• Kubatova (9/5): If I ever travel to Athens again, I would definitely return to this apartment. - The location is great- not far from the beach, restaurants, and other activities in a new area of Athens. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment inside. It’s located next to the tangenziale, and the owner gave us plenty of earplugs because some guests mentioned that it can get noisy at night. However, we didn’t need to use them, as it was perfectly fine for us. Overall, it’s a very nice apartment, especially for longer stays. There is nothing we didn’t like.
• Garifalia (9/5): - Όλα ήταν άψογα, πεντακάθαρα, πάρα πολύ άνετο και υπήρχαν πάρα πολύ καλές παροχές που σε έκαναν να νιώθεις πάρα πολύ άνετα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Θα το προτιμήσω σίγουρα πάλι

• Vasilis (9/5): - Ωραίο καινούριο διαμέρισμα με όλα όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια για να μείνει λίγες ημέρες.βρισκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και περιοχή της Αθήνας,ενώ στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει στάση μετρό Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και από πάνω η περιοχή έχει τα πάντα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος Ο κύριος με τον οποίο συννενοηθηκα για την διαμονή ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικός ακόμα και για τις πιο χαζές απορίες που ειχα Το μόνο σοβαρό μειονέκτημα θεωρώ ήταν η θέρμανση η οποία γίνεται μόνο με air condition κι ένα θερμαντικό σώμα ρεύματος Σε πιο κρυες μέρες νομιζω θα υπάρξει πρόβλημα Υπάρχουν και κάποια επιμέρους ζητηματακια που ίσως εγώ να μην κατάλαβα καλά όπως η ύπαρξη ενός καναπέ κρεβατιού αντί για δεύτερο κρεβάτι,ο φωτισμός που ψάχναμε για το υπνοδωμάτιο πως λειτουργεί και το ζεστό νερό που ίσως να χρειαζόταν να ανάψουμε θερμοσίφωνα,κάτι που θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε ενημερωθεί μιας και δεν γνωρίζουν όλοι τον διακόπτη από τον πίνακα ποιος μπορεί να είναι Τέλος παρότι εμένα δεν με ενοχλεί, όντως λόγω του δρόμου υπάρχει φασαρία διαρκώς

• GEORGIOS (10/5): We will be back 100%!! - Just an absolutely perfect stay! The private parking is what made us initially book this apartment and after the facilities, the amenities and it was maybe the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at!!! The concierge office on the 2nd floor was more than helpful and Tarek was always available for info we needed as we live in Thessaloniki and was our 2nd time in Athens! 5 min drive to voula beach which is blue Flagged and a 3 min walk to the metro station that took us to the center of athens!

• Krzysiek Wardzała (9/5): - Dość świeże mieszkanie w okolicach końcowej stacji metra. Jest aneks kuchenny z podstawowym wyposażeniem, sypialnia i łazienka. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. W mieszkaniu słychać szum z okolicznej ulicy, ale w obiekcie są dostępne zatyczki do uszu aby lepiej się spało.

• Σαββίδου (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολυ ομορφο , άνετο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολυ ευγενικός και φιλόξενος, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη. Η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!
• GEORGE (10/5): - Εξαιρετική και άνετη διαμονή.. Το δωμάτιο ήταν δίπλα σε όλα καθώς είχε και μετρό δίπλα του 5 λεπτά περπάτημα.. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ φωτεινό με μεγάλη τηλεόραση για βραδινές προβολές… Το κρεβάτι άνετο και μαλακό με σεντόνια που μύριζαν καθαριότητα καθώς δίπλα ακριβώς είχε μια μεγάλη ντουλάπα για να τοποθετήσεις τα πράγματα σου… Πραγματικά μπράβο όταν ξανά κατέβω στην Αθήνα θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα γιατί μου άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις!!!!!!!

• Athina (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was exceptionally clean — spotless in every corner and smelling fresh the moment we walked in. Everything was beautifully decorated and exactly as shown in the photos — maybe even better! The location was perfect: quiet, yet close to everything we needed. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment had every amenity we could think of, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely choose this place again on our next visit — highly recommended, especially for anyone who values cleanliness and comfort! Thank you so much for everything — we really appreciated it!

• Amy (10/5): Tarek was really lovely when we arrived and was very helpful in getting us settled - Property was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable and clean and was just big enough for the four of us. Kids had the sofa bed It was 7 minutes from the Metro and a short walk from multiple supermarkets
• ChristosCho (10/5): Comfortable - Everything was as advertised. Host was great and eager to help with anything we wanted. Nice and cozy apartment. Well a lot of people was ringing the door bell. It's somewhat understandable cause right above they run company and during the day they have visitors/workers and people miss understand the bell. I should point out that they have take measures against it and its clear what is what but people still make mistakes.

• ATHANASIOS (10/5): Άριστη επιλογή!!! - Άνετος χώρος, πολύ καθαρός και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένος. Οι οικοδεσπότες είχαν φροντίσει να βρούμε τον χώρο δροσερό, είχαν νερά στο ψυγείο, αλλά και έξτρα παροχές οπως παντόφλες και ωτοασπίδες για την φασαρία!

• Анжелика (10/5): Staying in these apartments has enhanced my impressions of Athens! - The apartments are new and very clean and modern. Close to Elliniko metro station, it is very convenient for both leisure and business matters. There is everything you need, even ice for drinks in the fridge. Tarek is very hospitable, he meets you, ready to help with various requests, it was very caring on his part. I highly recommend! I will definitely choose these apartments next time to stay in Athens! I can't mark anything here.
• Natalia (9/5): Amazing and comfortable. - Convenient location, amazing hosts & management, excellent cleanliness. Great closet space, has multiple windows and balconies which provide fresh air, and can still block sunlight out, if needed. Not very significant, could benefit from a button to allow entrance to visitors, and a couch a bit more comfy.
• Alexios (10/5): 10/10 - Amazing place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, location and luxury! The apartment has every amenity there is to offer. It is a well-looked after place and is very clean. The host Constantin is an amazing person, always one call away if you need anything and is always there to assist. The location is perfect, parallel to the main road which gives easy access to bus routes and the metro to central Athens just down the road, Its around a 5-8 min drive to Glyfada’s central shopping street and a couple 100m away are many coffee shops and supermarket. Would definitely recommend to a couple or even a group of 4 as the place comes with a huge sofa bed. Overall an amazing experience!
• Moscholea (10/5): Exceptional - A fantastic apartment! We felt like we are at a expensive hotel suite really!!! It was equipped with everything we needed , they had water, detergent, slippers and amazing smelling soaps! Tarek was so nice and always available for us, the attention to detail was crazy, they even has earplugs for us for the little noise that was coming from the street!
• Grigorios (10/5): totally worth it - value for money 100% - Location is 3-5 mins MAX walking to the metro station of Elliniko and generally close to very significant places for my appointments like the center of Glyfada (less than 5 mins with a taxi). The house was super clean and i would say that the facilities were more than the typical "basic" ones you would ask from a place! Constantinos and his assistant John were there for me with their politeness even though i did not have the need for anything urgent, they just gave me some extra information about the area, where to eat, get coffee etc. Will definitely prefer this place again and again! there was nothing i would change, everything felt like home, so easy !
