Na plus wygodne łóżko, wystarczające wyposażenie kuchni, dostep do podstawowych przypraw, cukru, kawy i herbaty. Przestronna łazienka, pralka, suszarka na wyposazenu. Budynek zadbany, winda. Sklep Żabka w budynku na parterze. Świetne miejsce na weekendowy wypad do Warszawy. Ogólnie czysto, ale jest pare miejsc które dawno nie widziały ściereczki :) Czystość wymaga małego dopracowania... dobrego wrażenia nie robi wyciąg nad kuchenką i niedbale posprzatana kabina prysznicowa. Za mała kołdra, nawet dla 2 szczupłych osób:)
