• Hannes (10/5): Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen überhaupt – außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und herzlicher Gastgeber / - Wir hatten einen wirklich außergewöhnlich schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es waren Reinigungsmittel, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmaschinentabs vorhanden, außerdem ausreichend Handtücher sowie verschiedene Varianten an Bettdecken. Besonders für Familien ist die Wohnung ideal, da sogar Spielzeug für Kinder bereitliegt. Auch die drei Fernseher, der große Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die gesamte Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber – vermutlich eine der saubersten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je erlebt haben. Zusätzlich hatte der Gastgeber bereits einige Lebensmittel für uns eingekauft, was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Gastgebers. Wir haben täglich kleine Aufmerksamkeiten erhalten, wie frisches Obst und andere nette Überraschungen. Er hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allen kleinen und größeren Anliegen sofort geholfen. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten. Nach unserer Abreise waren wir tatsächlich traurig, wieder fahren zu müssen. Es war eine der besten – wenn nicht sogar die beste – Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals hatten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! ############# We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment and can highly recommend it without any hesitation. The apartment is excellently equipped and truly lacks nothing. Cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, and washing machine tablets were all provided, as well as plenty of towels and different types of blankets. The apartment is also perfect for families, since there were even toys available for children. The three TVs, spacious refrigerator, and washing machine made the stay especially comfortable. • Eleni (10/5): - Ήταν φανταστικό το κατάλυμα,όπως ακριβώς το δείχνει στις φωτογραφίες,με τον ιδιοκτήτη πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Περάσαμε υπέροχα , πολύ κοντά στη Σητεία και γενικά ήταν όλα τέλεια!!!!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε

• MICHALIS (10/5): Beyond expectations…!!! - Managed by host Pantelis, Villa Katrinia is an example of the union of comfort, aesthetics and excellent hospitality in a short-term rental accommodation. The interior of the Villa reflects a meticulous balance of functionality and design. Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, ergonomic furnishings and thoughtful touches such as high-speed Wifi, brand new air conditioners and ceiling fans, a well-equipped kitchen, etc. that cover both leisure and remote working needs. The presence of a large terrace further enhances the guest experience by providing them with a private retreat. Attention to detail, such as impeccable cleanliness, clean linens, and odor-free spaces, indicates the host's commitment to hygiene and strict adherence to protocols comparable to those of luxury hotels. Pantelis' hospitality deserves special recognition. His responsiveness and willingness to answer our questions immediately reflect his professionalism and strengthen trust with the guest. His emphasis on creating a ''homely'' environment makes the property a high-value choice for a large portion of guests, as it exceeds the expectations of a typical vacation rental property. That we didn't stay longer! This place is so amazing, that I wish we stayed for a longer duration, but we are going to come back for sure.

• Beverley (10/5): - It was a lovely home very well thought out. It had a really nice area outside for coffee and breakfast. Being on one level it was ideal as I was recovering from an operation. It's location was excellent being only a few minutes from the square with coffee shop and tavernas.

Best house ever !Ένα απο τα καλύτερα Airbnb που έμεινα γενικα στην ζωή μου,η δουλειά που εχει κανει ο Παντελής ειναι συγκλονιστική και μονο μπράβο του αξίζουν οπως και για την τιμιότητα του.Λυπήθηκα που δεν είχα άλλη μερα να μείνω Δεν μου αρέσε που δεν είχα μια βδομάδα να μείνω εκει να το απολαύσω
• Αργυράκης (10/5): Απιστευτα! - Ηταν το πιο καθαρο καταλυμα που εχουμε παει. Ειχε πραγματικα τα παντα! Ο ιδιοκτητης πολυ φιλοξενος και το καταλυμα ηταν παρα πολυ προσεγμενο και με εμφαση στη λεπτομερεια!
• Lara (10/5): Wir würden immer wieder kommen! - Ein sehr schön und vollständig eingerichtetes Apartment. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! 2 Tavernen und ein Café sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Apartment liegt in einer schmalen Straße mit viel Steigung. Das macht das Parken etwas schwierig aber der Vermieter war eine große Hilfe!
• Νικολέτα (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα είναι υπέροχο!! Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας. Ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό και έχει όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι. Είναι σε πολυ καλό σημείο και κοντά στην πόλη της Σητείας. Ο οικοδεσπότης πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε όλα. Σίγουρα θα το ξανα επιλέξουμε σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στη Σητεία!
• Σοφία (10/5): - Το σπίτι είναι άριστο! Φτιαγμένο με μεράκι και περισσή φροντίδα, καλαίσθητο και προσεγμένο μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Είναι πεντακάθαρο με μια αίσθηση φρεσκάδας παντού. Τα κρεβάτια και τα μαξιλάρια αφράτα....σε ξεκουράζουν αληθινά. Το βράδυ η περιοχή έχει πολλή ησυχία και κοιμάσαι ήρεμα. Είναι άρτια εξοπλισμένο με ο,τι μπορεί να χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης για να κάνει εύκολη τη διαμονή του. Η Σητεία είναι πολύ κοντά, μόλις 3 λεπτά. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και διακριτικός. Μη διστάζετε.... κλείστε το αμέσως!!! Θα είναι μια υπέροχη διαμονή! Όλα ήταν τέλεια!!!
• Mihaela (10/5): Total zufrieden! Danke! - Wir haben da eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Es war alles perfekt sauber, die Küche war top eingerichtet, es hat frisch und sauber gerochen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert, mit Sicherheit werden wir in Zukunft wieder buchen. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Gar keine Beschwerden! Alles top!

(10/5): Πολυ προσεγμενη και ποιοτικη Villa, 5 λεπτα απο την Σητεια - περασαμε ενα υπεροχο 3ημερο και το καταλυμα και ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν αψογα! εχει κανει πολυ καλη δουλεια και πραγματικα ολα ηταν στην εντελεια... δεν λειπει τιποτα απο την Villa και ειναι ακριβως οπως οι φωτογραφιες και ακομα καλυτερη απο κοντα! Η Σητεια ειναι μολις 5 λεπτα αποσταση με το αυτοκινητο.

Of course, words can't fully express the hospitality of the local host, Mr. Pantelis, who provided us with helpful tips for our stay and assisted us with anything we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend it!!

Πολύ προσεγμένος με έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια, Και πινελιές απο το παρελθόν Πολύ ευχάριστος και πρόσχαρος οικοδεσπότης ! Κέρασμα καλωσορίσματος, παρείχε στα παιδιά επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια, Κ σε εμάς οδηγίες για τις τοποθεσίες των εξορμήσεων μας καθώς και για το που έχει αξιόλογο δείπνο! Μείναμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις!! -
