• Sheetal (10/5): Amazing stay! - Absolutely lovely hosts and a genuine little gem of an apartment. We loved our stay here! Orvieto is a lovely little hilltop town which was our base for traveling around Umbria. We will recommend this place to all our friends! The apartment has a dinky little kitchenette, and even a washing machine, which was very useful. Everything was well stocked, the hosts were very responsive and went to a lot of effort to help with things we needed. There is a local weekly market in the square outside which was fun to shop at. The apartment is in the older part of town and it is a bit tricky to reach using driving directions from google maps, but the hosts were absolutely wonderful and came out to our car to get us.

The host thought of everything little thing you might need whilst on vacation. The host is very responsive and personally greeted us and gave a tour of the apartment. The location is also wonderful with everything within walking distance.

However, this was a celebration weekend so it's probably not indicative of the usual. Otherwise, the location is incredibly quiet, with no traffice noise and just steps from the duomo.

• Reinhard (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, sehr stilvoll, nette Gastgeberin, schöner Blumenstrauß am Tisch. Sogar Bademäntel waren da. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!! Geschirrtücher haben wir vermisst, zweite Garnitur Handtücher bei 4 Nächten wäre gut.
• Gary (10/5): Great location to walk within Orvieto - Great location as we could park the car and walk to all the sites. The shower was excellent. There is a front (formal) entrance and a back entrance which is easier to use as you don’t need to go up and down stairs. Parking was somewhat remote so we had to wheel our bags over the cobbled streets which isn’t easy.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with everything you need. Good AC and heat. The garden in back is private and nice. Furniture was comfortable for lounging around the apartment. A nice terry robe and slippers were provided. Nothing to complain about.

• Roberto (10/5): Orvieto dream stay - The entire property is a dream; beautiful, well designed, comfortable and extremely well located in the heart of Orvieto. Our hosts Andrea and her Mother were always available, easy to reach and extremely accommodating and kind. We stayed in the property with the frescoes which were a fantastic experience for those that love Italian Renaissance history. The living room area has a clever custom built kitchenette, sofa and small dining table. The hosts attention to detail is great providing things like bathroom slippers and robes, face masks, ear plugs (for light sleepers), and hand sanitizer among other comfort details. Top that off with a comfortable bed with quality bed sheets, and a modern bath room with a spacious shower with great water pressure and plentiful hot water, all which makes it for a wonderful stay. Location is enviable and close to many eateries, a supermarket, vendor's market, and main city attractions. With plenty of hotels and rental properties available within the city, it was the best choice I could I have ever made. When I revisit Orvieto, this will always be my top choice! Everything was wonderful!
