• Annemieke (10/5): Goede locatie, loopafstand van t station en de boothuis, aardige en goed bereikbare gastvrouw. Geweldig verblijf gehad - De gastvrouw was geweldig, prima communicatie, we mochten zelfs uren later uitchecken. Goede locatie, alles aanwezig voor 4pers., airco, map met handleidingen etc aanwezig, klein terrasje Het is vrij gehorig, je hoort buiten de mensen langslopen, maar ‘s avonds was t altijd stil (geen doorgaande route). Ik vond t wel gezellig.

Appartement idéalement situé, pas loin du centre et à proximité de la gare ferroviaire et routière emplacement vraiment stratégique pour visiter la ville sans perdre de temps. Le logement est très bien décoré, spacieux et confortable. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Tout était propre et conforme à la description. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, très aimable et disponible, qui nous a même attendus jusqu’à minuit pour notre arrivée. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Rien, tout était parfait

He was very attentive and gave us helpful recommendations. The house is spacious, has a small patio, and is easy to reach from the main station — a wonderful way to feel truly welcomed. Nothing in particular, I would happily stay again.

• Paul (10/5): Lovely apartment to stay in Venice that feels very authentic Venetian. - Close to the train station and bus station. And close to get to the grand cannel for the ferry. You really feel like you are staying in a Venetian apartment. Clean, tidy and has everything you need. The host communicates very well too. The shower is a bit small. But that’s about it.
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - We spend an amazing holiday here in Venice ! The appartement is big enough for 5 people and it's equipped with everything you need. The decorations are beautiful and it's even better than the pictures! Francesca is a great host ! She responded fast to my messages and the check-in in was easy to do. I can't recommend you enough this place! A little bit noisy, because the front door is exactly in the street and there are often people passing, but is was not a problem for us.
• Stefaniasa (8/5): Very good - Big apartment, it has everything what you need, well equiped kitchen. The host sends a video of how to arrive and that makes it easy. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet and there is a supermarket and boulangerie near by. Not super clean and the bedsofa not so comfy.
• Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - A welcoming home. Beautifully decorated. Proper cooking and eating facilities. Loads of space. Courtyard. Thoughtful and kind host. 10 mins from station. Nothing.
• John (9/5): Superb - The owner is very nice. Whenever I asked for help, response straight away. The apartment is cozy, full of vintage stuff and lovely pictures. Close to Coop supermarket, restaurants and not far from the main train station. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely book if I get a chance to visit Venice again. Nothing

• Tsvetelina (10/5): Better than expected - wonderful location. - The place is amazing, better than the pictures. Convenient to gondola ride, gelato, restaurants, grocery store and main canal. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Francesca is a wonderful host. NO FAULT OF THE HOST - do not rely on google or apple maps much for directions, extremely confusing - my first time in Venice, but I understand now, why the directions are so confusing. Takes less than half a day to figure out the town and then you can pretty much find your way around, even if you end up getting lost and back at the main canal a few times :).
