arthur (1/5): unpleasant - The location was reasonable although the parking was expensive but out of your control Nobody knew we were arriving when we arrived had to wait 90 minutes in reception whil security guard called the admin staff who had not prepared the room.There was no cutlery, toilet tissue, pillow cases,towels, soap, sheets, kettle on the first night we had to wait until teh next morning for these to be delivered.We ended up leaving a day early, we should really have been issued a refund as it was a very unpleasant experience
Thu (3/5): - During a busy time because of concert, I am glad that I found this room The room is super hot and there is no fan provided. I woke up several time during the night just because it is too hot. Unbearable. The security guard is very helpful.
Woodland (9/5): Great Stay - Messaging was great. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Accommodation was clean and provided all necessities. From bedding and towels to cutlery. Availability of a kitchen. Unfortunately, the loo roll wasn't provided, but I believe this was an oversight.
