• Charline (7/5): Hôtel au milieu des travaux. - Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport, situé à environ 20 à 30 minutes, ainsi que pour la possibilité de bénéficier d’un check-out tardif. Les lits sont confortables et nous avons également apprécié la piscine. L’hôtel est entouré de nombreux chantiers d’hôtels encore inoccupés. Heureusement, un 7-Eleven se trouve juste en face, mais il n’y a absolument rien d’autre à proximité. Le personnel de l’accueil ne s’est pas montré particulièrement accueillant, et nous avons constaté une différence entre le tarif du check-out tardif communiqué par écrit et celui annoncé oralement. L’ensemble donne une impression d’hôtel un peu fantôme.

• Ovodok (10/5): A great place for both business and family travel, as it is conveniently close to many key locations - A quiet, beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere. Our stay was truly lovely, and we had a great time with the family. Even our business partners came to meet us and ended up booking the same spacious villa in front of the swimming pool. The manager was highly experienced, helpful, supportive, and professional, and the staff were warm and friendly. The gym facilities were outstanding, especially for professional athletes or those interested in biohacking. The landscape was beautiful, and the location was excellent, with convenient access to all the areas we needed to reach.

• Anat (7/5): כפר נופש קטן יפה וחדש. רחוק מכל מקום, ארוחת בוקר מצומצמת, והצוות לא מקצועי ולא תומך ולא ידידותי. - מרכז כפר הנופש יפיפה, אם קטן. הבריכה מלוחה ומתוחזקת יפה. הגינון מושלם. הכל נקי ויפה. החדרים מצויינים, רק שלא ניתן להחשיך אותם וגם בלילה נכנסת תאורה מהחוץ ארוחת בוקר בינונית ואפשר להגיד משהו קמצני וקפדני מדי, כמו שומרים עליך בצורה לא נעימה ולא מזמינה. . המחיר גבוה מדי לתמורה. המיקום גרוע , אי אפשר לצאת רגלית מהמלון לשום מקום, גם כי הכל רחוק וגם כי אין מדרכות וסכנת נפשות ללכת לצד הכבישים. הצוות לא מקצועי, בקושי מבינים כמה מילים באנגלית, לא שירותיים בכלל. בחדר אוכל יש אווירה קשה של קפדנות וחסכנות. שירות חדרים מאחר מאוד להגיע. החדרים מוארים גם בלילה מתאורה מהחוץ שלא ניתן לחסום. ובבוקר מוקדם כבר נכנס הרבה אור לחדר. המחיר גבוה כמו מלון 5 כוכבים, אז כן הכל נראה יפה ונקי, והחדר כושר מעולה, אבל לא שווה את המחיר כי החוויה לא נעימה. אתה מרגיש כמעט לא ממש רצוי במקום. חבל. כי יש להם פוטנציאל כי המקום חדש ויפה.
• Franziska (4/5): Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber alles andere war schlecht. Würden nicht noch einmal kommen und es auch keinem wei - Das Gym ist gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Der Poolbereich ist auch sehr schön. Auf den Bildern sah das Zimmer um einiges besser aus als es dann wirklich war. Das Zimmer war mangelhaft sauber und sehr klein, für zwei Koffer schon zu eng. Auch das Bett war sehr klein und unbequem. Als Frühstück gab es nur eine sehr knappe Auwahl, vor allem als Vegetarier. In der Gegend kommt man ohne Moped/Auto nirgendwo hin, an der Straße würde ich auf keinen Fall nocheinmal entlang gehen, da es keinen Gehsteig gibt und dadurch äußerst gefährlich ist.
• Bianca (8/5): Amazing save for breakfast. - The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel including the incidence was exceptional. The continental breakfast was not continental and did not accommodate for all ethnic backgrounds which resulted in us having to access sandwiches from seven eleven which really let the hotel down considering we paid for breakfast including the room.

