• Nataliya (10/5): - Отличная альтернатива хорошему отелю для большой семьи.Прекрасное месторасположение,рядом отличные продуктовые магазинчики,кафе,рестораны,аптеки,мини рынок.В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания.Квартира не замученная ,нет запаха сигарет!.Приятный бонус для нас был в межсезонье ,что кондиционеры работают и на обогрев!!!!! Обращаю внимание гостей,особенно с детьми.Пододеяльников нет.Предлагается к одеялу простынь.Очень странно,неудобно и не гигиенично! Единственная ваза для цветов к сожалению с большой трещиной,течёт!Чайник пришлось долго отмывать от накипи!Кондиционеры пора почистить,для аллергиков уже не комфортно! Пожелание управляющим квартирой.Не жадничайте.Вместо приветственной бутылки вина (которое по моему никто не пьет,она уже очень долго стоит в холодильнике)лучше поставьте гостям несколько бутылок хорошей питьевой воды.Четыре капсулы отвратительного,самого дешевого кофе -это грустно.Купите хотя бы приличный чай ,четыре пакетика.Ну и заключительный презент при выезде….Странные конфеты?!Лучше подарите своим гостям оригинальный магнитик из Рима! Но при недостатках.Квартиру очень рекомендую.

• Ryan (10/5): Excellent location, very beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, clean and equipped to perfection - The location was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 (ages 9 to 75). You can walk from here to almost anything you want to see in Rome and it's also an easy location for public transportation or calling an Uber. There were a few bakeries nearby (the french one was excellent), convenience stores to grab water and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, restaurants galore, pizzerias (Alice was the best by far) and a daily market right across the street with fresh fruits and veggies. Really can't think of anything that could have been better.
• Just (8/5): - The location and the apartment were very nice. It had a good location in Trastevere. The quality of the materials and furniture was good, as well as the bathrooms. It does have ten windows! In the city of Rome where a lot of the apartments and hotels are not fantastic, this is a good option.

• Florence (10/5): Le meilleur des choix !!! - Tout : l'accueil avec visite de l'appartement, le confort et le standing haute qualité, chauffage réglable, très grandes pièces, agencement pratique et chaleureux, très bon équipement de la cuisine. Communication rapide et efficace par WhatsApp. Et les petites attentions à l'arrivée avec une bouteille de pétillant et avant notre départ une boîte de chocolats (c'était Noël). Excellente situation géographique qui nous a permis de visiter quasiment tout Rome à pied et de dîner le soir dans le Trastevere à deux pas sans avoir aucune nuisance sonore de l'activité du quartier. Il y a aussi un petit marché juste en bas de l'appartement. Vraiment une équipe professionnelle qui loue un bien de très haute qualité ! Absolument rien
