given the price I would have appreciated the sofa bed making up before arrival, rather than leaving it for us to do.

• Natalie (6/5): The apartment was lovely although housekeeping not up to scratch - It was quiet and located close to where we wanted to be Had difficulty with lock on the inside of door, reported to owner that was on entering apartment initially, on Sunday night lock completely failed so again reported, we did manage to gain access using tools a locksmith would attend following day, the owners did give use access to another apartment in the interim. This did cause a lot of stress and we cancelled our plans for that night. No bath towels on arrival reported and told to help ourselves there were some outside apartment, grill pan dirty and lots of dust and debris under sofa and in crease of sofa cobwebs in most areas, saying all this the apartment was lovely and we would stay there again, just need better housekeeping

• B (8/5): A lovely little apartment - A lovely apartment with all the essentials included. It stated there was parking but there wasn’t and on street parking wasn’t really possible because of the double yellow lines.
• Wayne (10/5): A lovely modern clean apartment close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane. - The property was spotless and well equipped. Ample space for us two.
• Caroline (6/5): Ok but issues - Comfortable apartment, close enough to the centre. Modern. Lacked a few basics - not enough towels for 3 occupancy, no bottle opener, drainer, tea towel. Sofa bed difficult to use. Communication with staff was very poor!

• Diana (6/5): If there had been heating and hot water it would have been worth the money. - The apartment was decorated to perfection, it was beautifully clean and the bed was very comfortable. The building that the apartments are in is wonderful, and the location was ideal being very close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane. There was no heating or hot water! I didn't notice when I first got to the property because I was going out straight away, but when I returned, in the early hours, it was freezing! I stayed in Apartment 1 which is in the basement so it was freezing cold all night, even in bed. When I got up the next morning I found that there was no hot water either, so I couldn't have a shower. I had noticed that there was no hot water the previous night but just presumed that the hot water was slow to come through, and I wasn't hanging around in the cold waiting for it. I did inform the apartment owners in the morning and they told me to try to reset the boiler, this didn't work. I noticed that the fused outlet for the boiler was hanging off the wall. (see photo)
