Upon check-in, you must sign the registration card, and you must show a valid photo ID and a credit card. Special requests will be made subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
The property is located in a residential area, therefore guests are required to remain silent. It is forbidden to organize events in the facility, including hen and stag parties, etc.
The facility is nonsmoking. Breaking the ban is associated with the imposition of a fine in the amount of PLN 500.
If you would like an invoice for your stay, please make a request and write to the property at the time of booking. It will not be possible to issue the document later.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Małgorzata (8/5): Bardzo udany weekend mimo podłej pogody , polecam ale przeczytaj uwagi powyzej! - Świetna lokalizacja , tuż przy morzu ale cicho i spokojnie , urocze mieszkanko ,raczej dla pary niż rodziny, czysto, anex kuchenny z lodówką i wszystkim co potrzebne, choć brak expresu do kawy, okna w większości w skosach (poddasze) zatem bez widoków, gdy słońce robi się dość cieplo ale są wentylatory, klimatyzacji brak, łóżko w sypialni na dole słabe niezbyt wygodne - rozkładana kanapa, parking na posesji - bez dodatkowych opłat!co w Sopocie jest atutem! Obsługa biura i kontakt b.dobre i miłe, odbiór kluczy do apartamentu w innym miejscu niż mieszkasz! Kilka drobnych przeszkód: Lokum jest słabo oznaczone - pod wskazanym adresem brak żadnego logo/ znacznika apartamentu ani na furtce, ani na drzwiach wejściowych do willi , ani nawet na drzwiach wejściowych do mieszkania , które wygląda jak lokal prywatny opisany nazwiskiem mieszkańca a nie nazwa apartamentu, logo jest dopiero po przejściu przez 1. drzwi prywatnego mieszkania! gdzie dalej znajdują się kolejne drzwi i te dopiero są oznaczone . Dość mylące to wszystko! Niby jest podany numer mieszkania ale absolutnie nie wygląda to jak Ten Apartament którego szukasz! Zatem śmiało „włamuj” się do mieszkania nr 4! Wjazd na posesję i dostęp do miejsca parkingowego wymaga zdobycia kluczyka do słupka parkingowego i pilota do bramy a one znajdują się w apartamencie czyli trzeba wejść na górę na 3 piętro, znaleźć apartament a potem zejść na dół ,otworzyć wszystko, zaparkować i spowrotem na górę ….podobny/odwrotny scenariusz przy wymeldowaniu gdyż kluczyk należy pozostawić w apartamencie ! Zatem treningi góra/ dół po schodach zapewnione! 😅💪🏻 brak windy! Zwrot kluczy odbywa się do skrzyneczki przy biurze która otwiera się kodem , tym samy co przy przybyciu aaaaale jest on aktywny do punkt 11:00! czyli do godziny wymeldowania z apartamentu- a do tego miejsca musisz jeszcze dotrzeć w kilka/kilkanaście minut - weź to pod uwagę albo musisz dzwonić do biura w celu odświeżenia kodu! Nie to że marudzę ale poddaję właścicielom do przemyślenia aby beztroskie wakacje mogły być jeszcze bardziej beztroskie ! Dyskretne logo na wejściu+ wszystkie klucze i pilot razem+ kod działający do 11:30??
