Die Information zum parken könnte ausführlicher sein, da es kaum Parkplätze an der Straße gibt und diese teilweise nicht einfach anzufahren sind. Der Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Das Türblatt habe ich wieder festgeschraubt bei der Toilette. Toilette ist sehr klein.
• macarena (8/5): Perfecto pero llévate tapones para los oídos. - El piso es precioso, está completamente amueblado y la ococina también está completa. Está un poco retirado del centro a 5 min. Se puede aparcar fácilmente en zona blanca es gratis. Zona residencial muy tranquila. Tiene un Carrefour express al lado. Las paredes son de papel, se escucha a la vecina de arriba hablar, andar y toser. No dejan champú ni gel en la ducha.

• Nilüfer (4/5): We would not choose this property again - Location When we first entered the apartment, it was stuffy and filled with a strong garlic smell. We opened the windows to air it out, but later realized the source was a chopping board in the kitchen left from previous guests. The kitchen windows had no curtains or mosquito nets, which caused both privacy concerns and issues with insects. The air conditioning was not working, so we couldn’t get any heating or cooling support. In the freezer, there were some leftover ice creams from previous guests, which we didn’t touch. The only positive aspect was the location. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay.

• Pietro (6/5): Non positiva - Struttura buona Quello che non mi è piaciuto che dopo aver prenotato su Booking ( di cui utilizzo spesso per i miei viaggi) ho dovuto fare delle azioni successive che hanno richiesto tanto tempo per effettuare ulteriori pagamenti on Line, e per avere l’accesso ho dovuto fare tantissime telefonate ad un numero che più delle volte non rispondevano, in ogni caso dopo aver fatto il pagamento continuavano a non d’armi l’accesso al l’appartamento, è stata una esperienza pessima, consiglio a Booking che certi processi andrebbero conclusosi al momento della prenotazione.

Çünkü ev sahibi eve girmek için gerekli tüm işlemleri yapmama ve apartmanın önüne kadar gelmeme rağmen ısrarla hem booking ve hemde WhatsApp yazışmalarında bir aşamaya kadar tüm ödemeleri aldıktan sonra ( sehir vergileri ve diger harçlar) mesajlarıma cevap olarak biraz sabırlı olun sistemde üzerine çalışıyoruz demeye başladı. Ardından muhtemelen 5 saat gectikten sonra da çocuklarım ağlamaya başlayınca ve saat te oldukça ileri olduğu için, bir benzinlik kenarında arabayı çekerek uyumaya çalıştık. Çok kötü bir deneyin yaşadığım ve bu konuda hiçbir ani destek alamadığım için çok üzgünüm. Çok heveslejerek başladığımız tatilimiz resmen bir iki sorumsuz kişi nedeni ile mahvoldu. Ayrıca yaptığım tüm ödemeleri de nasıl geri alacağımı da bilmiyorum. Bununla da alakalı bir sürü gereksiz süreç içerisine girdim. Booking sisteminin müşterilerinin bu ve benzeri durumların başlarına gelmemesi için daha proaktif olması gerekiyor. Daha caydırıcı cezalar olması gerekiyor, sonuçta ben booking in itibarına güvenerek tatile başladım ve ödemelerimi yaptım. Şimdi bookinge de başıma gelenleri ispatlamam gerekiyor

Bagno senza ventola per arieggiare e dalle foto inoltre non si vede che il bagno è in una stanzetta a parte! DOVETE METTERE PIU FOTO per rendere la casa più veritiera possibile!

• JJ (7/5): Good location, would book again if there was fixed a/c units - Location, nice layout The airconditioning is basically non-existent. 2 small free standing a/c units that have an extraction pipe that has to go out the window, so windows have to be open. We also had an issue with the shower and water temperature too hot which was only sorted out 2 days later.

• BRUNO (7/5): - L'emplacement très proche de la Croisette, la facilité à trouver du stationnement, le logement spacieux, le rapport qualité-prix honorable pour la période Les instructions pour gérer par soi-même l'ouverture et la fermeture des portes mériteraient d'être un peu plus détaillées d'autant que l'hôte ne répond pas forcément tout de suite aux demandes d'aide. La TV ne permet d'accéder qu'à des services de type Netflix, pas aux chaînes classiques accessibles usuellement via toute box d'opérateur. Il manquait certaines attentions qu'on trouve d'habitude dans ce type de logement comme une bouteille d'eau ou la mise à disposition de quelques ingrédients essentiels. Propreté perfectible.

• Merche Lomas (9/5): - El apartamento en sí y la ubicación En general todo bien, únicamente nos encontramos el frigorífico con una gran cantidad de hielo en bloque en la pared, lo que podía afectar al enfriamiento de las cosas. Se lo consigné al propietario, sólo para que tuviera constancia aunque envió a una persona para quitarlo, me avisó 10 minutos antes de llegar y teníamos que arreglarnos para irnos, por lo que amablemente tuve que decirle que no terminara ya que nos estaba demorando nuestra salida. Eso, en mi opinión, deben hacerlo antes de que entre la persona inquilina.

• Gabor (6/5): I would avoid to stay here again. - Too much photoshop on the pictures. The apartment was in highly used condition. The kitchen furniture was dirty as well the whole apartment. The towels, bed sheets were not clean. The main door not functioned well. The mobil clima is noisy and not properly installed.

• Melanie (6/5): No flexibility or good support when it was needed - I loved inside the flat spacious The door is bad it’s in a really old building like the lift is giving 100 years old. The whole building is historic .. the door for the apartment got us locked out for 1 hour .. useless having a house emergency number no one did nothing to help .. I tried to ring to discuss the issues not once did anyone come next day to assess or apologise on the matter . Basically the door is controlled by some electronic lock no key .. so imagine when it has faults your stuck outside ..

• Sofiia (7/5): Great but please do smth to that AC - The location is good, really close to the sea itself. There is also a great asian restaurant close to the building and the supermarket. The flat was new and had all the needed things including many pots and etc. Really good bed too. The AC was horrible. While it was working, the window had to be opened all the time (hi to all the mosquitoes which got into the flat). The enterance door is another thing (no worries, the code worked perfectly well). But to close it the right way we had to slap the door really loud and the old lady from the apartment next door did not like it much :)

• Patrick (9/5): - Check-in was a breeze. Instructions were clear and access codes worked perfectly. The Air Conditioning setup wasn't ideal because it required the windows/doors to remain opened without much of seal to retain the cool air the units were blowing.

Piano alto, molto luminoso, il sole colpisce le stanze al mattino (piacevole al 3 gennaio, non so ad agosto visto che ci sono solo due piccoli pinguini). Riscaldamento funzionante. Cucina ben attrezza, con lavastoviglie e microonde. Nei dintorni solo 2 piccoli supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Ascensore piccolo, dovuto allo stabile d'epoca.

Toilette WC davvero troppo piccolo. Sistema tubazioni riscaldamento con continua rumorosità di fondo. TV da sistemare.

• Vanessa (9/5): Fantástica elección - Muy acogedor, con las necesidades cubiertas en cuanto a utensilios, como cosas básicas para cocina, lavadora y lavavajillas. Muy bien ubicado, a 5’ de Cannes centro en coche. Cuando llegamos hacia bastante calor. La máquina de aire es un tanto ruidosa, pero dejándola durante el dia, encuentras la estancia a una temperatura perfecta.

À recommander, j’ai hâte d’y revenir très bientôt. Il n’ y’a pas de Clim mais franchement c’est un détail, l’appart est très bien aéré et une vue à couper le souffle sur les collines de Cannes
