Marina (1/5): Arrived at the hotel which we paid £122 for the night , said it was 4 star , to be told they had fully booked the hotel - Very unclean , strong foul smell , sockets hanging off and electrical cables hanging from ceiling lights Full on arrival of overseas men who could not speak English

bruce (2/5): Rubbish, won't be back - Leaving the next morning Beds were super uncomfortable, bed sheets was dirty(hairs over it), bath mat dirty. Walls dirty, head board dirty, bath room mirror dirty. No curtains and broken blinds, broken iron board. No TV, no air conditioning (both as advertised).

jackie (1/5): Dreadful. Don't go there. - Staff have no idea what they're doing. Complete shambles trying to both check-in and check-out. Our chosen payment method was by card, but staff made "mistake", and asked if we could pay cash. VERY reluctantly had to do this, but staff unable to provide receipt of payment. Told us we would get it when checking-out, but staff couldn't, or didn't know how, to print one . . . because we had paid by cash . . . which they had asked us to do ! Member of staff had to make several phone calls to someone, somewhere, and after 30 minutes of waiting our receipt was finally printed. Property smells musty and in need of much attention.

There was a complicated procedure sent for getting into the place, but when I got there it wasn't necessary, just go to the reception and check in...seems a bit disorganised this way...also there was some confusing info about a change of name
