- TAKESHI (9/5): 快適 - 室内の簡易スリッパの用意に感動した。シーツ、枕が綺麗で快適だった。ベランダに洗濯物を干すスペースがあり、良かった。
- Shirakawa (6/5): - 通天閣の近くにあり、駅や他の飲食店から近いです。天王寺動物園もすぐ近くにあります。マンションのひと部屋という感じなので他の人に会わずに過ごせました。 あまり多くはありませんが食器類と包丁まな板、カトラリー（箸以外）、キッチンバサミなどがありました。狭いですがユニットバスとトイレがあるので普通に過ごせるかと思います。タオルはバスタオルとフェイスタオルがあり、使い捨ての歯ブラシもありました。 また、冷蔵庫と電子レンジと電気ケトルがあり問題なく使えました。 ちなみに通天閣の近くに温泉があり、風呂が狭かったのでそちらへ行ったのですが近いので湯冷めもなくて良かったです。 余り綺麗な部屋ではありません。古びた部屋の為、清掃もあるかもしれませんがお世辞にも綺麗とはいえません。ホコリもあるし風呂場も使い古した感じがありました。近視なこともあり目を瞑りましたが笑 眠るだけ、という意味では問題ないですが、ある程度綺麗でないと無理な方はやめた方がいいと思います。ちなみに食器は一通り洗ってから使いました。 ちなみにタオルはちゃんと洗濯をされ畳んでいたのでその辺のアメニティは心配しなくて良いかと思います。 また、通天閣辺りの観光地からは近いですが少し離れた道に面しており夜は一通りが疎らです。女性一人で泊まるのはあまりオススメしません。 値段相応？それともちょっと高い？かな？とは思います。
- YASUNORI (5/5): コスパ重視な分、設備は期待できない - 価格がめちゃくちゃ安い。 立地もそれほど悪くない 5階建の5階宿泊でしたがエレベーターがなく狭い階段を荷物を持って自力で上がらないといけなかった。冬は暖房を入れても暖かくならず寒かった。その分、夏はものすごく暑くて辛そう。あと洗濯機がなかった。３泊なのにタオルは2セットしか用意されておらず、洗えなくて困った。格安なのでしょうがないのかもしれない。

Al mio arrivo la luce non funzionava e il problema è stato risolto solo dopo un giorno, causando notevoli disagi. Inoltre, l’acqua calda non ha mai funzionato e il Wi-Fi era costantemente inutilizzabile, rendendo impossibile lavorare o svolgere attività basilari. A causa della situazione, sono stato costretto a spostarmi in un altro appartamento a mie spese, senza che venisse proposta una soluzione adeguata da parte della struttura. - sasaki (5/5): - 鍵がキーケースに入っていないのと、ブレーカーが壊れていて、そこには泊まれなかったのですが電話したらすぐに対応して頂き、別の系列のゲストハウスに入れてくださって、深夜なのでタクシー代も頂き、アフターフォローの対応がめちゃくちゃ良かったです!!! 鍵がキーケース開けても無かったこと、電気が全くつかなかったこと（ブレーカー壊れ）

- makoto (2/5): とても及第点は上げられないです TVもあった方がいい - ない 停電が長く続いて暗く 寒く とても居られなかった ただスタッフがすぐに来てくれて、別の結局部屋に移動する事で事なきに至ったが、チェックインしてから数時間は我慢させられた
- Federica (4/5): - La stanza è in una zona molto comoda, vicina alla metro e a parecchi ristoranti. Il prezzo è assolutamente competitivo. Il servizio clienti è stato efficiente e ci ha dato disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche prima del check-in La stanza è molto piccola praticamente senza spazio per appoggiare le cose, al quinto piano di un palazzo con sole scale. La strada su cui affaccia è parecchio trafficata e le tende praticamente inutili, quindi rumore e luce a tutte le ore, giorno e notte, sono assicurati. Il bagno è minuscolo e il nostro aveva anche l'asse del water rotta.

- Resti Victoria (1/5): - Absolutely nothing It was a scam, I didn't really have problems with the host but the rest was a scam, it was moldy, the whole place smelled and there was dust on everything. The door wouldn't work properly and the window was covered by something (green paper?), we immediately looked for something else cause it felt unsafe. Also I agree with the other reviews, the STAIRS... Dangerous Not only I don't recommend it, but I think booking.com should stop offering it

- Sofia (6/5): Дёшево и сердито - Отличная локация, пешком быстро дойти до нескольких станций метро, рядом башня Цутэнкаку и зоопарк. На лестничной площадке были зонты и когда был дождь мы могли их взять тк с собой не было. В номере была микроволновка, холодильник и чайник, что нам пригодилось Поскольку было окно на крыше, утром было светло. Никакой вывески снизу нет, поэтому только открыв фотографии здания на букинг удалось найти вход. Дальше был 5й этаж по узкой лестнице с чемоданом.... Вечером было прохладно внутри, но кондиционер не получилось настроить на обогрев. Из 3 дней 2 не работал интернет, я писала хозяину, он обещал что стафф что-то проверит на следующий день, но ничего не изменилось, для нас это было очень важно, так как интернет был необходим для работы на ноутбуке. Горячая вода работала по желанию, пару раз отключалась прямо во время купания, смывать шампунь ледяной водой было не очень приятно. Ванная достаточно старая и нуждается в ремонте, один из матрасов был очень неудобным. Мы конечно повелись на цену, больше таких ошибок не совершим.

- naraoka (10/5): 一人や二人旅にお得感あり！ - JR線、新今宮駅から徒歩15分、新世界や動物園、通天閣、MEGAドン・キホーテが近く利便性良いです。 新大阪駅や大阪駅まで10分位で観光を満喫し素泊まりでも良い方にはお得です。 Wi-Fi環境がありますが、認識出来なかった点です。

- Hisaaki (2/5): 2度と泊まりません - ① Wi-Fiが飛んでいません。 TC-2F が入ってきますが、指定の 3F は有りません。 いっそのこと TC-2F のパスワード教えて下さい。 ② アイロンがあるはずですが、有りません。 ③ トイレを流すと、トイレの貯水タンクから水が漏れてきてトイレ床が水浸しです。 ④ ユニットバス内がカビだらけで臭く、入る気がしません。 そもそもシャワーカーテンも無く、トイレまで水浸しになります。 ⑤ ユニットバスの換気扇がつきません。 これがカビだらけの原因ではないでしょうか。 ⑥ いずれにせよ使いませんが、食器類・ポットがホコリを被っています。 ⑦ 冷蔵庫が霜だらけですよ。 ⑧ ベッドサイドにタオル・洗面類と一緒にトイレットペーパーが置いてあります。 おそらくスペアだと思いますが、これ使いかけのヤツですよ。 気持ち悪いです。 ⑨ 玄関の蝶番、油を刺した方がいいですよ。 開閉時に物凄い音がします。 ３連泊するのに気が滅入ります。 上記を宿泊初日にメール連絡しましたが、リスポンスを得られませんでした。
