• Adèle GUITTON (7/5): Good for short stay - Spacious, and comfortable. Good for a short stay. Conveniently located with quick walking distance to the centre of Bologna. The apartment was clean. Cigarette smell. Unsure if it came from the neighbours or if someone had previously smoked but that was unpleasant. Loud whistling noise when using hot water. No iron.
• Tony (7/5): - Spacious, modern, well laid out, very nice apartment. Condensate water dripping inside the room from the AC, no kettle, whistling water system when you turn the hot water on.
• Caroline (6/5): - Modern and tidy apartment, with plenty of towels. Detailed instructions for check in, which was very helpful. Be aware that the city tax was more than what was advised on the listing when booking. The air conditioning unit was dripping water, in a few hours it filled up a large bowl that had been positioned underneath before we arrived. We contacted the property and they advised they would contact a technician in the morning - we never heard anything more. We had to keep the unit switched off, so it was quite hot inside as the other unit didn’t work very well. The wifi stopped working the day before we left, and even a router reset didn’t solve the problem. The front door handle kept falling off on the inside and there was an awful smell in the entranceway. It would have been nice to have some coffee capsules to use in the coffee machine.
• KAROLINA (5/5): - The host was very responsive, allowed us to check in early and remembered about the iron which we requested Every time we run the water, the boiler made a terrible noise. If one person was showering and the other was still sleeping then it was waking that person up. The AC was very loud. Difficult to fall asleep. There is a dog next door which was barking for 5 hours straight. Never experienced anything like it. The host needs to report that

• Guest (9/5): - Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. A pochi passi si trovano un supermercato e diversi bar. Presenza di asciugamani, lenzuola, prodotti da bagno, stoviglie. I rubinetti del bagno e della cucina emettono un fischio fastidioso quando si apre l'acqua. La maniglia della porta d'ingresso a volte rischia di staccarsi.
• Paola (9/5): - Alloggio centrale, accogliente, moderno e pulito. Host molto gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Aria condizionata un po' rumorosa, lieve cattivo odore in bagno proveniente presumibilmente dagli scarichi. Ma problemi irrilevanti rispetto i punti di forza dell' alloggio.
• Dominika (9/5): Apartament był bardzo dobrze posprzątany, zadbany i znajdował się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - Czystość i lokalizacja. Głośna pompka od wody, był internet, ale nie działał.
• Kornelia (10/5): Bardzo fajny hotel, czysty, w dobrej okolicy. Bardzo polecam - Było dużo miejsca. Wszystko czyste i ładne. Był ekspres i kapsułki, potrzebne naczynia a nawet korkociąg. Klima też była. Jedyny minus to że gdy się odkręcało wodę czy w łazience czy w kuchni to strasznie piszczało bo w mieszkaniu był bojler do podgrzewania wody i to był największy minus

• June (7/5): Nice place, no parking, not for light sleepers - nice apartment, good location Leak from air conditioning, the water in every room made a lot of noise, parking is within the LTZ and costs extra, a bit wrong to advertise parking when you don't have your own space for this.
• Lars (8/5): Alt i alt et glimrende udgangspunkt for nogle dages ophold i Bologna. - Beliggenheden er fremragende. Lejligheden er stor og lys. Der er rent, gode senge og god stand i det hele taget. Aircondition var nyttig, da det var meget varmt udenfor. Internet meget langsomt, en stor del af tiden så langsomt, at ingen internetsider kunne åbnes. Det lykkedes ikke for os at få kaffemaskinen til at fungere til trods for at der var en udførlig brugsanvisning. Der kunne godt være en enkelt komfortabel stol eller to, især hvis man skulle have et længere ophold.

• Domenica (9/5): We had a wonderful stay. - The property was very new and updated. The location was wonderful. The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. I wish they had a drying rack for clothes. Also, I recommend they include an iron in the room.
• Jason (10/5): Really cozy and comfort - An absolutely spacious apartment in the historic centre of Bologna. Our check in was absolutely easy with the video-check in. Very comfortable with loads of amenities. My only observation is that it could have a luggage bench so that no one has to bend over to open the suitcases and take things out and put them back in the suitcases
