• Michael (5/5): Nice place but disrupted - Comfortable. We were able to park one car in the lot and one in the street. The shower in one bathroom broke and sprayed water everywhere, and the drain in the other tub initially didn’t work which together made the sauna impossible to use. When we called the host, they sent someone right over. But unfortunately, we then saw a parade of five different people knocking on our door and coming in and out over a whole day. The good news is that they got everything fixed. The bad news is that process wrecked a whole day of our family time together— and the host never responded to our request for a partial refund. Deeply disappointing.

• Holly (8/5): It was comfortable - Location and space of apartment and good kitchen facilities The curtains dirty and stitching of one had come apart - went to move the couch to watch the tv and the leg fell off as only just propped up. Had to call to get the bath tub tap fixed as not working on arrival.

La cuisine tres fontionnelle et le sauna tres agreabl nous avons eu un probleme dans la douche et le manager est intervenu tres rapidement, c'est appreciable. L'etat des fauteuils de la cuisine et salle à manger. Trop de taches. Sur le banc de l'entree egalement. Les chambres sur la rue sont bruyantes. Pas de carte de parking à notre arrivée c'est dommage de ne pas avoir vérifié plus tot

• Christiane (7/5): Für drei Tage in Ordnung - Wohnung war groß, gute Lage Gute Kommunikation mit Service Lampen mit warmem Licht, insgesamt gute Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten am Abend Sofa war kaputt- beim Versuch, es zum Schlafsofa zu machen, brach ein Bein ab, was vorher schon kaputt war und deshalb wohl gegen die Wand als Stütze gelehnt war. Insgesamt alles schon etwas abgenutzt; ganz wackelige Klobrille, Vorhang mit unten offenem Saum.
• Andrew (9/5): An ideal place to call home while exploring Montreal, with the true benefit of a nearby parking spot - The location is among the best in the city. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as public transportation. It is a minor concern, as anyone booking will be aware of the urban location, but two of the bedrooms are on the street side and light sleepers will hear the automobile traffic and pedestrians.

• Leah (7/5): Overall a very good stay. - Very spacious, very quiet. Owner was very responsive. The place was clean and a great location. We thought we’d be able to use the sauna but the snow prevented us from using. No one’s fault but mother nature I guess lol. One of the shower knobs didn’t work so we weren’t able to use that shower. I’m sure the owner would have helped if we had reached out but had to cut the trip short due to everyone getting the flu so we didn’t ask for help with that.
• D (10/5): This home made our weekend stay feel extravagant. - Everything was exceptional - close proximity to cafes, food, the neighborhood and energy. What a delightful space! Excited to come back again. It is not as quiet as expected as noise is heard within the building but still great!

• Laurence (10/5): Ya tengo alojamiento cuando vaya a Montreal - El alojamiento es muy amplio. Estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario para convivir 7 personas durante 9 días La única pega que resolvieron rápidamente fue que el sofá del salón donde iba a dormir una persona no era sofá cama. Se lo dijimos y al día siguiente trajeron una cama doble inchable nueva a estrenar.

• Zohra (10/5): - The host was very response and was able to provide missing trash bags and even detergent for laundry very quickly and they were very responsive Some of the glasses were dirty and we had to rewash prior to use. But everything else was amazing
• So (9/5): - The apartment was very large and comfortable for 6 adults. Very open, and location was very good. Host was very responsive. I had issue with the shower water temperature, he respond and came to fix in less than 1 hour. That was great response time. The 3 flight of stairs was a little difficult for me as I have mobility issues. But for normal person, it should be fine. The reserved parking is a little far but at least it is free and available 10 mins walk. Otherwise there is nothing to dislike at the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.
