• Andreas (9/5): Immer wieder - Eine ganz hervorragende Lage, Einkauf Möglichkeiten, Anbindung an die Stadtbahn und viele kleine Gaststätten mit der leckeren Thailändischen Küche. Von der Wohnung hat man einen super Ausblick auf Bangkok.
• Tamara (6/5): Wer gute Nerven hat und sich nichts bei den ganzen Verbotsschildern denkt ist gut aufgehoben - Die Lage und die tolle Aussicht. Leider sehr hellhörig, man hört von den Nachbarn sehr viel wenn sie etwas lauter sind. Im Bad waren noch Haare. Die Betten waren aber sehr sauber! Am Anreisetag wurde vorab kommuniziert, dass kurzfristig die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer nicht geht, das kann mal passieren. Die anderen haben funktioniert. Jetzt das unangenehme: man fühlt sich wie ein Verbrecher, wenn man in diesem Gebäude ein Zimmer mietet. Bei der Information über den Eingang zum Zimmer kam mir der Hinweis, ja nicht mit jemandem im Haus über Airbnb zu sprechen, schon komisch vor. Als wir nach 12 Std. Anreise dort ankamen und nur zügig alles ablegen wollten, hat uns eine Dame vom Sicherheitspersonal scharf angesprochen wo wir hin wollen. Überall hingen Schilder, dass Kurzzeit-Privatvermietungen in Thailand bzw. diesem Gebäude verboten sind und man mit Strafe rechnen muss. Wir waren so eingeschüchtert und haben uns als einzige Lösung dann im Hotel Lebua eingebucht, was uns natürlich zusätzliche Kosten verursacht hat. Zwar hat der Host mich ermutigt alles zu ignorieren, aber ich hatte keinen Nerv mehr, mich durch die Glastür unten mit anderen zu schleichen, um oben den Schlüssel im Apartment zu holen. Leider war hier die Info auch nicht vorab gegeben, dass diese Prozedur nur 1x notwendig gewesen wäre und man ab dann immer mit einer Karte hätte durch die verschlossene Tür können. Auch der Hintereingang (deutlich stressfreier) wurde nie vorher erwähnt. Alles in allem also nichts für schwache Nerven, leider hatten wir dadurch erhebliche Mehrkosten, auch wenn wir immerhin die 2. Nacht dann drin verbracht haben. Das Gefühl des „Täters“ blieb trotzdem, in einem fremden Land solche Dinge zu lesen ist nicht entspannend.