Refused room change despite online availability Ants, blood stains on mattress, broken fridge Hours lost dealing with customer service Very poor breakfast quality and selection Extremely small room, with no space for luggage, you have to step over your luggage to reach the bed Details for those who want the full story: We arrived after a 17-hour journey and were assigned a ground-floor room directly facing the parking area. Cars were parked literally 30–40 cm from the window, and every arrival illuminated the entire room with headlights. In addition, a busy road only a few meters away meant continuous traffic noise throughout the night. Sleeping was nearly impossible — even with noise-cancelling headphones. We requested to change rooms immediately. The hotel informed us they were fully booked but offered an upgrade for €150 per night. After contacting Booking.com, we were told the hotel would review availability. Later that evening we were again informed that no rooms were available. At approximately 1:30 am, after another sleepless night, I checked online and saw a deluxe room available at the same property. Reception stated there were no rooms. I booked the available room myself for approximately €230, and suddenly a room became available immediately. We received keys at 2:00 am and were finally able to sleep. Following this move, further issues arose: ants in the room, visible blood stains on the mattress, and a malfunctioning refrigerator. Evening reception staff had to clean the room themselves due to the absence of housekeeping. Overall, this stay resulted in lost sleep, significant stress, and many hours spent trying to resolve issues instead of enjoying our holiday.
• Maureen (5/5): Très déçu pour un 4 étoiles - La piscine , les équipements neufs et propres L éloignement de tout , si vous n’avez pas de moyen de locomotion très compliqué ne serait ce que pour trouver un grab ou Bolt. Tout est construction autour le bruit des travaux mais ça ma foi on y peut rien Nous avons eu la chambre au rez de chaussé alors que vu ce que j’avais sélectionné je pouvais avoir une petite chambre dans le jardin. Notre chambre donnait non seulement sur la rue mais sous les cuisines ( pas dormi de la nuit ) dans une chambre très petite . Nous avons demande à changer et nous a proposé la porte en face , vue sur … un mur . Le personnel pas forcément super agréable. C’est dommage
• Christoph (8/5): Modernes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern - Moderne Anlage mit schönen Zimmern ( am Pool - nicht im Haupthaus auswählen ). Frühstück ist ausreichend und wurde vieles frisch zubereitet. Hotel ist direkt an einer Strasse mit viel Durchgangsverkehr. Die Zimmer sind ruhig gelegen aber die Strasse kaum passierbar ( kein Bürgersteig, kaum befestigt, keine Regelungen durch Ampel usw. ). Zum Strand gehts nur per Shuttel der gut und reibungslos funktioniert.

Завтраки были включены можно выбрать яица на выбор, так же есть хлопья, булочки, тосты, фрукты и овощи, нарезка сыра и ветчины. До моря 17 мин пешком, но вдоль дороги или ходит автобус до пляжа. На пляже очень свободно и чисто, можно поесть по пути к отелю. Имеется чистый бассейн с удобными лежаками и баром

• Adrien EUVRARD (9/5): Belle expérience debut février 2026 - L'intérieur de l'hôtel, la salle de sport, la piscine, le restaurant La possibilité de faire de la plongée sous marine sur une journée, avec Mino et Lan qui ont été supers. La piscine profondeur n'est pas librement accessible, dommage. La localisation de l'hôtel est un peu loin de la plage ou d'une zone de commerces, ou d’ un arrêt de bus collectifs. Pas de marché a proximité. Zone en forte construction autour en ce moment

In ogni hotel, giustamente asciugamani sporchi si lavano nonché perché è un po’ più sporco. Mi devi chiedere i soldi della lavanderia. solo perché quando asciugavo i capelli c’era un po’ di tinta che va via anche solo con l’acqua dello Shampoo colorante che uso.

