Very convenient location, close to the train station, shopping areas and tourist attractions. Well-equipped and efficient check-in and check-out. It can be a little noisy - I recommend earplugs.

• christine (9/5): Un cocon au centre ville - Appartement coquet et bien équipé, situé en centre-ville et joliment agencé dans un espace contraint. Notre hôte fut très réactif à chacune de nos demandes du début à la fin. Une maison d’époque, donc escaliers un peu escarpés!
• John (9/5): A lovely stay in beautiful Annecy - A gorgeous apartment with lots of character and attention to the finer detail. A really well-thought out space. Florian the host was brilliant and always on hand to answer any questions we had. Really simple check-in process with the door codes. The central location is great and Annecy is beautiful. There's no parking at the property, and as we had a car we ended up parking about 15-20 mins walk away in a free car park called Parking Imperial right by the lake.

• Viviany Enit (9/5): Lo recomiendo! Céntrico práctico y confortable! - Maravilloso apartamento ! Acogedor , muy limpio , céntrico a 6 minutos de la estación de tren , con todo lo básico para una estancia confortable, con decoración muy peculiar pero agradable! El anfitrión muy amable 🙂

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Buena calefacción. Entrada segura y sencilla mediante códigos. Ubicación excelente en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de todos los puntos de interés. El anfitrión es muy atento y responde rápidamente. Se agradecen los detalles de cortesía. Ruido en la calle por la mañana muy temprano debido a las entregas de mercancía de los comercios.

• Olivia (7/5): - Emplacement au top car près de tout : du lac, du centre ville et du vieil Annecy. Appartement bien équipé et rénové avec goût. Bruyant. Impossible de dormir après 6h30 : bruit de la rue, poubelle et livraison des commerces vraiment pas discret.
