Raman (5/5): - Really warm and friendly welcome, with access to a WhatsApp chat for the management company. All the staff around the building are really friendly and go out of their way to help. The apartment is within the Five building, but is managed by a separate management company. Whilst I was I given a number for the main Five reception downstairs, it was a local Dubai number, which I couldn’t call this from my mobile without incurring significant charges. The apartment itself is very spacious, a nice view over the palm, although the sun doesn’t shine on the balcony. The Five is very lively, and you will hear the music throughout the day and night in the apartment, not ideal for when you want the quieter moments. Kitchen has a pod coffee machines (just not enough pods provided) and high spec kitchen equipment. Plenty of storage in the hallway for clothes etc. they provide Rituals toiletries, which is a nice touch. On-site food options are very good and really easy to get food options delivered in. On the surface, it’s a great looking apartment and the decor is very stylish and trendy. When you look a bit deeper, the place is a bit grimy and would benefit from a very thorough and in-depth clean. The shower heads should be changed - one was stiff and didn’t move and the second had jets missing so water gushed out. We were bitten a lot whilst in the apartment and fits in with the furniture just doesn’t feel very clean. The TV in the bedroom doesn’t work, despite reporting this it didn’t get fixed, the curtain pole was hanging off, the bathrooms had a weird smell, we had to request additional cups and spoons for the kitchen. The wifi connection in the bedrooms was always poor. Housekeeping needs to be requested and is an expensive charge. Basic things like tea and coffee aren’t replenished at all. The ends are not comfortable, with a dip in the mattress, which by the end of the stay has left me very sore. For the cost of the apartment, I’d expect the basics to be better - cleanliness and comfort.

Kareem505 (3/5): - Pool access Bad customer service. Housekeeping accused us in making an stains over bed sheet which was there from the beginning. Water faucet in the master bedroom is leaking water. Multiple spiders located in the apartment, seems it was vacant for long time. We asked for extra towels and paper rolls multiple times until they brought us the towals only on the night of check out. The ceiling was leaking rain watter at the lobby. Horrible experience by all means

Kerem (1/5): Catastrophique - Rien C’était très sale, malgré sa l’établissement ne nous a pas aider ni apprécier d’ailleurs ils sont même pas excuser pour la saleté l’appartement est insalubre le matelas est remplie de taches et de sang, si vous ne voulez pas avoir de bêtes n’y aller surtout pas il est à l’abandon. Sois disant la caution dois être restitué le jour même ils on fait le virement 1 semaine après donc je vais le recevoir dans 10 jours. Pas sérieux, très très sale.

Went to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family and we were put in totally separate blocks, dishwasher not working, bath and sink flooding for 2 days with no help and very rude maintenance person who refused to clean all the water leak. No towels as we used them to clean the water leak and could not contact anyone to replace. No ac in 45 degrees in my bedroom for the full period as the door for the balcony could not close and this was linked. Bugs in the kitchen. One toilet not working. And to top this all up, when I complained they refused it all and not looking to compensate anything even though I have all the videos and WhatsApp messages to prove everything. Also had to keep chasing the refund of my deposit. They said 3 weeks but did not get the money till I kept chasing. I would definitely not choose this place if you are looking for a comfortable stay with any good level of customer service.