• domenico (10/5): Una bella scoperta. E un grande grazie al personale. - Struttura nuova, pulita, camera un po’ piccola, na hanno delle suites bordo piscina molto belle. Colazione buona. E personale molto sorridente e pronto ad aiutare i clienti nelle loro necessità. Posto con un ottimo servizio navetta per e dalla spiaggia non distante. Tutto perfetto

• Elena (5/5): standard room super small - The hotel itself is great, and the beds are very comfortable. The gym is also well equipped and good to use. We booked a standard room, and it was extremely small — you basically walk in and fall straight onto the bed. Considering the amount of money we paid, this made our stay quite uncomfortable and the nights not very enjoyable. If you want to truly enjoy your holiday, I would strongly recommend booking a villa instead. The villas are spacious and great.

Se nota que es todo Nuevo en las instalaciones . Cogimos la habitación estandard . Para ser un hotel recién inaugurado eran demasiado pequeñas . Apenas caía poco más de una maleta al lado de la cama. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad . Hotel alejado de los servicios.

• Florine (6/5): Un bel hôtel avec un personnel adorable et de bonnes installations, mais des chambres beaucoup trop petites et une local - L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et accueillant. La piscine est agréable et l’ensemble du resort est joli. La salle de bain était moderne et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec des œufs très bien préparés, mais peu de choix/variétés. L’hôtel est assez éloigné de tout, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Les chambres sont vraiment très petites, sans armoire ni espace de rangement pour les vêtements, ce qui rend le séjour moins confortable. Le petit-déjeuner manquait de variété malgré une bonne qualité.
• Dominic (9/5): A new resort with luxurious amenities, amazingstaff who pride themself on cleanliness - The facilities are fantastic. The gym, pool and pool bar are exactly what you need for a chilled holiday. The breakfast was great, rotating the menu each morning. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say ‘didn’t like’ but I feel they made a mistake upon checking in. Us as a couple were checked into the double room, whereas my mum on her own was checked into a deluxe room. The double rooms are fairly small. Also there isn’t much privacy with the bathroom. Just blinds that don’t cover much from the main bedroom. Not a huge problem at all, however. Rooms are nice.

• Scarlett (7/5): - Very new and clean place, food at the restaurant was very nice, breakfast was basic but very nice, comfy beds and nice pool area. Felt very in the middle of nowhere but obviously that’s not something they can help, good for a quiet getaway but if you’re wanting to do a lot of activities or shopping it’s a bit of a drive to get around.

• Dejan (10/5): Great place to be, I would definitely recommend it and return. The gym only is worth staying if you are an active person - The Hotel is brand new with a full-scale gym with all the equipment. This is the best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It even has a device for measuring body composition and posture free of charge. Even some sports institutions don’t have this kind of gear. The staff are friendly and warm, always happy to help. There is a 7/11 store that is open 24 hours right across the hotel, which is really convenient. The beach is about a 15-20-minute walk. The pool area is excellent for chilling, and they even have a diving pool if you want to try it. I would recommend bigger villa, the rooms are spacious, they have terrace with the pool view and high-speed internet (over 150Mbps). The only downside is that you need a transportation to get more into the city, but it’s perfect if you want peace and quiet stay.
• Raffaella Vanda (10/5): Stupenda accoglienza ❤️ - La struttura è molto bella, curata, il personale super disponibile. Ci sono due tipi principali di alloggi: le camere piccole al primo piano e le villine attorno alla piscina molto belle. Quello che abbiamo preso noi era una stanza piccola ma super pulita. Chot è una persona che ti accoglie e si prende cura di qualsiasi cosa. La colazione abbondante sia tipica che internazionale e tra l’altro proprio buona. La posizione è lontana dalle attrazioni ma se vuoi puoi vivere lì perché c’è Banana beach a 5 kn che è’ molto bella altrimenti c’è un Affitta motorino difronte all’hotel oppure con i taxi (applicazione Grab) ti sposti facilmente (Patong 45 minuti). Ha una palestra stupenda. Ps ricordatevi di fare la patente internazionale. Ci ritornerei 😌 Nulla da eccepire
