• Sarah (7/5): Prima accomondatie, alleen qua hygiëne wat beneden onze verwachtingen. - locatie was erg goed. Centraal en meerdere metriostations in de buurt. De bedden waren niet helemaal schoon.

• Joanne (6/5): Great location, spoiled by the poor cleaning standards! - Fabulous quiet location, easy walk to the metro. The living area was nice and comfortable. The downstairs shower room and toilet wasn’t clean, the drain in the shower was full of hair! There was mould on the ceiling of the shower! It also smelt damp and was poorly lit! The master bedroom didn’t have a toilet! The WiFi didn’t work.
• jennifer (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a good location. Good value for money - Kitchen is well fitted out. Location is excellent. The surrounding area felt safe. There are several metro stations close by. Major attractions are walkable. Lots of restaurants, shops and cafes in the area. There’s a Monoprix at the bottom of the street if you want to pick up food - bread, fruit etc

• Alexiane (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Localisation idéale. Hôte réactif - Rapport qualité prix très intéressant ! Grand appartement avec tout le nécessaire. Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clé Wifi ne fonctionnait pas avec réseau très limité voir inexistant dans l’appartement.

Um dos quartos não tinha porta, apenas uma cortina, mas é um pormenor insignificante relativamente à qualidade do alojamento.
• RIZ (10/5): Holiday Let - Flat is roomy, clean & in an excellent location. Upto 7 people can quite easily fit in here. The area is well connected for transport, 3 major stations, loads of buses & easy to navigate streets.

• Alin (7/5): Good place for a short visit to Paris! - The location is very good. The living area is very big, as well as the kitchen which is well equipped. 2 out of 3 bedrooms are very small, with no natural light. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathrooms. We could not check in before 16.00.

• GEMMA (7/5): Pis adequat per 6 adults, ben situat i ben equipat. Falten detalls. Bona relació qualitat-preu. - El pis és molt ampli i adequat per 6 adults. Les tres habitacions dobles són còmodes. El pis està molt ben equipat, a la cuina hi ha de tot, fins i tot paper de cuina i productes de neteja. Estava tot força net i ben cuidat. L'amfitrió ens va resoldre alguns dubtes que vam tenir a l'arribada molt ràpid. Falta il·luminació a la zona de la cuina i menjador. El rentaplats no funcionava. Caldria indicar que per accedir a les habitacions s'han de baixar escales i que potser no és accessible per tothom. Només hi havia una tovallola per persona. Faltarien més tovalloles petites pels hostes. . Vam demanar d'entrar abans de l'hora indicada i l'amfitrió no ens va dir ni que sí ni que no cosa que va fer que estessim pendents dels missatges durant tot el matí. Una hora abans de l'hora d'entrada encara no haviem rebut els codis per accedir a l'apartament, els codis s'envien 30 minuts abans de l'entrada, però tampoc ens havia avisat que al final no podriem entrar abans.
• THL1402 (9/5): Appartement calme et idéalement placé avec un agencement intérieur génial - Appartement en deux niveaux dont les chambres en idéalement placées en cave avec puits de lumières qui leur donne un calme absolu dans une rue elle-même calme. L'appartement est grand et très bien agencé ! L'emplacement est idéal.

• Dominique (7/5): Die Lage der Wohnung und die Wohnung selbst ist superschön. Nur zum Übernachtenund sonst Paris erkunden passt es. - Tolle Möbel, modern, große Wohnung, toll geschnitten, sehr schönes Haus, im EG nichts zu bemängeln, ein sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente. Die untere Etage ist leider sehr, sehr feucht, es riecht modrig, auch die frische Wäsche. Klopapier ist feucht, die Klamotten sind nach 1 Nacht im begehbaren Kleiderbügel klamm und in 2 Schlafzimmern ist kein Fenster zum Lüften. Im 3. Schlafzimmer sind 2 Minifenster (Kellerfenster), die man nachts nicht öffnen kann.

Showers in the main rooms were missing lights and furniture felt sticky. Note: hand/body soap are not provided

HIGHLY recommend - very spacious, modern and clean. great location and very comfortable. the host was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than expected. not an issue but some new or fresher towels would be advisable

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Excellent property well situated for exploring Paris. Comfortable rooms and a very spacious apartment. The hosts responded promptly to any queries we had and we couldn’t fault them. Although a minor issue a few lights didn’t work throughout the apartment, mainly in the dressing room. But it did not affect our stay that much.

The host informed me clearly , before my arrival. the flat has everything we need . close to metro station and is located in quiet place. dublex flat,,bedrooms below street level.Generally .our accommodition was good. bedrooms were a bit damp.

• Pedro (2/5): Uninhabitable 😡 - Central location yet quiet. Host allowed us to keep our bags at the apartment past checkout. Fast internet. The apartment has a chronic water leak from the glass roof that the host clearly knows about. There has been a poor attempt to fix it with what looks like cling film and duct tape. There is pealing paint, warped floors and a musty smell. A severely damaged wall has had a blanket pinned to it in a poor attempt to disguise it. My daughter and I are asthmatic and it was awful sleeping here. We didn't click that the mop bucket left out wasn't just from the cleaner being careless. We had rain overnight and when we woke up one of our suitcases was full of water. Roof kept leaking for the remainder of our stay despite only raining that one time. Had to empty buckets and pots twice a day to prevent water spreading and worsening the mould problem and getting into the bedrooms on the lower floor. There is exposed wires in the bathroom so watch out if you have young kids. There is something duct taped to the wall in the bathroom, maybe a tile? Hot water runs out after 2 showers and takes forever to recover. We had to split our family of 5 into morning and evening showers. Kitchen has no toaster, only 3 bowls and no kitchen knives. Place is generally uncared for and minimally cleaned. This place shouldn't have anyone living in it. How you can leave such an expensive asset to deteriorate to such an extent is incomprehensible. Tried contacting Booking.com customer support which promised to get back to us in 24 hours but never did.
• Danny (8/5): Very nice stay, with so much room, recommended for families.. - Very Spacious and well furnished. Modern decor and decorating. Nice bathrooms and two toilets - very handy. - Cool upstairs down stairs layout, glass floors were cool. Good beds. En-suite shower drain a bit blocked so it floods and runs out into bathroom. The shower floor tiles a bit discolored and rundown, likely from long term leaking from 2nd handheld shower head. Takes away from a very nice bathroom. Wi-Fi password given was incorrect which was corrected on 2nd day.
