- Thi (1/5): Disappointed and wasted time - Location We stayed at this hotel in room 508 and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with a lost item after checkout. We accidentally left behind a Kindle when we checked out at 7am on 15 May. We called the hotel around 9am the same morning and informed the front desk, and the staff member assured us it would be kept safely for us. Then, on 18 May, before returning to the hotel, we called again around 2pm and were specifically told that the Kindle had been found and that we could come collect it. However, when we arrived, we ended up waiting almost an hour in the lobby while staff searched everywhere for it. In the end, nobody could locate the device, despite it previously being confirmed as found. We were then told it would instead be mailed to us. What is most disappointing is not even the lost item itself, but the lack of organisation and the amount of time wasted during our trip to Paris. A proper lost-and-found process should be standard in any hotel, especially after an item has already been reported and confirmed as found. We are still waiting for confirmation that the Kindle will actually be shipped back to us in Barcelona. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the handling of guests’ belongings and communication in the future.

- van der steen (10/5): Excelente estancia en familia en París - Nos alojamos en la habitación familiar (abuelos y nieta) y tuvimos una experiencia fantástica. La habitación era cómoda y perfecta para nuestra estancia. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y ayuda de Lara y Daro, que fueron súper atentos durante nuestra estancia y nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Además, el desayuno fue excelente, con mucha variedad y productos de gran calidad. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable para descubrir París en familia.

- Rodríguez Cantueso (1/5): - Experiencia pésima que deja en muy mal lugar a la cadena Accor y a Booking, por tener en su cartera a esta cadena hotelera. Cuando llegué al hotel Ibis con mi mujer y mi bebé de 2 años, después del agotamiento del viaje y a pesar de haber hecho el check-in con antelación para confirmar nuestra llegada, el recepcionista nos dice que lo siente mucho pero que la habitación triple que habíamos reservado no está disponible y que nos tenemos que realojar en otro hotel (El Hotel Mercure Montparnasse TGV). Esto ya me pareció una vergüenza pero, cuando llegamos al Hotel Mercure, los recepcionistas nos dicen que si queremos tener la habitación triple que habíamos reservado, tenemos que pasar solo una noche allí y al día siguiente volvernos a marchar al Hotel Ibis de nuevo. Les pido a los recepcionistas que, por favor, hagan todo lo posible por cumplir con lo que yo había contratado en Booking y, sobre todo, por no hacernos pasar por toda esta situación teniendo a nuestro bebé de dos años. Tras hacernos esperar en el hall del hotel casi una hora, me dicen que es lo único que me pueden ofrecer, salvo que acepte bajar de categoría en la habitación y pagar lo que yo había reservado en Booking por una habitación triple por, ahora, una habitación standard. Cuando les digo que eso que me están proponiendo es ilegal y que exijo que me respeten las condiciones que yo había contratado en Booking, me dicen que si no acepto, me puedo ir de vuelta al Hotel Ibis a apañármelas allí. Quiero recordar que ambos hoteles son de la misma cadena Accor y que el problema fue totalmente de ellos por hacer una venta de habitaciones por encima de su disponibilidad real. Un overbooking en toda regla. Lo peor fue el trato recibido de parte del recepcionista llamado M. Azouz, del Hotel Mercure y del superior que en ese momento se encontraba allí con él, puesto que ambos nos trataron de forma descortés, maleducada e inhumana, importándoles absolutamente nada que estuviéramos allí con nuestro bebé.

Stanza da 4 ( 1 letto e 1 divano letto) con tavolino ed una sedia, 4 scaffali in colonna al posto dell’armadio e 4/5 stampelle in tutto. Colazione un po monota anche se molto abbondante.

Nous sommes arrivés par l avion de 9h et notre chambre était prête. Non seulement nous avons pu déposer nos valises mais nous avons pu aussi déjeuner. Un grand merci à Daro et Lara qui ont mis tout en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. L ascenseur un peu encombré mais c est vraiment le détail...

I know how to travel and stay in quality accommodations at reasonable prices. During a short European tour with my family, starting in Vienna and covering Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, and Paris, this was the hotel I paid the most for. I expected better service and a higher-quality hotel for the price I paid, but the hotel didn't quite meet my expectations. I already knew that finding a good quality hotel near tourist attractions at a reasonable price in Paris is generally difficult, and I experienced that firsthand.

