- Richard (8/5): Nice, roomy and comfortable apartment very conveniently located close to centre of Southwell. - Roomy, airy and conveniently located accommodation right in the heart of Southwell. Parking could be tight to access especially for larger vehicles

- Shaw (1/5): - Good location. Unfortunately after having an ok stay here I was greeted with a message stating a duvet has been ripped (impossible as bed sheets was still on) so ill be charged lol. I must spend near on £700 a week on appartents and this has completely threw me off, all the locks are shocking front door dosent even lock boiler literly didnt work. Absolutely shocking place
- Ian (3/5): Excellent location but hard to gain entry and the boiler needs fixing - Good location. Four keypads and steep twisted Lino covered steps to gain entry. When finally in on a bitterly cold day the flat was extremely cold and we couldn’t get the heating to fire up. When we finally got the boiler going all the radiators only got warm (not hot) at the top and cold at the bottom. We were constantly in touch with management but it soon became clear that no one was going to come and fix the heating and so we had to go out and purchase electric heaters.

- Jasper (10/5): Great stay and value for money in a perfect location. - We loved our 2 night stay at this property. Our friends who live local to the area were surprised it was there. Location was fantastic right in the centre of Southwell, providing easy access to the pub and restaurants we went too. It is within 5 mins walk of the stunning Minster, which is well worth visiting.
The apartment was spotless on arrival, clearly having recently been painted. 3 comfortable bedrooms, a lovely kitchen diner, that has everything you need for meals. The bathroom was great with a huge walk in shower as well as a bathroom.
We all said we would stay at this property again when we go back up.
Great stay and value for money. Only thing we didn't like were the key code access into the property and apartment, would have preferred an actual key. However this did not detract from our overall experience.

- Patricia (9/5): Great central apartment - Lovely spacious central apartment. Better than the photos ! Very comfortable. Great support during our stay from agent Kyla checking we were happy with everything. Slight problem over locking apartment door when going out but was eventually sorted out by ourselves .
