• Fernandez (7/5): Noisy in summer - Lots of parking, pool with slide, kid-friendly. Noise from events lasts until late. Children running down halls after 10. Piano playing in the lobby after 10 pm. Construction/repairs (hammering, drilling, etc.) right outside door at 8 am.

• Nicholas (6/5): Très belle chambre, mais bruyant. - La Chambre était propre, le lit confortable, le personnel professionnel. La douche était très bruyante lors de l'utilisation. Il y avait des mariages lors de notre séjour, on entendait très bien les sons de basses de la musique dans notre chambre jusqu'aux petites heures du matin, ce qui nous a déplu grandement.

Grosse, moderne und saubere Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung und vielen Steckdosen. Effektiver und pünktlicher Flughafentransfer. Gutes Frühstück, Gaststätte für abends, faire Preise. Lage an einer stark befahrenen Strasse (Zimmer trotzdem ruhig) in the middle of nowhere. Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel muss telefonisch bestellt werden, Hotel aber leider nur über Automat erreichbar. Haben Flughafenmitarbeiter mit lokaler Sim-Karte und Sprachkenntnis um Hilfe gebeten.

Piscine appréciée des enfants (malheureusement nous n’avons pas trouvé les vestiaires, nous étions donc en maillots dans les couloirs de l’hôtel) La machine à glace en face de la chambre où des gens viennent très très tard le soir se servir et le bruit très bruyant de la ventilation que nous ne sommes pas arrivé à régler

• DARALYNN (7/5): I needed a day to rest near the airport between flights-this was perfectly comfortable for my needs - Very nice breakfast. Welcoming treats for IHG members were a welcome surprise...especially the bottled water. This hotel is going to be so nice once the renovations are complete. They are working on a TV and fireplace in the lobby as we speak and many other upgrades. Would suggest a variety of pillows--4 pillows were all the same density. I like a softer pillow myself. Rooms do not have carpet which is a good thing. My first night was restful and silent. However, the second night, the occupants above me arrived just as I was drifting off to sleep and I could hear what sounded like high heels going back and forth for 45 minutes. No idea what that was about. Also their loud voices. Ugh.
• Marine (9/5): Très jolie hôtel proche aéroport - Hôtel très sympa proche de l’aéroport Navette gratuite depuis l’aéroport très pratique Il y a aussi un arrêt de bus au pieds de l’hôtel mais prévoir le compte en espèces ou alors acheter un ticket avant à l’aéroport J’ai juste eu un problème avec la douche qui a inondé la chambre, mais c’est juste un manque de chance. On m’a proposé de changer de chambre, mais j’ai préféré la garder et on m’a passé des serviettes pour que je puisse éponger

La mitoyenneté : les voisins ont fait beaucoup de bruit la veille au soir de nôtre départ. J'ai été obligé de taper sur la porte mitoyenne. Le bruit a un peu diminué. Le restaurant bat, les tarifs des spiritueux ne sont pas indiqués

• analuciamt23 (10/5): Good value, nice room. - Convenient location really close to YUL. Kind and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Restaurant seemed a little overpriced but that's not important (I don't know if it's actually part of the hotel). Didn't eat there so I can't comment on quality anyway.

• Jean Luc (10/5): Hôtel exceptionnel à découvrir surtout avec des jeunes qui aiment se baigner et glisser dans cette glissoire de bonne di - Rénové, propre avec du personnel dévoué et à l’écoute. La piscine et la longue glissade qui est rattachée sont une partie de plaisir pour les jeunes et moins jeunes. Les chambres sont grandes, 2 lits King, la télévision de grande dimension offre plusieurs canaux. La salle de bain offre une douche de bonne dimension. Wifi est disponible gratuitement. Le service de navette pour le transport a l’aéroport est rapide et ponctuel..Nous recommandons cet établissement à tous et nous serons de retour c’est assuré: En terminant, disons que nous sommes demeurés dans plusieurs hôtels dans l’arrondissement de l’aéroport et cet établissement est une découverte. Le rapport qualité/prix est aussi exceptionnel. En terminant, un service de restauration est disponible sur place mais nous n’avons pas utilisé ce service.

• Leina (2/5): Horrible experience and never booking again - The hotel pool was lovely and we enjoyed it The room was so hot and humid…. Spoke to the receptionist many times to fix it and they didn’t fix it and didn’t move me to another room … my husband and son both asthmatic and had difficulty breathing and sleeping … we had to keep the room door open to be able to have fresh air … the management got us fan to help but it make it worse …. I will never recommend the hotel for anyone … and I will never book again in this hotel … I booked the room with breakfast for 4 but wen I went don’t they told me management will only give 2 ppl and I was angry since I paid for 4 so unprofessional and rude … I had horrible experience

No parking spots I need to walk all the way to end of other lots for parking, no one greets you , no proper drive it’s full road work

• Reese (9/5): Short, beautiful, sweet - Very clean. Really friendly staff. It was under reservation but I can tell its going to be so much nicer when it's done! My sister went to the pool and said it was really fun. Wish we were staying longer! Elevator was quick but looked sketchy. I hope that gets renovated too. They originally gave me one key card for a room of 4 and when i asked for a second one they gave me it with no problems but then the first one stopped working so it was back to one key card anyway.

• Greg (6/5): Convenient spot by the airport - The room was spacious and bathroom very clean and modern and seemed recently upgraded. The shuttle service was very helpful. They were undergoing some construction in the lobby so it was a bit messy upon entry as well as in the elevator. The receptionist wrote the wrong room number on our key and after a very long travel day, having to trudge back down to the lobby, wait to get the correct room figured out and then back up to a different floor was a bit annoying.
