• carla (8/5): Habitaciones muy pequeñas - Hotel recién reciclado. Habitaciones decoradas con gusto, camas con colchones nuevos. Baño excelente. personal muy amable. Habitaciones muy chicas, las fotos engañan. Casi no entraban las valijas ni tiene espacio para un placard donde guardar la ropa. La nuestra daba al lateral donde se veía una obra en demolición, basura, feo. El hotel está bien pero no es 4 estrellas ni por asomo.

• Aida Isabel (10/5): Excelente opción de hotel tranquilo. - La ubicación, la limpieza y el olor, luce nuevo y se siente muy acogedor. La cama tiene buen tamaño y el colchón es cómodo. También el personal fue muy amable y servicial, siempre estaban atentos por si algo se necesitaba. En general me parece un lugar muy bueno, los cuartos son pequeños pero no se necesita más para una estancia en la que te la pasarás fuera del hotel la mayor parte del tiempo.

Ligging centraal Kamers zijn SUPERKLEIN. “Deluxe kamer met queened” : mijn vrouw reisde alleen en kreeg claustrofobische aanval. Naast het bed heb je geen plaats om te bewegen. Geen raam naar buiten , dus ook geen deftige verluchting mogelijk

Sólo podría decir que la habitación era un poco pequeña y con pocas vistas, pero nosotros elegimos la más barata y el colchón, las almohadas y sábanas lo compensaban todo.

Walkable to sites such as Khaosan Rd, Grand palace and Wat Pho The rooms were MUCH smaller than the images portray, these rooms are nothing more than the size of a bed with a walkway at the foot. The bathrooms are (as imaged) glass walled with minimal and not very dense glass frosting at certain heights - this gave no privacy when booking as friends. One of our rooms got upgraded, however even these "larger" rooms are small. They rooms are advertised as soundproof- they are not. The floors were very dirty.

• Emma (9/5): Definitely one to recommend. - Fantastic location, easy walk to central sights and Metro. Hotel was very clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on my corridor when the group in next two rooms came back very late but that can happen anywhere.

• Steve (8/5): Exceeded my expectations. - The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel was spotless. The room was small but clean and very comfortable. You could tell they cared. While it may be considered a budget hotel, the staff is as attentive as you'd find in any 5-star.

Ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft bekam ich mehrere Fake Whatsapp Nachrichten, mit der korrekten Buchungsnummer und meinen Daten die auf eine Fake-Booking.com Webseite führte und nach meinen Zahlungsinformationen fragte, da etwas falsch sei. Die Daten haben alle gestummen inkl. Buchungsnummer, weshalb ich vermute das die Unterkunft gehackt wurde oder die Daten leakte.

• Svetla (9/5): Great place in the old town for sightseeing - Fantastic location, yet it was quiet at night. I wanted to stay closer to the Grand palace for sightseeing. The staff were lovely, helped organise a taxi to the airport. Bed was comfy and the place was very clean. -

• Augustin (3/5): Avoid - Not that mucb Some reviews must be fake. I am writing to make you aware of various flaws with this hotel. As others have mentioned, there is not hot water, only lukewarm. The aircon in our bedroom was blasting cold air right onto the bed head, which was quite unpleasant. The shower was leaking by (bad) design, thereby flooding the bathroom. There is no real window in the room, and the one there is has no curtain but some roller blinds. You will be awake early with sun light. The room are poorly sound insulated. You are likely to hear your neighbours... The reception staff is rubbish contrary to what some no-specific reviews claim. All they have is a sheet with some restaurants and grocery stores listed. Questions about which streets to see, what would be a good walk around the neighbourhood, and others, were answered with ignorance. The hotel looks good but be aware that the finish is just cheap laminated floors, with below average sanitary ware, very small rooms and odd layout. Please note that we could not find the safe and that they have pretty customer unfriendly additional T&Cs about liability for theft and damages. We would certainly not go back

Staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione (reception h24). Non avevamo colazione ma nell'hotel c'è un piccolo baretto oppure un 7 eleven a 4 minuti a piedi. Struttura molto curata La camera era veramente piccola, un po' soffocante per l'assenza di una finestra. Dovessi tornare sceglierei le camere più grandi.

You can get nice breakfast and coffee in the lobby - also there are a lot of places nearby where you can get some food. The street is calm and quiet - despite being close to main attractions. • Viktor (9/5): Отличный отель в самом центре. - Расположение - до всех основных достопримечательностей центра 10-20 минут пешком, но и станция метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. Отель совсем новый, все свежее и современное. Персонал внимательный и гостеприимный - при чек-ине подают кокосовую воду и десерт, на день рождения подарили кекс (мелочь, а приятно). Очень маленький номер - что само по себе не проблема. Проблема в том, как в номер вписали санузел (тоже очень маленький). Он, по сути, прямо у кровати - и отделен стеклянной (пусть и матовой) перегородкой. Жить тут лучше только семейным парам, привыкшим друг к другу.

I especially commend Cam for her interpersonal skills,going out of her way to assist and prompt response. Good you have such people in your organization. One serious drawback was the room size and constant failure of WiFi. Already said above.
