• Guest (10/5): Super recomendável, sentimo-nos acolhidos! - A casa está perto do metro o que facilita a chegada ao centro da cidade. É espaçosa, limpa, e com tudo e mais alguma coisa. Cozinha totalmente equipada, casa de banho com secador, ar condicionado em todos os quartos. Café, chá, bolachas, açúcar, sal, azeite, águas, refrigerantes. A zona é calma e a comunicação com os anfitriões super fácil. Nota-se uma preocupação com os hóspedes que vai para além do alugar uma casa.

• Guest (10/5): - appartamento ampio (eravamo in 7), provvisto di tutto incluse le cose base per cucinare come olio, sale, caffè (sia in cialde che in polvere con la moka). le stanze sono grandi e luminose. i bagni sono un po' piccoli ma funzionali. abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il terrazzino. Il condominio è silenzioso. La zona è provvista di ogni cosa: mezzi pubblici, supermercati, negozi e anche un piacevole mercato al coperto con cibo buonissimo.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Sentirsi come a casa gustandoti le bellezze di ROMA - La casa si presenta in perfette condizioni, mobilia eccezionale, super accessoriata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, fornetto a microonde, 4 televisioni, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, 2 bagni con docce, macchina del caffe con cialde a disposizione, biscotti e tisane per la colazione). La signora Margherita si è dimostrata gentilissima fin dal primo contatto, inviandoci tutte le info necessarie, chiedendoci come volevamo sistemare i letti nelle camere, essendo in 7, e permettendoci di fare il check-in anche prima dell'orario previsto. Sicuramente, un HOST perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. L'appartamento ha anche un piccolo balcone con tende su tutti i lati che riparano dal sole. Ben servita la zona, sia come negozi, bar, locali per mangiare, supermercati (CONAD proprio sotto casa, NATURASI' a 50 metri) oltre ad altri supermercati minori, panifici, negozi di elettronica, etc.. e mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere in tempi brevi ogni parte di ROMA (METRO A a 500-700 metri). In giornata non è difficile trovare un parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento. Noi abbiamo fermato la macchina x 7 giorni e ci siamo spostati tutto il giorno con la METRO e mezzi di superficie, senza mai avere problemi (con abbonamento settimanale che ti permette di prendere tutti i mezzi senza limiti di tempo e di corse). Consiglio vivamente di prendere in considerazione questo alloggio per potersi godere a pieno le bellezze della CITTA' ETERNA, inoltre a 300 metri c'è un'ottima gelateria dove è possibile gustarsi un ottimo gelato fatto con materie prime (GELATARIO). Complimenti alla signora Margherita. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma, sicuramente è un appartamento che terremo in considerazione e che consiglierò ad amici e parenti. Grazie di tutto. NULLA
• Marie (10/5): Magnifique. Merci Margherita. - Boissons fraîches dans le frigo. La climatisation était très agréable. Notre hôte était exceptionnelle. Les douches étaient vraiment petites. La propreté pourrait être améliorée.

Curatenie, localizare apartament aproape de metrou, gazda primitoare, a rezolvat tot ce am rugat-o, a fost de acord sa intram mai devreme in apartament. Apa, suc in frigider, cafea pt toate cele 5 zile. Prosoape, lenjerie curata. Nu am ce sa adaug aici.
• Jose (9/5): Superb - It's a comfortable apartment. We were a group of 6 and felt at home. Communication with Caterina was great, she met us at the front to give is the keys and explain how to access the apartment. She was also very good at helping us. We has an issue late at night and she was quick to reply and help us solve the problem.
• Ekaterina (10/5): The best for family 3-5 persons - Wonderful apartment, very conveniently located, in a quiet old area. Bright, pleasant, newly renovated, the apartment has everything you need, new kitchen utensils, coffee machine, coffee maker, lots of coffee, tea, olive oil, etc. New dishes, dishwasher and absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. It is very easy to get the keys, we just texted to the owner from the airport what time to expect us. This is the most convenient apartment, because the metro is 5 minutes away and in 20 minutes in the center! I highly recommend it for a family of 4-5 people. In advance, they offered us to make the beds single, thank you very much Margarita. We had a great time in Rome, thanks to our choice. It's not bad, just warning, shower cabins are not for overweight people, it's my opinion, may be it's important for someone