- Sofia Ciantelli (6/5): Pensavo meglio - Al nostro arrivo, il sapone per la doccia non era stato riempito, infatti lo abbiamo terminato dopo 2 docce. Il giorno dopo non ce lo hanno riempito quindi eravamo senza. La sera alla mezzanotte quando siamo rientrati in hotel, sono scesa dalla ragazza alla reception che non sapendo cosa fare, mi ha dato scusandosi, il sapone che avevano nell'acquaio del bar! Che cosa scandalosa! In più al nostro rientro in camera, il mio pigiama era stato buttato e lasciato per terra. Poca cura dei dettagli, stanza molto minimal, non c'e neanche un appoggio per aprire la valigia ma solo un tavolo rotondo messo in angolo con una sola sedia. Niente Minifrigo nè bollitore. Anche la colazione, posizionata in maniera un po caotica

- Lonneke (7/5): An ok stay - The hotel was quiet, and there was no noise from other visitors. The room was ok, the shower was nice. The room had quite a lot of space. Pretty close to the metro and easy to get around. The area around the hotel was a bit quiet and very industrial. Almost no green and sometimes a bit neglected and dirty. The hotel reception was only a desk with a receptionist who was very grumpy so I did not feel very welcome. The room had no koffie/thee or fridge, which I really missed. Very minimal. But everything worked ok. A funny smell in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not work.

Lara a été parfaite Nous venons toujours dans cet hôtel lorsque nous sommes à Paris mais le départ pouvait être jusqu’à midi et la femme de ménage est venue tambouriner à la porte à 10h pour nous faire partir afin de faire le ménage. Puis elle est revenue à 11h alors que mon compagnon était sous la douche elle ouvre la porte avec son pass. Elle revient une dernière fois à 11h50 pour savoir quand nous partons. Je suis consciente qu’elle a beaucoup de chambre à faire mais c’est inadmissible de vouloir faire partir des clients pour finir plus tôt.

- lv (8/5): Hôtel parisien abordable bon rapport qualité prix - L'emplacement, la literie, le personnel. L'eau aromatisée concombre à volonté. On ne peut pas mettre à recharger des appareils dans la chambre si on sort car l'électricité se coupe automatiquement (la nuit aussi) Le petit déjeuner est moyen, le café long ressemble plus à un double expresso,, il est très fort. Les viennoiseries ne sont pas terribles.

When we arrived bed was not there. Then they supplied a broken baby bed and it took them 2 nights (out of 3) to fix the problem despite couple requests.

- Agron (5/5): Elodie front desk was really rude!! - The room was sufficiently spacious, had a beautiful view, and the location was very convenient, close to the metro station. We also appreciated that we were allowed to check in earlier than the scheduled time. At first, everything seemed fine. Our only initial concern was that the bed sheets did not appear very clean. They had marks that looked like laundry stains and were slightly torn. Unfortunately, the main issue occurred after we returned to the hotel following a very long and tiring day. Our room key card stopped working. I went to the reception and spoke with a staff member named Elodie. She did not seem to understand the problem and repeatedly insisted that the card was working. After I explained several times, she appeared to reprogram the card. However, when I tried to use the elevator, which also requires a key card, it still did not work. I informed her again, and she came upstairs with me. She had to use her own card because she saw that mine was indeed not functioning, yet she continued to insist that there was no issue. Meanwhile, my mother was left waiting outside our room at 2:30 AM until we were finally able to enter. During this interaction, Elodie raised her voice and incorrectly stated that we were checking out the next day, even though we were scheduled to stay for one more night. The following morning, I received an email stating that we had been marked as a no-show on our reservation. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told it was a mistake. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters most is the willingness to resolve them professionally. My experience with Elodie was very disappointing and offensive. Although other staff members tried to apologize by offering complimentary water to our room, and the manager attempted to address the situation, this did not compensate for the fact that my mother and I were left outside our room for more than 40 minutes late at night. What was also concerning is that I was asked to send my complaint directly to the hotel by email instead of posting it on Booking.com.
