- Chaw Myat (4/5): Good value for money and location wise. Will likely not stay again. - A good location close to Market and Tram. Poor communication from the host, especially after hours. The unclear key drop-off process caused multiple unnecessary taxi trips and nearly made us miss our flight. The issue was only resolved with help from Booking.com support.

- Diane (6/5): Would not recommend this property. - It was close to Vic Markets and walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and museum. I would not recommend this property. Needs a paint. Walls scuffed, rickety table and chairs. Kitchen ok.
Lift broke down twice for a day at a time and I was not provided with a key to stairwell, therefore I was locked out twice. Had to buzz a random occupant to let me on to 6th floor. Manager of property was friendly enough and promised a key to stairwell but did not deliver.
They offered me a $200 refund.
Disappointing overall!!
