• Mohammad (1/5): Misleading Reviews — My Experience Was Far from What Others Described - The location was good, the room was clean, and the staff were nice and helpful. The room had very poor noise insulation. I could clearly hear conversations from nearby rooms even with the doors closed, as well as constant street noise. The bathroom was quite small, and parking was inconvenient both for entry and exit. The most frustrating part was that the parking gate closes at 12:00 AM, which is highly impractical for guests returning late. Additionally, the elevator does not reach the parking level without staff assistance, which is far from convenient. Overall, I could have paid 10–15% more for a much better experience elsewhere. Based on the previous reviews, I expected something far better, but it seems many of those reviews were misleading or possibly fake.

Road facing rooms can be a little noisy for light sleeper, room cleaning is on request, if you forget the sign then no room cleaning.
• Hamiz (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. The staff made the stay special. - The service from the staff far exceeded my expectations. All of whom were outstanding, especially Faisal and Mohammad Abdo - the others too but I only remembered these names. This did not feel like a 3 star hotel at all, everyone went out of their way to make our stay more special. No request was treated lightly. I've had 4 star hotels that did not meet this level of service. Location is great too, walking distance to 8+ restaurants with good quality food.

• abuassonon (9/5): - طاقم العمل كان رائعا من الاستقبال والخدمة..كانوا بشوشين وخدومين ومتعاونين..في الاستقبال الأخ فيصل وإسماعيل وعلاء كانوا في غاية الأخلاق والتعاون كما لاأنسى الأخ محمد عبده من الصيانة وخدمة الغرف والأخ رمضان كلهم يتمتعون بدماثة الأخلاق وحسن التعامل أشكرهم جميعأ..كما أن الأخ فيصل مدد لي حتى الساعة الثالثة ..كما أن الغرفة واسعة وشرحة ونظيفة والفندق بشكل عام جديد ونظيف له تسعة أشهر..موقعه رائع على شارع عبدالله غوشة بقربك مطاعم كثيرة ومن أفضلها مطعم باب اليمن السعيد للمندي ومطعم منسف مأدبا وغيرها للشاورما وبقالات..الفندق أنصح به بشدة فقط لو يعملوا إفطار مع الغرفة
