• emma480 (9/5): Magnifique appartement au coeur d'Edimbourg - L'emplacement est incroyable vous pouvez visiter le centre d'Edimbourg en à peine 20 minutes à pied. Le quartier est très bien avec de nombreux établissements (brunch, superette, pub,...). Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, la rue est extrêmement bruyante, il y a une bulle à verre en face de l'immeuble qui est vidée chaque nuit avec un boucan d'enfer. Je regrette vraiment de ne pas avoir emmener de boules quies.

• Ruth (8/5): Modern, comfortable and conveniently located. - This is a fantastic option for families. It was modern and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and drying rack. The bathroom and shower is fantastic! It did have everything we needed and was walking distance to restaurants, shops and a Tescoe express. It was walking distance to the lovely Dean Village and Edinburgh Castle. If you book here, you have to be aware that there are a couple of flights of narrow stairs, so carrying up luggage is difficult. It is also not overly close the Royal Mile and Victoria Street (about a 20 minute walk) which you should be aware of if travelling with young children. We didn't mind that at all, but it is something to keep in mind. As an aside, the pillows should be updated as they were a bit flat and hard. Not a deal breaker but having a fluffier more comfortable pillow would have rounded off an amazing stay.

• Heather (10/5): - Lovely flat, lovely location, comfy and clean. All the arrangements for access were easy. There were lovely cafes and bakeries close by and walking or public transport was very straightforward to everywhere we wanted to go from here, so it was a great base. This flat was good value for money for Edinburgh, but Edinburgh is an expensive place to stay, and the price reflects that.
• Victoria (7/5): A a comfortable home, in a great location for sight seeing. - A fantastic location in Edinburgh. It had everything we needed for our stay Unfortunately, located on a alleyway that had a couple of bars, and it was a bit noisey.

• Dámaso Alexis (10/5): Céntrico, limpio y acogedor - Apartamento muy céntrico, a menos de 20 minutos caminando de la Old Town y de la mayoría de sitios de interés de la ciudad. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días fantásticos en Edimburgo, muy bien equipado en todos los sentidos y muy limpio y acogedor. La comunicación con Chris desde el momento de la reserva ha sido muy fácil y ágil.Tuvo la amabilidad de enviar dos vídeos explicativos, uno de cómo acceder a la casa desde la calle y el otro explicando con detalle cómo es el interior y el funcionamiento de cada elemento del apartamento. En definitiva, es un alojamiento que recomiendo al 100%

W kuchni i łazience były wszystkie niezbędnerzeczy. Mimo grzejnika w pokoju było nieco zimno w dużej sypialni. Niektóre sprzęty w kuchni nie były doczyszczone.

• Rebecca (9/5): - Great location, so close to the centre of Edinburgh and the castle. Lovely modern apartment with all the comforts of home that you need for your stay. The windows are single glazed so it can be noisy with people walking past, emergency vehicles etc.
• Paula (9/5): A very nice place to stay in - The central location: easy to achieve from the airport and you could walk everywhere - or take the bus from around the corner. Good shower, cleanliness, good instructions from the manager. Only four forks etc eventhough booking was for five persons. We would have wanted some proper hooks for our coats and towels.

Coffee is either French press or manual espresso machine. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very pretty. There was some street noise but ended after the restaurant nearby closed.

• Thomas (10/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. - Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage zwischen New Town und Old Town in Sichtweite des Castle. Unmittelbar in der Nähe viele Buslinien und die Tram. Ausserdem jede Menge Restsurants aller Nationen und Pubs. Besonders gefallen hat uns Mather's Bar. Ein uriger alter Pub schräg gegenüber der Wohnung. Von hier alles was man sehen sollte zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren zum Tattoo hier und konnten auch dorthin problemlos zu Fuss gehen. Also super gute Unterkunft für 4 Personen, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Kommunikation auch gut. Es gibt Codes für die Eingänge und Erklärvideos. Die Gesamtausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles sauber und ziemlich neu. Wie immer sind es die Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt noch perfekter machen. Ein oder zwei Stühle im großen Schlafzimmer wären toll,um Sachen für die Nacht ablegen zu können. Und ein paar Haken im Bad, um etwas aufhängen zu können. In der Küche wäre eine Teekanne hilfreich. Aber, wie gesagt, sonst alles super..Sehr empfehlenswert.

• Carolina (7/5): Terrible Host - Great Location - The Location is perfect and the standard is similar to other properties in Edinburgh's centre When we booked and paid for this many, many months in advance we unfortunately had to change our plans. We spoke to the host, still with months before our stay asking if he could refund just half of the amount and then he could still easily fill the property to which he replied NO. We than asked if we could change the dates instead to the quieter October months, again he said NO. So there is no compromise at all with this person... all i feel is that is something goes wrong with your stay you will get the same 'Tough' attitude. Not worth booking again for this reason.
• Karen (8/5): I would recommend the property for accommodations. - It was spacious and very nice. Lots of room. We had to use an Uber to get to some places because too far to walk.
• Geier (8/5): Perfectly located but noisy neighborhood - The appartement was very clean and it is perfectly located for sightseeing. There are two supermarkets directly around the corner and there are a lot of Cafés and Restaurants nearby. It would be very helpful to offer more equipment in the kitchen, like spoons, mugs, glasses... There were only 4 parts of tableware and therefore we were washing by hand every morning. The great location also has a negativ side, there is a Pub with beergarden next to one of the bedrooms and it was not possible to sleep with open window.

• Jamie (7/5): Great Location - Location is great, apartment was nice, pretty modern and the bathroom is great. Chris was helpful with a few small issues/teething problems. Only real issue was the noise...busy street...buses outside constantly and lots of restaurants/bars close by (which is good as well as bad)...hence quite noisy with revellers...but if that doesn't bother you, you'll be fine. As above.. quite noisy outside a lot of the day.

• Anja (8/5): Almost everything you’d want to see in Edinburgh is in a walking distance from the apartment. - Especially the location was spot on! The flat had everything we needed, was well equipped. There is a bar somewhat close by, so during the weekend (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) it got quite noisy but was no noise from Sunday on.
• Mary (9/5): Beautiful apartment in central location of Edinburgh. - We had a lovely visit and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment- wonderfully designed and a very central location. We definitely recommend it. We liked everything from design and location to very responsive owner/landlord.
• Jovelyn (8/5): Very good - Apartment is cetrally located, it's at the West End area, 7 min walk to Dean's Village, 16 min walk to Edinburgh Castle. Very modern, nice and clean. A lot of restaurants around it. Fits perfectly for family of 5. Apartment is in the 2nd floor, no elevator.

Very lovely. The mattresses were not so comfortable.The shower didn't drain, but the hosts were great and got a plumber out immediately.
