Сервис не такой как мы привыкли, еда очень не вкусная и дорогая. Потратить 30-50К на двоих на ужине легко, при этом невкусно. Рекомендую плавать на ужины в рестораны в Фетхие. Также в одну ночь на соседнюю виллу заселились турки, которые устроили дискотеку до 4 утра) персонал часто нетороплив) на завтраке приносили варенные яйца со следами грязи или чего-то другого, то решили не отмывать)

• Ekaterina (4/5): Отель, который обманывает гостей! - Прекрасное расположение, красивая бухта с прозрачной водой. Красивая территория отеля. Отель не соответствует заявленной категории 5* и заманивает гостей красивыми фото. В реальности, в номере, который нам подготовили как молодоженам, была забитая волосами раковина и отсутствовала горячая вода. В качестве извинения нам сделали апгрейд, но этот номер был плохо убран, в нем не работал бассейн, несколько дней подряд отключалось электричество и интернет. И это вы получаете, заплатив за номер больше 1000 евро за ночь! Вывод - номера сделаны очень некачественно и требуют ремонта. Территория отеля очень маленькая, вы пройдете ее за 3-5 минут. Погулять можно в городе, до которого на лодке 15 минут. Администраторы любезно предоставят вам трансфер, но при этом они сами назначают время отправления, чтобы собрать вас в группу с другими гостями. И только по выселению вам предоставят счет, где окажется, что каждая поездка в город стоит 100 евро! То есть гости не имеют возможности гулять по территории отеля, должны подстраиваться под неудобное для них расписание и еще должны за это платить, что от них скрывают до последнего! После наших возмущений, что нас не предупредили об оплате заранее, оплату за трансферы в город убрали из чека. Ресторан при отеле предлагает очень посредственную еду, как в среднего уровня кафе, из дешевых продуктов, а цены - выше, чем в мишленовских ресторанах. Ужин на двоих без алкоголя в среднем обойдется в 250-300 долларов. Гости готовы платить за вкусную еду, а вы обманываете их! Чтобы ваш отдых не был испорчен, не рекомендуем останавливаться в этом отеле больше, чем на пару дней. Или советуем поискать альтернативу, которой достаточно вокруг.

• Anthony (3/5): This hotel was the worst we stayed in during our trip to Turkey. - Breakfast was very poor. I asked for berries and they came out frozen. Rooms were very dark and overlooked. The resort faces north so sun does not hit until after 11 in the morning. So expensive - over £20 for a G&T and over £15 for a beer. OK if you like being on hols with rich old men and young girls or influencers taking pouty pictures. With the odd exception staff were a bunch of youngsters who were not trained properly and service was poor. Sadly this is a hotel that loves itself more than its guests.

• Manal (7/5): - Stunning beach, setting area by the beach and beautiful nature around it. The service was excellent, check-in and check-out were super fast, and everyone was very nice and helpful. The restaurant menu was limited, with no Turkish food experience, and the quality of the food was average to below average. My mom is a hijabi, and I noticed from the second day at dinner time that hijabis were seated in the back section of the restaurant next to families with children, as if hijabis should be hidden from the restaurant’s front. I didn’t like this, so we chose to have dinner outside the resort from the third day.

I did not like that there were a lot of mosquitos, the restaurant and bar staff they were a bit confused and slow, also they mixed most of my orders and some of them did not care at all while serving, like who cares. I did not like the way that they treated you when they had some powerful clients and all the attention was at them, also when you were trying to had dinner outside of the hotel you could see that they were not satisfied.

• Hassanieh (10/5): - It’s hard to describe such a dreamy location! I felt like I’m in paradise. We arrived and got escorted to our room in what felt like a White Lotus ritual. The property itself is nestled in a mountain alcove right at the beach. The water was turquoise and crispy cold against the sun. The room was very modern and beautifully decorated not to mention very clean. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. I wish I can list them all, they were so so nice and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back next year. It’s not a bad comment , just an advise to add more options to the dinner menu

Still it’s too expensive when compared to similar resorts in Türkiye or other Mediterranean countries. There are limited amenities or restaurant options so it’s a place to stay for 3 nights max.

We recommend Seed restaurant. -beautiful site in nature -all rooms are doted around the site and enjoy privacy -secluded beach -lovely breakfasts -free pilates / yoga classes in the morning and good gym in situ -repetitive playlist :) -should open the more relaxed restaurant in the evening too for more menu options -lots of instagrammers

• Josh (4/5): Overpriced for the service and quality offered. - Liked the nature and the surroundings. Loved the simplicity of the hotel building and the remoteness. Lack of care/ attention to detail. Lack of communication from the staff. Major lack of service. Poorly maintained private pool. The overgrown path/ walkway to rooms was maintained in the middle of the day and you had to walk on the cuttings while they were maintaining the path. No real focus on well being - just because you offer a few classes that are hosted in the smallest space, also in the middle of the main/ high traffic area, doesn't put value on wellness. Breakfast started at 8am, the same time as the staff started cleaning the common areas and grounds from the day/night before. Cocktails were overpriced and below average.

I want to stay there for the rest of my life!! The restaurant was really good too. The beach is beautiful too though it’s pebbles and not sandy If we’re being picky the only thing I found slightly wrong was what they charge for 15 minutes use of paddle boards. In a place like this they should not charge for that.

Was a bit disappointed about staff walking in and out of our gated room area leaving the gate open throughout the day right past our windows to go behind the building. Had to shut the curtains and didn’t feel private. After texting reception it didn’t happen again.

• Amelia (8/5): Intimate hideaway - The spot is amazing, only available by boat so very intimate. The beach is one of a kind. The room are comfortable and spacious, designed with taste. Breakfast is generous but you will have to pay extra for eggs. Staff English is limited but they will always try to help you with anything.
