Very spacious great location to city n very quiet Could have been cleaner as the vents in toilet n bathrooms r so thick with dust is nearly carpet , also a fire hazard. Otherwise nothing at all.

Easy walk to CBD. - Great and very quiet location, yet still within walking distance of CBD and close to Roma St station. Loved the view out over the Roma Parklands. Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Key return was a long way to walk uphill with bags, so that was a bit inconvenient. Would be better if internet was provided. Air conditioner needs servicing. Perhaps provide proper crockery rather than plastic bowls etc?

It was a bit of an inconvenience to walk 17 minutes in the opposite direction to get keys and then have to walk another 17 minutes to hotel. Also think there needs to be some transparency about if you don’t have a credit card that the bond fee doubles
• Sianna (5/5): Was ok - Was really nice gorgeous apparently and the lay out and how comfortable everything was sitting Took a little while to find including with intructions took a while including with a uber to all mentioned addresses expect 7/11 as much as I liked the decorations had to unplug one first night which scared me and worried me a little as i unplugged rest of decorations that require power and no front desk or workers around or to be seen if information is needed
• Sharyn (8/5): Exceptional views - Very nice views over looking Roma St Parkland say and night. The mix match of sheets and towels. Some lights were not working, which was annoying cause one was not working in the shower.

• Phillip (1/5): PROBABLE SCAM. - WE DID NOT GET ACCESS TO THIS LOCATION. Once we made the booking we were sent a third party app which needed us to supply a 'credit card' only detail for a bond SCAM. We were sent to the wrong address from that listed on the site. We needed to go to a third location to try and get keys which were not released to us (wrong lock box code). We tried repeatedly on the day of our arrival to call the lister but got no answer. The messages online we received were cold and rude. Ultimately stayed at another hotel at great cost. seller took the money.

• Craig and Vanessa (8/5): - The views were fantastic, the comfy bed, dual carpark (we had our bikes on the back of the car so appreciated the front to back car parks). Kitchenware - plastic plates and crockery saucers were only available to eat off. Decor outdated.

• Shaun (3/5): Will not stay here again - Please be aware that the owner is misrepresenting the address of this property. ** The correct address is 6 Parkland Boulevard ** NOT 6 Roma Street as advertised. This was only revealed once we received the booking info - meaning no chance to pull out. ** IT IS ALMOST ONE KILOMETRE ** from the listed address. This meant catching Ubers every morning to get the venue we were working at. I complained to the owner (who would only communicate via text) and they claimed it was for ‘security’ reasons. We also had to pick up and return the key to a 7/11 store a couple of kilometres away - very inconvenient. Most of the plates and bowls are plastic. A lot of the lights and lamps did not work. The apartment is full of cheap plastic stuff from Temu. There is mould in the shower. There was no washing up brush and the dishwasher sounded like a freight train. There’s no internet.
