• Belinda (7/5): - The apartment was central, clean and comfortable. It was serviced daily if you wished. The first apartment was so noisy I asked to move. It was a bachelor de luxe on the 2nd floor but right above the gate, and traffic is really noisy. The second apartment was somewhat better. Sound proofing would benefit road frontage apartments

• July (10/5): The property was exceptionally enjoyable, great value for money. - Very clean property, ample parking space, spacious rooms. The staff was kind and attentive to our needs. The location of the property was perfect with shopping malls and restaurants close by, it also felt very safe. The property doesn't have a restaurant, would be nice to have breakfast without much effort. However, the kitchen was well equipped for self service and there are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity.
• Naz (1/5): Too expensive, too many issues in the apartment! - The apartment is spacious. The furnishings are great. Ideal location for business and leisure. Great parking facilities. Fully fitted functional kitchen Limited towels. Towels are washed and tumble dried in the apartment. You are not given extra towels. Floor towels are washed with bath towels. You need to literally beg for toilet paper. The water is warm and not hot; it is winter in Johannesburg!! The kitchen floods when the tumble dryer is switched on, whilst drying clothes. The water pressure in the sink tap in one of the bathroom's is pathetically slow. Housekeeping arrives at 6pm!!!!

• Samantha (1/5): Until the team closes the gap between the quality of their facilities and the quality of their service, I cannot recomme - The apartment itself is beautiful and well located. This property has genuine potential — the apartment itself is worth visiting. But hospitality is not only about four walls and fittings; it is about how guests are made to feel. On that measure, this stay fell significantly short. Proactive, attentive, and consistent service is not a luxury — it is the baseline expectation, especially at the price point this property commands. The staff were rude and unhelpful! I had to constantly go to the lobby to pick up my uber eats? Zero assistance from the hosts ever! I arrived in the rain and they still didn’t come out to help.

• Xolani (5/5): I enjoyed my stay but some of the staff members must be trained on customer management - The place is clean and its location is perfect. The attitude of the night shift receptionist Mr Watson was horrible, he refused to help with the blanket and accused the previous guests of stealing the blankets.

• William (9/5): Nice, modern clean appartment. Was fully inclusive of all household items needed. - Size, inclusions - washing machine etc, Some staff quite arrogant. Tv not set up - Chanel’s didn’t work, had to call them 3-4 times. Each time said all good not but weren’t. In the end was sorted but should have been right straight away. On check out say would only give us 1 hour in late check out. We paid big money to stay here so though may have helped with this. The place didn’t look that busy so surely an extra couple of hours wouldn’t be a problem.

• Yunus (8/5): Spacious and clean but needs fine tuning. - Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. But no iron- had to be requested. There were no extra towels- the cleaner had to put the towels into the washing machine and ask us to remove and move them to the dryer when the cycle was done. Needless to say we were out and had come back to wet towels. Also there’s no extra blankets and toilet roll holders.

• Jello Maro (9/5): Safe space for families, friendly staff, comfy beds, balcony - Comfy stay with a lot of room. All new, good TVs, fibre cable network with high-speed internet, big comfy beds, very clean, worthy hardware. Balcony with table and chairs. Good for families. The kitchen tools are so poor... It is not inviting you to cook for your own. Well, heating up a UberEats is ok though. We were missing a blender and a coffee machine really bad, that you usually find in every accommodation with a kitchen.

• Charity (10/5): Despite the water leakage we enjoyed our stay definitely coming back again👌👌👌 - The location near to the center of Sandton shopping mall and surrounding places . Rooms are beautiful and clean. Only with the water leaking from the shower for the kids bathroom.. they tried to fix it but it was still a problem for the rest of the days we stayed there ..I hope they fixed it to not inconvenience the next guests .

Clean and tidy No aircons in the rooms, only one in the lounge area.no access to plugs in the the main bedroom of the 2 bedroom apartment, 2 second bedroom: there is almost no space to walk around to the other side of the bed the room is so tiny.
