Prédio em estado precário, elevadores sem funcionar a anos, não fizeram a limpeza do quarto prévio ao Check in, ainda por cima fomos destratados pela pessoa que veio fazer a limpeza, que chegou atirando nossas malas quarto a fora sem a mínima educação. Foi um verdadeiro sofrimento, precisei subir escadas com 2 idosas, minha mãe e minha tia. Sobre o local, no anúncio dizia ter 1 cama casal, 1 cama solteiro e 1 sofá cama, quando na verdade só possui uma cama e um sofá cama pequeno, quando perguntei sobre a outra cama ela me disse que iria providenciar um colchonete pra colocar no chão, sendo que pagamos a hospedagem para 4 hóspedes.
- MAURO (1/5): Foi a pior experiência de estadia que já tive - A proprietária exigiu um pagamentop suplementar ao que foi anunciado no Booking, argumentou que o valor estva errado e ameaçou-me de despejo.
