We also want to give a special thanks to the receptionist for being so kind and welcoming. Breakfast should be served befor 8.30 AM.

The family paid the same rate as me got better sea view and upper level rooms and we asked for upper level rooms, the staff didn’t give us even we were the first to reach there. Also when we asked for upgrading to sea view he told not possible because we have to upgrade to suite. But other families have king size with sea view. All the information that the staff gave me was wrong.

• Mouza (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Andaz Family Suites by Hyatt – Palm Jumeirah. From the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing. There was no one available to assist with luggage, and despite the hotel not being busy, the check-in process took an unnecessarily long time. When I finally entered the two-bedroom apartment, the condition was far from acceptable. There were noticeable scratches and tears throughout, and basic amenities were completely missing—no slippers, no robes, no bottled water, no tissues, and more. It felt unprepared and poorly maintained. The service only got worse. When I requested my car from valet, the staff simply handed me the key and told me to go retrieve it myself from the basement. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. During check-out, I was again expected to handle my own luggage and load it into the car without any assistance. Overall, I paid for a level of service that I absolutely did not receive. This experience fell far below expectations and cannot be justified for a hotel like this.

Buffet restaurant standard of food was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel and there was very limited options in the evening buffet. The breakfast buffet was a little better but so busy, there was a queue for everything.

The children were only given the option of fish finger and chips or mash potato. The only fruit was water melon and sliced oranges. There were only three tiny little cakes for a dessert - no other options. chocolate, coffee or date.

Living you with few options, look like pre frozen heated foods, scrambled egg was fake. Think it was powdered one - but you can request sunny side up though. Soft drinks were in a 1.5 liter that you have to open and pour on your own. The bed was hard, room is small, they don’t even provide slippers & toothbrush. The bathroom shower gel/conditioner/shampoo bottle doesn’t open. It doesn’t vibe 5 star hotel.

• nada (8/5): I loved the place and would go again if they have good stay offers - The one-bedroom suite was amazing and cozy. The hotel is quite nice. staff are nice and accommodating. The only downside was the food. I think due to the current political situation, they had to subsidize on the food variety and quality.

• Андриевская-Тас (4/5): This is hotel 2 stars maximum - Design in the room was good. I'll tell you about our stay at this hotel. We had a Chihuahua with us, and when we checked in for two nights, reception asked for an extra 500 dirhams. Is this normal? When we checked into our room, the electricity was out. The freezer in the kitchen was ajar and a block of ice had built up. They later fixed the power, but not completely. There were a few light bulbs that wouldn't turn off when we went to bed. I've never seen anything like this. The hotel restaurant is terrible; there's absolutely nothing to eat in the evening. The selection is very limited, and everything is extremely limited. There isn't enough food for everyone, and this was even back when there weren't any tourists due to military action. Angry people asked the chef why this was happening in a 5-star hotel. There weren't enough dishes either; we had to wait for them to bring them. My advice: only serve breakfast; don't be a laughing stock. Change your manager.
