• Amparo (1/5): Sucio y poco habitable - Buenas tardes, no soy de escribir cosas pero no quiero que le pase a nadie lo que a mí y el disgusto que nos llevamos mi familia y yo. Creo que antes de entregar un apartamento o habitación de hotel debe de comprobarse que todo está en perfectas condiciones para ser ocupado por una familia. Solamente al entrar te encuentras con una serie de entradas a medias de terminar, obras de por medio, pero bueno dije vamos a darle un voto de confianza….. abrimos la habitación el olor era insoportable una mezcla entre humedad y suciedad, las paredes bajas llenas de humedad el cemento y el yeso sin quitar las puertas sin terminar de instalar, el baño un olor que te echaba para atrás, el lavabo cómico de juguete a medias de colocar. El suelo sucio no, lo siguiente mi hija se quitó como tiene por costumbre los zapatos y fueron segundos bueno aquello parecía al oyin bueno lo quejé diga es poco. NO RECOMIENDO SU ALQUILER Nada

• Valeria constanza (10/5): Estadía perfecta en pleno centro: comodidad, limpieza y excelente ubicación - Leí muchos comentarios negativos sobre este departamento, pero por suerte no hice caso. Sinceramente, no entiendo algunas críticas. El baño está adaptado para personas con discapacidad, lo cual lo hace muy cómodo, amplio e inclusivo. El check-in fue muy claro, enviaron todas las instrucciones de forma detallada y fácil de seguir. El departamento tiene una cama extremadamente cómoda y almohadas con memoria de forma, además de repuestos adicionales. También incluye toallas, acolchado, televisión con Netflix y un sillón muy cómodo. El desayuno fue muy rico. Cuenta con una heladera grande, cocina y lavadora, todo lo necesario para una estadía completa. El agua tiene muy buena presión y siempre caliente. Cuando llegamos, el departamento estaba muy limpio y con muy buen olor; las toallas y sábanas también olían muy bien, lo que hizo la llegada muy agradable. La zona es inmejorable: estás en pleno centro y a muy pocas cuadras de la playa, a la cual puedes acceder caminando sin problema. Todo fue perfecto durante mi estadía y agradezco no haber hecho caso a los comentarios negativos. Gracias por todo, lo recomiendo 100%.

• Inmaculada (9/5): Buen alojamiento calidad precio. Muy bien equipado. - Muy limpio y sencillo. Todo muy nuevo. Desayuno en el frigorífico. La zona tranquila y con servicios tanto de restaurantes, supermercados, como transporte público. Me habría gustado un poco más de flexibilidad a la hora de entrar. Entiendo que las habitaciones no estuvieran preparadas. Pero en otras ocasiones hemos pedido entrar pq hemos llegado antes al destino y por lo menos hemos podido dejar el equipaje.

• Moulay Idriss (6/5): - L'emplacement J'ai payé pour plusieurs jours (5,.. euros/jours) un petit déjeuner qui finalement n'en était pas réellement un. 1- Pas d'espace cafétéria ou autre espace dédié à cela. 2- Ce PD consistait en un sachet de déposé au niveau du couloir d'accès aux chambres (ancien appartement). Il contenait un pack de lait, un sachet de petits pains, du café moulu dans un bocal, une boite de margarine, un berlingot de jus, ... Il fallait récupérer le tout au couloir d'accès aux chambres ; la personne qui s'occupait de ramener cela et de l'accueil en général se manifestait très rarement : la formule petit-déjeuner ne doit pas être proposée aux réservataires.

You have kitchen big fridge, fresh bedsheets and towels. All working well there. Hope next time will book it as well if will be available.

• Belén (6/5): Regular - Lo mejor es que esta muy cerca del centro. Al apartamento no le falta detalle en la cocina. Sofá y cama muy cómodos. Lo peor, es que es muy dificil aparcar. El baño fatal. El lavabo no traga y la ducha se le sale el agua e inunda todo el suelo.

• Sanna (4/5): Yksi yö Alicantessa - Sänky oli hyvä. Kohteessa ei ollut buffet aamiaista eikä ilmaisia kylpytuotteita, joiden takia valitsin kohteen (etten tarvitse ottaa kantamuksia toisesta kaupungista tullessani). Suihkuhuone oli likainen.

• Liyah (6/5): Für eine bis zwei Personen gemütlich. - Ich war alleine dort um Urlaub zu machen und für eine Person war es wirklich gemütlich, es war schön eingerichtet und grundsätzlich sehr sauber, die Reinigungskraft ines gab sich Mühe, es gab alles was man brauchte, Küche, Wohnbereich, Schlafbereich und Bad, auch eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion war vorhanden das war sehr praktisch, die Lage war auch gut, man musste circa 15 Minuten den Berg abgehen und war in der Innenstadt, der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, das Personal war sehr sehr nett und gut über WhatsApp erreichbar, danke für die Hilfe! Ich hatte mehrfach Kakerlaken in meiner Zimmer, sie rannten durch die Küche und ich habe mich sehr geekelt, die Kakerlaken waren riesig und schnell, das war für mich der Horror, ich gab dem Personal Bescheid weshalb ich zum Glück Hilfe bekam und das Apartment zwei mal wechseln durfte, ich hatte die Kakerlaken in 2 von 3 Apartmenten. In einem Apartment konnte man die Bad Tür nicht schließen und im anderen lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab weshalb das ganze Bad jedes Mal überschwemmt war, diese Mängel nervten mich leider sehr.

• Guest (4/5): Pobyt udany , cudowna pogoda , dobra lokalizacja noclegów - spacerek 10-15 min i było się w atrakcjach alicante - Lokalizacja Brak czystości, byliśmy w 3 osoby i brak prześcieradła do spania, pościel mam wrażenie że nie była wymieniona albo nie była wyprasowana bo wyglądała jak po poprzednich gościach , śniadanie było trzeba we własnym zakresie bo na 3 śniadania to to co było w lodówce i na 3 osoby to zdecydowanie dużo za mało, woda zimna a jak była ciepła to chwilę .

Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cuidadas y con un ambiente muy agradable para descansar y disfrutar. La habitación era cómoda, amplia y con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. También destacamos la ubicación, ya que nos permitió desplazarnos fácilmente a los lugares que queríamos conocer. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva y quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente! 😊✨ “Está todo bien, solo que la puerta se había abierto sola cuando mi novio y yo estuvimos fuera por 5 horas. Pero no pasó nada: todas nuestras pertenencias estaban ahí. Al parecer, nuestro vecino del departamento de al lado la vio abierta y la cerró un poco si ven este comentario, muchas gracias 🥺
