Jamie (10/5): - Spacious private apartment, minutes from ski lift. 3 large bedrooms (two of which have extra beds on mezzanine area) and two smaller bedrooms. Was ideal for our group of 11. Sauna is a lovely bonus and hosts were very helpful!
Amy (3/5): Frozen pipes and property not as described - The Chalet was very convenient for the lifts and ski school. It was nicely furnished and well equipped. The sauna was great. The staff in resort who welcomed us and provided day to day assistance were lovely. Unfortunately the pipes froze and one of the bathrooms was not usable for almost our whole stay. Since all of the rooms are ensuite that meant only being able to use a bathroom in someone else's bedroom which was on another floor. Not really what you expect when paying almost £1000 per night. Despite this meaning the property was not as described, the host would not give any compensation. In the end booking.com gave us some money back but were unable to resolve the dispute. The staff in resort were extremely friendly and helpful but the owners presumably didn't care once they had our money.
