• Domenico (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage - Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber super modern, sauber und schön eingerichtet mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Das Personal war immer so hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend, alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt, direkt am Pier & Strand und alles ist zu Fuß wunderbar zu erreichen. Das Restaurant, bei dem man ein kostenloses Mittagessen bekommt, hat bei Google sehr schlechte Bewertungen, daher haben wir darauf verzichtet.

• Daniel (3/5): Enttäuschend v.a. aufgrund des schlechten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unweit des Piers und mitten im Geschehen. Positiv für diejenigen, die kurze Wege zu den Restaurants und Shops bevorzugen. - schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Für 250€/Nacht erwartet man gehobenen Durchschnitt, was hier definitiv nicht geboten ist - das Zimmer ist winzig und karg - wir haben das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben dem Eingang bzw. der Rezeption bekommen. Somit konnten wir jeden hören, der die Unterkunft betritt und sich unterhält - keine Handseife, keine Handtücher für die Hände - kaum Ablageflächen - eine Schabe hat uns bei Ankunft im Zimmer begrüßt - die Umgebung ist eben sehr laut aufgrund der Lage - hellhörig - wir können die positive Gesamtbewertung der Unterkunft nicht nachvollziehen
• Burak (7/5): Es war angemessen aber für den Preis hätte ich mir ein größeres Zimmer vorgestellt - Das Personal war freundlich die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage und im allgemeinen war die Unterkunft sauber es gibt 10% Rabat im Restaurant nebenan als Gast des Hotels und ein Tauchershop war auch nebenan Phi phi war im allgemein kein schöner Ort Das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben war wirklich unglaublich klein man hatte nicht genug Platz um das Gepäck zu öffnen

• Monica (10/5): Cómoda y agradable - La habitación es pequeña y le falta para mi gusto y comodidad un banquito para poder apoyar algo. Lo que es la cama es muy muy cómoda y el baño resulta cómodo. El alojamiento está en una zona donde justo casi apenas se escucha el ruido de los locales nocturnos. Además queda muy cómodo para bajar a la playa. Creo que deberían buscar la manera para poder poner en la habitación un banquito.

• Aline (9/5): - Os funcionários são muito educados, gentis e prestativos! Nos deram informações de absolutamente tudo o que precisávamos saber sobre o funcionamento do hotel e a ilha como um todo (onde lavar roupas, onde comer, no que ter cuidado - em relação a agua e comida). O quarto é do tamanho ideal para quem vai passar poucos dias de hospedagem. Por não ter janelas, fiquei preocupada em não conseguir passar tantos dias, mas como é praia e passamos o dia todo fora, foi excelente. Voltávamos apenas para descansar um pouco, banho e dormir. A cama é MUITO confortável e tem um tamanho excelente. A hospedagem fica muito perto do pier e da beira da praia, o que é perfeito p/ o deslocamento na ilha! Fica perto do centrinho de suvenirs, restaurantes e cafés muito gostosos. Obrigada por todo o acolhimento, pessoal!

• Tara (10/5): 2 night stay - I would absolutely stay here again if I go to phi phi island. The rooms are really small but perfect for a few days. Kate on reception was brilliant on check in and check out. They included a complimentary lunch which was very kind. The bed was really comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and continued working when you were out so the room was lovely and cold when you got back to hotel The floor under shower is stained so appears dirty but just staining this should be fixed

• Cristina (8/5): muy agradable y limpio - la ubicacion fantastica fuera del bullicio pero a 1 minuto, y a otro minuto del ferry. el almuerzo estaba incluido pero tenian pocos platos y todos los dias eran lo mismo muy poca cosa. pero bueno algun dia te ahorras la comida ya que en phi phi los precios son dos veces o tres mas que si has estado en chiang mai o chiang rai. la habitacion le falta una papelera , solo habia una en el baño y alguna silla en la habitacion para poder sentarse y vestirte ya que la cama es alta, y en casi todos los alojamientos se ofrece un hervidos de agua te y cafe cosa que aqui no la verdad eso me sorprendio...pero en general muy bien.

We checked in early, and Sister Kate welcomed us with a warm smile and got us settled right away, no questions asked. The hotel even offered a free halal lunch buffet with tasty Indian, Thai, and international dishes. Sister Kate personally showed us the way to make sure we didn’t miss it. Before heading to Maya Bay, she kindly offered us towels and gave great local tips. These thoughtful touches made all the difference. We had just come from a more expensive resort, but this hotel outshined it in every way. Excellent service, great location, and unbeatable hospitality. Thank you, Sister Kate, for making our stay unforgettable! Nothing

• Alexander (9/5): Hospitality at its best - The amazing and caring staff at the hotel, especially Kate, who took care of my girlfriend after she got a food poisoning. Her boss, who would be the manager of the restaurant next door, belonging to the hotel, even cooked her an easy to digest soup, so she would have something to eat. Furthermore we enjoyed the included lunch, which we took at another restaurant nearby, offering a buffet, consisting out of thai, indian and western food, which I would rate 9/10. The location is perfect as well, with a proximity to the pier of only 100 meters and beeing in the center of the island. Room was quite small and no TV

• Rukaiya (10/5): It was the best. - It was such a cute hotel.. the staff were so sweet! They decorated our room for us, they were super accommodating and sweet. They gave us vouchers for lunch buffet as a gift since we were on our honeymoon. The bed was super super comfortable, it was clean and just so peaceful. We regret not staying for more than 1 night. Nothing.

• Laura (1/5): Awful - Nothing. My partner and I booked a two-night stay at Summer Sea on Phi Phi Island but ended up leaving after just one night due to the unacceptable condition of the room. The shower was filthy, and worst of all, the bed had bed bugs—we were both covered in small bites and barely got two hours of sleep. To top it off, when we moved the fridge, something appeared from underneath it. We’re still not sure exactly what it was and honestly, we don’t even want to imagine. We were so uncomfortable that we went for a walk at 5am just to get out of the room, and eventually decided to cut our visit to Phi Phi Island short and head to another island. This experience completely ruined our time on Phi Phi. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless major improvements are made to hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Matthew (10/5): Some of the best beds, really great place to stay on Koh Phi Phi island! - A really hidden gem and find in Koh Phi Phi! It has really comfortable beds with cold aircon that you could easily fall asleep, perfect after all the swimming in the beautiful beaches of the island. There hot shower also worked, and the wifi was fast. The staff - Kate, Michael, Mya, Nok are all so amazing; They were very warm and homey, it actually makes you like the island a lot more. They also give free 2 water bottles each day and the room came with a delicious lunch buffet at the PPineaple restaurant where you can get all the fried fish, pad kra pao, curry chicken, chicken masala, spaghetti, thai curry chicken, dhal, potato curry, papadums, naan bread and samosas and salad. You only will need to eat dinner. The location is also the best; It's in a quiet part of the island but also just 3 mins walk to the beautiful beach with the really blue waters and where in you can rent kayaks to explore the hidden beach with the yacht wreck. Highly recommend! Nothing to dislike; my 6 days here felt very fast and I wish I can still stay longer!
